Description

Phosphorus-containing engine coolant and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a phosphorus-containing engine coolant, in particular to an engine coolant which has excellent corrosion inhibition performance of aluminum and soldering tin metal, and simultaneously has good hard water compatibility and better non-metallic material compatibility.
Background
As engine power increases, the size continues to shrink, emissions are tightly controlled, thermal loads and related reliability issues become more and more prominent, and the importance of cooling systems increases.
The engine coolant mainly comprises water, glycol and additives, wherein the two additives mainly comprise a corrosion inhibitor, the additives mainly have the functions of corrosion prevention and scale prevention and foam resistance, the base liquid of most of the existing coolants is basically glycol, and different corrosion inhibition systems are mainly adopted according to different formulas. Most of coolant products in the current market adopt silicon-containing or organic acid type as corrosive agents, the products basically have advantages and disadvantages, particularly for Japanese and Korean automobiles, coolant of a phosphorus-containing system is generally adopted, along with the gradual increase of the Japanese and Korean automobiles, phosphorus-containing coolant products with more excellent performance need to be developed, and because the traditional phosphate can reduce the protection effect on aluminum at high temperature and can also be combined with calcium and magnesium ions in hard water to form floccule precipitates to block a radiator coil, so that the coolant is not smooth to flow and generate overheating, the defects of a phosphorus-containing formula need to be improved, and the requirements of modern engines are met.
