The polyester high-elastic yarns obtained in the above examples 1 to 5 were woven into fabrics having quality indexes such as color fastness to washing, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to dry heat, and cylinder difference, as compared with those of the conventional polyester high-elastic yarns of the prior art as a comparative example, as shown in the following table 1:

Wherein, the standards of all quality indexes are divided into 5 grades, the 5 grades are the best, and the 1 grade is the worst.
The high-elasticity, super-soft and super-smooth polyester high-stretch yarns prepared in the above examples 1 to 5 are woven into a woven tape, which can achieve the same effect as the woven tape of the polyamide high-stretch yarns, is more durable than the woven tape of the polyamide high-stretch yarns, is less prone to deformation, and has a price reduced by 25 to 40% at the same ratio, and the woven tape is prepared from the high-stretch yarns with the same specification, the number of meters of the woven tape prepared from the polyester high-stretch yarns provided by the invention is 12 to 20% more than that of the woven tape prepared from the polyamide high-stretch yarns, and in addition, the polyester high-stretch yarns obtained in the examples have the same or even higher level of washing fastness, sweat stain fastness, friction color fastness, dry heat color fastness and cylinder difference as those of the common polyester high-stretch yarns in the prior art, and can be applied to sports goods such as woven tapes, vamps, sheaths, and the like, wherein the high-elasticity, super-soft and super, is the best embodiment.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (3)

1. A processing method of high-elasticity, super-soft and super-smooth polyester high stretch yarn is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, twisting and forming polyester yarns by a two-for-one twister, wherein the number of twisted strands is 105-115, drying by a loose dryer, then placing in a steam engine, heating to 90-100 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes to obtain polyester yarns;
step 2, placing the polyester silk thread obtained in the step 1 into a dye vat, and sequentially adding water, a high-temperature leveling agent, a pH value buffer solution and a dye, wherein the weight ratio of the water to the high-temperature leveling agent to the pH value buffer solution to the dye is 500: 5-10: 3-15: 8-50, wherein the concentration of a pH value buffer solution is 1.7-4.3 mol/L, the high-temperature leveling agent is at least one of a high-temperature leveling agent XPO-4, a high-temperature leveling agent XPO-5 or a PEL high-temperature leveling agent, the dye is at least one of SF series disperse dye, H-WF series disperse dye, LXF series disperse dye and MD series disperse dye, the mixture is uniformly mixed, the temperature is raised to 80 ℃ at the speed of 1.5-3 ℃/s, the temperature is raised to 90 ℃ at the speed of 3-5 ℃/s, the temperature is kept for 10 minutes, the temperature is raised to 100 ℃ at the speed of 1-2 ℃/s, the temperature is kept for 10 minutes, the temperature is raised to 110 ℃ at the speed of 0.5-1.5 ℃/s, the temperature is kept for 10 minutes, the temperature is raised to 130 ℃ at the speed of 0.5-1 ℃/s, the temperature is kept for 45 minutes for dyeing, and the dyed polyester silk threads in a dyeing vat, carrying out high-row;
step 3, sequentially adding water, an acidic reducing agent and glacial acetic acid into the dye vat subjected to high discharge in the step 2, wherein the weight ratio of the water to the acidic reducing agent to the glacial acetic acid is 500: 3-7: 3-7, wherein the acidic reducing agent is at least one of an acidic reducing cleaning agent F-284, an acidic reducing cleaning agent SR-3088, an acidic reducing cleaning agent DC-210 and an acidic reducing cleaning agent ZJ-R25A, the mixture is uniformly mixed, the temperature is increased to 80 ℃ at the speed of 2-5 ℃/s, the temperature is kept for 20 minutes for color fixation, then the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature at the speed of 4-6 ℃/s, and the color-fixed polyester yarn in a dye vat is reserved for draining;
step 4, sequentially adding water, a softening agent and a smoothing agent into the dye vat subjected to water drainage in the step 3, and uniformly mixing, wherein the weight ratio of the water to the softening agent to the smoothing agent is 500: 5-10: 6-10, wherein the softening agent is at least one of a softening agent JF-2086, a softening agent KF-96, a softening agent K-915 and a softening agent TS-5600; the smoothing agent is at least one of a smoothing agent SD-01, a smoothing agent AD-HES210, a smoothing agent 827, a smoothing agent SX281 and a smoothing agent K-903, the temperature is raised to 50 ℃ at the speed of 2-4 ℃/s, the temperature is kept for 20 minutes for softening, the temperature is lowered to the normal temperature at the speed of 4-6 ℃/s, finally, drainage is carried out, water is added for rinsing for 1-5 times to obtain the high-elasticity, super-soft and super-smooth polyester high-elasticity yarn, and the high-elasticity, super-soft and super-smooth polyester high-elasticity yarn is obtained after drying.
2. The method for processing the high-elasticity, super-soft and super-smooth polyester high-stretch yarn according to claim 1, wherein the pH buffer solution is a mixed solution of sodium chloride and hydrochloric acid, and the molar ratio of the sodium chloride to the hydrochloric acid is 12-15: 24-26.
3. The processing method of the high-elasticity, super-soft and super-smooth polyester high-stretch yarn according to claim 1, wherein the pH buffer solution is a mixed solution of acetic acid and sodium acetate, and the molar ratio of the acetic acid to the sodium acetate is 23-26: 64 to 70.
