Fans in conventional server hardware are important heat dissipation components in the computer hardware market. Generally, in a 1U chassis, there is a fan fixing structure designed for a fan.
The fan fixing structure of the 1U case is usually fixed by adopting a mode of a sheet metal bin body or a plastic bin body matched with a fan rubber nail. The fan fixing structure is complex in installation, inconvenient to disassemble and high in cost. In addition, the fan fixing structure has single function, cannot be flexibly applied to various plugging modes, can only be singly applied to a non-hot plugging mode of cable connection or a hot plugging mode of an integral module, and cannot be freely combined with a plurality of fan fixing structure single modules, so that the requirements of customers are difficult to meet.
Therefore, it is desirable to design a fan fixing structure of a rack-type 1U server chassis based on a standard 19-inch cabinet, so as to solve the technical problems of the prior art that the fan fixing structure is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble and cannot be flexibly assembled.

The elastic fixing structure plays a role of pre-tightening force when the fan frame is matched with the fan 3, so that the fan 3 and the fan frame are fixed more firmly.
In one embodiment, the other surface of the second fan housing 2 contacting the fan 3 is further provided with second fan fixing holes 21, and the surface of the first fan housing 1 not contacting the fan is also provided with first fan fixing holes 13. Specifically, the first fan fixing hole 13 and the second fan case 2 fixing hole are elongated cylindrical holes for fixing one module with another module (one module includes one fan 3, the first fan case 1 and the second fan case 2). After a plurality of fixed modules are assembled and combined, the first fan fixing hole 13 and the second fan fixing hole 21 can also be used for being matched and fixed with a fixing column arranged in the case, so that the modules are fixed in the case.
The first fan case 1 is further provided with a fan terminal assembly on a side surface opposite to the first fan fixing buckle 11. The fan terminal assembly includes a fan terminal 14 for providing an electrical connection and a fan terminal securing structure for providing a support structure for the fan terminal 14. The fan terminal fixing structure includes a fan terminal fixing catch 15 for catching the fan terminal 14 on the fan terminal fixing catch 15. Two plug modes can be realized to fan terminal fixed knot structure: the fan terminal 14 is connected with a terminal connected to the main board through a cable to realize conduction; or, only the fan terminal 14 is fixed on the fan terminal fixing buckle 15, and the other end is welded on the main board, so that the fan fixing component module can realize direct hot plug with the main board.
The side edges of the first fan board 1 and the second fan board 2 are provided with L-shaped convex L-shaped mounting structures 16 which are matched and spliced when a plurality of fan boards are combined.
The top and bottom end points of the first fan frame 1 and the second fan frame 2 are also provided with elastic shock-absorbing structures 22 in a bent cantilever shape, and when the fan 3 rotates and vibrates, the elastic shock-absorbing structures 22 can generate elastic deformation, so that direct collision between the fan fixing component and the case is reduced. The resilient cushioning structure 22 may be integrally formed with the fan case or bonded to the fan case. When the fan 3 rotates and causes vibration, the bending cantilever-shaped elastic shock absorption structures 22 on the top surface and the bottom surface contact and extrude with the bottom of the case and the upper cover of the case inside the case, and the elastic shock absorption structures 22 can generate elastic deformation, so that direct collision between the fan fixing component and the case is reduced.
The upper parts of the first fan frame 1 and the second fan frame 2 are also provided with handle structures 23. Specifically, the handle structure 23 is a protrusion of the surface of the fan case not in contact with the fan 3 for lifting the entire fan fixing assembly when the first fan case 1 and the second fan case 2 are combined with the fan 3.
