Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a home appliance 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 12, a hinge assembly 14, and a balance assembly 16, the hinge assembly 14 including a hinge bracket 144 mounted to the base 12 and a hinge body 142 rotatably coupled to the hinge bracket 144, the balance assembly 16 including a link 164 and a guide portion 166, the link 164 being coupled to the hinge body 142, the guide portion 166 being mounted to the base 12, an outer side surface of the guide portion 166 being engaged with and slidably contacted with a surface of the link 164, the guide portion 166 being configured to oversteer the link 164.
In the household appliance 10 according to the embodiment of the invention, the outer side surface of the guide part 166 is matched with the surface of the connecting piece 164 and can be contacted with the surface in a relatively sliding manner, when the door body rotates, the hinge body 142 rotates relative to the base 12, the hinge body 142 drives the connecting piece 164 to slide relative to the guide part 166, and friction exists between the guide part 166 and the connecting piece 164, so that the effect of balancing the weight of the door can be achieved, and the door body can be kept stable when rotating.
The household appliance 10 may be an appliance having a door, such as a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric steamer, washing machine, etc. The door body may be rotatably coupled to the base 12 by being mounted to the hinge body 142. The guide 166 may be fixedly mounted to the base 12 by screws. When the door body rotates, the link 164 moves with the hinge body 142 as the hinge body 142 rotates relative to the hinge bracket 144. The connecting member 164 is, for example, a deformable metal sheet, and the connecting member 164 slides against the outer side surface of the guide portion 166 under the guide action of the guide portion 166.
Specifically, the sides of the base 12 are formed with recessed mounting slots 122, and the hinge assembly 14 is partially mounted within the mounting slots 122. The mounting slot 122 is sized and shaped to correspond to the shape of the hinge assembly 14. In this manner, hinge assembly 14 may be stably mounted within mounting slot 122, making the door more stable during opening and closing.
Further, a limiting portion 145 is formed at the top of the hinge bracket 144, and the limiting portion 145 is used to limit the maximum rotation angle of the hinge body 142 relative to the hinge bracket 144. In the embodiment of the invention, the maximum rotation angle is 90 degrees. When the hinge body 142 is rotated to 90 degrees with respect to the hinge bracket 144, the door body is rotated to be parallel to the horizontal plane. In this way, the door is prevented from tilting downward relative to the horizontal plane, which would cause difficulty in closing the door by the user, due to an excessive angle of rotation of the door relative to the base 12.
In some embodiments, a lubricant is disposed between the outer side of the guide 166 and the surface of the connector 164.
In this way, the friction between the outer side surface of the guide portion 166 and the surface of the connecting member 164 is reduced, so that the difficulty in rotating the door body by a user due to excessive friction between the outer side surface of the guide portion 166 and the surface of the connecting member 164 is avoided, and abrasion can be reduced.
In some embodiments, the counterbalance assembly 16 includes the spring 161, the spring 161 is coupled to the base 12, the connector 164 includes a straight section 1642 and a turn section 1644 that are connected, the turn section 1644 is coupled to the hinge body 142, and the straight section 1642 is coupled to the spring 161.
In this way, the direction of the tensile force applied to the hinge body 142 by the elastic member 161 can be changed by providing the direction of the turn section 1644, so that the elastic member 161 can better act as a balance door body.
Specifically, the angle α between the tangential direction of the end of the turn section 1644 near the hinge body 142 and the vertical direction is smaller than 40 °, that is, the tangential direction of the end of the turn section 1644 near the hinge body 142 may be near the vertical direction. This changes the direction of the tensile force of the elastic member 161 applied to the hinge body 142 to be approximately vertical, and one end of the hinge body 142 connected to the connecting member 164 is always subjected to approximately vertical downward tensile force, and the door body is connected to the side of the hinge body 142 away from the connecting member 164. When the door body rotates, the hinge body 142 rotates around the rotating shaft 146, the hinge body 142 forms a lever structure taking the rotating shaft 146 as a fulcrum, and one end of the hinge body 142 connected with the connecting piece 164 applies upward acting force to the door body, so that the gravity of the door body is balanced, the door body is prevented from falling too fast when the user operates the door body to rotate downwards, and the door body is also prevented from being more labor-saving when the user operates the door body to rotate upwards.
