随着经济的发展和生活的进步,人们对生活的需求也越来越高,衣物护理液的使用越来越多,衣物护理液可以理顺织物内部纤维,防止纠结,带给织物全面呵护,适用于不同质地的织物。柔顺舒适大大减少纤维之间的缠结,帮助衣物回复天然弹性,柔软舒适。成为日常生活中不可或缺的日用品,目前的衣物护理液存在以下问题:(1)通常衣物洗涤后再单独使用,多了一道工序,使用不便;(2)去离子水添加量高,不适于在PVA水溶膜中保存,因此,沐浴露一般通过瓶装,采用瓶装包装方式,不方便旅行携带,在运输和生产能耗很高;(3)留香效果不佳;(4)难以有效去除静电。因此,提升衣物护理液功效是值得研究的课题领域。

3)称取微胶囊香精和去离子水按1:1的比例加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至均匀白色乳液;
4)称取氨基硅酮乳液加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至均匀白色乳液;
5)称取香精加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至透明液体;
6)分别称取防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮份、甲基异噻唑酮与氯化镁及硝酸镁的混合物加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至透明液体。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的超浓缩衣物护理乳液,(1)采用了甘油、丙二醇作为溶解分散,其稳定性高,成本低,生物降解度高,是理想的分散性溶剂,替代去大部分离子水的溶解,能够保存在PVA水溶膜内;
(2)高分散后氨基改性硅酮乳液防止直接添加过程中阳离子的聚合,高分散后乳液有助于在织物纤维上吸附,有效消除静电,和柔软衣物,平整易烫;
(3)分散均匀的微胶囊香精能够吸附在织物上和均匀分布在产品中,微胶囊香精在织物上随着温度、时间、动作的变化会释放不同香气;
(4)使用高浓缩原料填充了去离子水的添加,让高浓缩原料在使用过程吸收大量水分发挥更强柔顺功效。

超浓缩衣物护理乳液制成胶囊后的稳定性实验,分别取上述实施例1-4中的制备的胶囊20粒,置于恒温恒湿稳定性考察试验箱中,分别于0个月、3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月、18个月、24个月分别进 行稳定性检测。结果如下表1:
根据表1的实验结果可以看出实施例1、2、3是制得的胶囊式超浓缩衣物护理乳液,超浓缩衣物护理乳液能够与PVA水溶膜长期共存,实施例4中的去离子水含量高,无法与PVA水溶膜长期共存,不适于制成胶囊。
实施例6
超浓缩衣物护理乳液护理后的香气实验,分别取上述实施例1-3中的制备的超浓缩衣物护理乳液以及普通对比例护理液,本实验中采用实施例1-3中的制备的超浓缩衣物护理乳液以及普通对比例护理液分别对衣物进行清洗,清洗晾干后,在自然通风的环境中经过24小时后由100名普通人进行判断,结果如下表2:

超浓缩衣物护理乳液护理后的静电检测实验,分别取上述实施例1-3中的制备的超浓缩衣物护理乳液以及普通对比例护理液,本实验中采用实施例1-3中的制备的超浓缩衣物护理乳液以及普通对比例护理液分别对10件衣物进行护理,护理后经过8小时的晾干后,采用静电检测装置进行检测,平均结果如下表3:

实施例1-3中的制备的胶囊式超浓缩衣物护理乳液与普通对比例护理液相互比较具有良好的抗静电性能。

Claims (10)

1.一种超浓缩衣物护理乳液,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的原料:去离子水5.0-15.0份;
EDTA二钠:0.05-0.20份;
酯基季铵盐:50.0-80.0份;
聚季铵盐-7:5.0-15.0份;
甘油:5.0-15.0份;
丙二醇:10.0-25.0份;
微胶囊香精:0.5-2.0份;
香精:0.5-2.0份;
氨基改性硅酮乳液:5.0-15.0份;
防腐剂:0.1份-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩衣物护理乳液,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的原料:去离子水5.0-10.0份;
EDTA二钠:0.05-0.15份;
酯基季铵盐:60.0-70.0份;
聚季铵盐-7:5.0-10.0份;
甘油:5.0-10.0份;
丙二醇:15.0-20.0份;
微胶囊香精:0.5-1.0份;
香精:0.5-1.0份;
氨基改性硅酮乳液:5.0-8.0份;
防腐剂:0.1份-0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩衣物护理乳液,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的原料:去离子水5.0份;
EDTA二钠:0.15份;
酯基季铵盐:70.0份;
聚季铵盐-7:10.0份;
甘油:7.0份;
丙二醇:15.0份;
微胶囊香精:1.0份;
香精:1.0份;
氨基改性硅酮乳液:5.0份;
防腐剂:0.1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超浓缩衣物护理乳液,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的原料:去离子水10.0份;
EDTA二钠:0.05份;
酯基季铵盐:60.0份;
聚季铵盐-7:5.0份;
甘油:5.0份;
丙二醇:20.0份;
微胶囊香精:0.5份;
香精:0.5份;
氨基改性硅酮乳液:8.0份;
防腐剂:0.2份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种超浓缩衣物护理乳液,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮份、甲基异噻唑酮与氯化镁及硝酸镁的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的超浓缩衣物护理乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:1)称取去离子水和EDTA 二钠加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至透明液;
2)分别称取酯基季铵盐、聚季铵盐-7、甘油、丙二醇、加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至均匀乳液;
3)称取微胶囊香精和去离子水按1:1的比例加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至均匀白色乳液;
4)称取氨基硅酮乳液加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至均匀白色乳液;
5)称取香精加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至透明液体;
6)分别称取防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮份、甲基异噻唑酮与氯化镁及硝酸镁的混合物加入搅拌锅中,搅拌至透明液体。
7.根据权利要求6任意一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)的搅拌速度为20r/min;所述步骤2)的搅拌速度为20r/min,搅拌时间为30分钟。
8.根据权利要求6任意一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)还包括将微胶囊香精和去离子水在容器中分散均匀,过滤后加入拌锅中,搅拌速度为20r/min,搅拌时间为10分钟。
9.根据权利要求6任意一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)还包括, 称取氨基硅酮乳液后,再按1:5的重量配比称取步骤3)中制备的基料,与基料混合后通过均质机分散均匀再加入搅拌锅中,搅拌速度为15r/min,搅拌时间为10分钟。
10.根据权利要求6任意一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中的搅拌速度为15r/min,搅拌时间为10分钟;所述步骤6)中的搅拌速度为15r/min,搅拌时间为15分钟。
