本发明公开了一种减震器,尤其涉及到了一种封闭式减震器装置。
背景技术
减震器主要用来抑制弹簧吸震后反弹时的震荡及来自路面的冲击。在经过不平路面时,虽然吸震弹簧可以过滤路面的震动,但弹簧自身还会有往复运动,而减震器就是用来抑制这种弹簧跳跃的。减震器太软,车身就会上下跳跃,减震器太硬就会带来太大的阻力,妨碍弹簧正常工作。主要用于主机、辅机、各种动力机械和仪器仪表免受振动的影响,起到减少振动、噪声和防止冲击的作用。现有的减震器由于存在自振现像,空易传递中频振动,临界阻尼比一般只有0.005,因此对于共振频率附近的振动隔离能力较差;马力小,噪音大,结构复杂,减震效果差,安装拆卸复杂,寿命短等诸多问题。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供了一种内部摩擦大,减震效果好,有利于越过共振区,衰减高频振动和噪声,马力大,结构简单,减震效果优异,质量小,安装和拆卸方便,寿命长的封闭式减震器装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种封闭式减震器装置,其特征在于:包括柱形结构;所述柱形结构上设有框架,框架上设有吊环;所述框架内设有阻尼块,阻尼块上设有弹簧,弹簧上设有预压压板;所述框架下设有拉杆,吊环与拉杆固定连接,拉杆贯穿于弹簧内侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述封闭式减震器装置阻尼比为0.085C/Cc。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述封闭式减震器装置静变比为7.0—13mm。