Further, a groove 123 is formed in a side surface of the base 12, and the elastic member 161 is accommodated in the groove 123. Avoiding the elastic member 161 protruding from the side of the base 12 results in an increase in the volume of the home appliance 10. Meanwhile, the groove 123 can guide the expansion and contraction of the elastic member 161, and the movement stability of the elastic member 161 is improved.
In some embodiments, the turning section 1644 is curved in an arc shape, the outer side of the guiding portion 166 is in an arc shape and is provided with an arc-shaped accommodating groove, and the turning section 1644 is accommodated in the accommodating groove.
In this way, the connecting member 164 is more stable when sliding, and is less likely to deviate from the expansion and contraction direction of the elastic member 161.
Specifically, the groove 123 is provided in the horizontal direction. The straight section 1642 is connected with the elastic member 161, and the circular arc-shaped outer side surface of the guiding portion 166 guides the turning section 1644 to change the stretching force of the elastic member 161 from the horizontal direction to the near vertical direction, and the connecting member 164 is made of a deformable metal sheet so that the turning section 1644 can be well adapted to the radian of the outer side surface of the guiding portion 166 when sliding relative to the guiding portion 166, and the hinge body 142 can rotate more smoothly.
In some embodiments, the portion of the hinge body 142 that connects to the connector 164 is hooked, and the hinge body 142 hooks over the end of the turn section 1644.
Thus, the hinge body 142 and the connecting member 164 are conveniently installed, which is helpful to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
Specifically, when the elastic member 161 connects the connecting member 164 and the base 12, the elastic member 161 is in a pre-tensioned state, and has a tensile force on the connecting member 164, and the hinge body 142 hooks the end of the turn section 1644, so that the connection between the hinge body 142 and the connecting member 164 is reliable, and the hinge body 142 is not easy to be separated from the turn section 1644.
In some embodiments, the hinge body 142 is movably coupled to the turn section 1644.
In this way, the hinge body 142 has less effect on the direction of the end of the turn section 1644, helping to make the component of the tensile force of the elastic member 161 turned by the turn section 1644 in the vertical direction greater, so that the weight of the door body can be better balanced.
In some embodiments, the counterbalance assembly 16 further includes a connecting hook 168, the connecting hook 168 including a hook portion 1682 and a hole portion 1684 that meet, the portion 1422 of the hinge body 142 that connects to the connector is hooked, the portion 1422 of the hinge body hooks the hole portion 1684, and the hook portion 1682 hooks the end of the turn section 1644.
In this way, the connection between the hinge body 142 and the connecting member 164 is more flexible, and the movable range of the relative position between the hinge body 142 and the turn section 1644 is large, so that the influence of the hinge body 142 on the direction of the end of the turn section 1644 is smaller, so that the direction of the end of the turn section 1644 can be kept close to the vertical direction, the component of the tensile force of the elastic member 161 acting on the hinge body 142 in the vertical direction is larger, and the effect of balancing the weight of the door is better.
Of course, in other embodiments, the portion 1422 of the hinge body may be hooked directly to the end of the turn section 1644, which may facilitate assembly.
In some embodiments, the balancing assembly 16 includes a fixing piece 162, the fixing piece 162 includes a body 1622 and a connecting portion 1624 protruding from the body 1622, the body 1622 is detachably mounted on the base 12, the elastic member 161 includes a spring portion 1612 and a connecting end 1614 connected to an end of the spring portion 1612, the connecting end 1614 is hooked, and the connecting end 1614 is hooked on the connecting portion 1624.
Thus, the fixing piece 162 has a more reasonable structure, so that the elastic member 161 and the fixing piece 162 can be well connected.
Specifically, the connection portion 1624 may be provided with a connection hole 1625, and the hook-shaped connection end 1614 hooks the connection portion 1624 through the connection hole 1625. In this way, the elastic member 161 and the fixing piece 162 can be conveniently and rapidly connected, which contributes to improving the assembly efficiency of the home appliance. Of course, in other embodiments, the connection portion 1624 is not limited to the connection hole 1625, and the connection portion 1624 may be provided with other structures, such as a connection groove, that may provide mounting support for the hook-shaped connection end 1614.
In some embodiments, the position at which the anchor tab 162 is mounted to the base 12 is adjustable.
In this manner, the pretension of the elastic member 161 is made adjustable so that the balance assembly 16 can accommodate different weight door bodies, thereby contributing to a reduction in the cost of the home appliance 10.
Specifically, when the elastic member 161 is mounted on the base 12, the elastic member 161 is in a stretched state, so that the elastic member 161 has a pretension force on the hinge body 142, thus the door body can be kept taut, the door body is prevented from being opened under the action of gravity without external force, and the door closing process is also more labor-saving. Because the door bodies of different types have different self weights, the pretension force of the elastic member 161 can be adjusted according to the door bodies of different types to better balance the gravity of the door bodies.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, a plurality of clamping positions 121 are formed on the bottom surface of the groove 123, the body 1622 is clamped in the clamping positions 121, and when the clamping positions 121 clamped by the fixing piece 162 need to be adjusted, the fixing piece 162 is translated out of the groove 123, taken out from the opening of the groove 123, and clamped into another clamping position 121 from the opening of the groove 123. The process of replacing the clamping position 121 is convenient, so that the assembly efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
In one example, the elastic member 161 is a tension spring, and it is understood that in other examples, the elastic member 161 may be other elastic members 161 that meet the elastic requirement.
In some embodiments, hinge assembly 14 includes a friction plate 148, friction plate 148 sandwiched between hinge body 142 and hinge bracket 144 and fixedly coupled to hinge body 142 or hinge bracket 144.
In this way, the friction force applied to the hinge body 142 is increased to balance the gravity of the door body, so that the door body is more stable in the opening and closing process.
Specifically, opposite surfaces of the friction plate 148 are respectively in contact with the hinge bracket 144 and the hinge body 142, so that both the hinge bracket 144 and the hinge body 142 are rubbed by the friction plate 148, so that when the hinge body 142 rotates relative to the hinge bracket 144, the friction force to be overcome is increased, thereby balancing the door body better when the door body rotates, and helping to stay at any position between the opened and closed states.
In one example, the friction plate 148 is fixedly connected to the hinge body 142, and when the hinge body 142 rotates relative to the hinge bracket 144, the hinge body 142 drives the friction plate 148 to rotate, and the friction plate 148 receives a friction force opposite to the motion of the friction plate 148, so that the hinge body 142 rotates more stably.
In an embodiment of the present invention, friction plate 148 is fixedly coupled to hinge bracket 144. Thus, when the hinge assembly 14 is applied to the household appliance 10, the hinge bracket 144 is fixed to the base 12 of the household appliance 10, the hinge body 142 is connected with the door body, and when the door body rotates, the hinge body 142 rotates, and the gravity of the friction plate 148 does not need to be overcome relative to the friction plate 148 fixed to the hinge body 142, so that the process of operating the door body to rotate is more labor-saving.
In some embodiments, hinge assembly 14 includes a rotation shaft 146, rotation shaft 146 passing through hinge bracket 144, friction plate 148, and hinge body 142.
In this way, a rotational connection of the hinge body 142 and the hinge bracket 144 is achieved.
Specifically, when the fixing piece 162 is clamped in the clamping position 121, the elastic piece 161 can be in a pre-tensioned state, when the door rotates relative to the base 12, for example, in the process of opening or closing the door, the elastic piece 161 tightens the hinge body 142, and the rotating shaft 146 penetrates through the hinge body 142, so that the pressure between the hinge body 142 and the rotating shaft 146 can be increased, the friction force between the hinge body 142 and the rotating shaft 146 is increased, the friction force born by the hinge body 142 is opposite to the rotation direction of the hinge body 142, the hinge body 142 rotates more stably, the phenomenon that the door falls too fast due to the overlarge weight of the door when the door rotates along with the hinge body 142 is effectively avoided, the door can be kept stable when rotating, and the door can stay in an intermediate position between the opened state and the closed state.
