Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a beverage container used when an infant ingests a beverage.
In the present specification, the terms "up" and "down" as used to describe directions are based on a state in which the beverage container is placed, and the terms "front" and "rear" refer to a state in which the side of the lid member where the lock mechanism is provided is "front" and a state in which the pivot joint portion of the lid member is provided is "rear".
Background
As a container used by an infant in a transition period from a feeding bottle with a nipple to a straw-type beverage container, for example, a flat elliptic mouthpiece-type container is known as a beverage intake port.
However, since the shapes of the mouthpiece type and the mouthpiece type are different, there is a case where the transition cannot be smoothly made for the infant, and as a beverage container for solving this problem, for example, patent document 1 proposes a beverage container in which the mouthpiece is used as a mouthpiece changer and can be replaced with a flat oval shape or a circular shape.
In patent document 1, as described above, the shape of the nozzle changer can be changed to a flat elliptical shape or a circular shape.
However, the spout-type beverage container is a container that is held by hand and drinks by tilting the beverage container, and a discharge hole is provided at the tip of the spout portion so that the beverage can be naturally discharged by tilting the beverage container.
On the other hand, in the straw-type beverage container, the liquid is sucked by the infant by putting a straw into the mouth without tilting the beverage container.
However, since neither the baby bottle nor the spout type container has a sucking operation, the baby cannot perform a sucking operation of the straw. In particular, the straw has a relatively thin circular cross-section and thus requires pounding for inhalation. That is, for the infant, two new operations, i.e., a poult operation and a sucking operation, must be performed. Therefore, there is a case where the transition to the straw type cannot be smoothly handled or made.
In this respect, in patent document 1, the shape of the nozzle portion can be changed to a circular cross section close to the straw, and therefore, it is considered that the shape of the nozzle portion itself is close to the straw.
However, even if only the shape of the spout portion is close to the straw, since the heavy drink container flows out naturally by tilting the container, it is impossible to give a sense that the drink flows out when the drink is taken, and on the contrary, an infant who cannot stick his mouth sticks pours out the drink when the container is tilted, and thus it is practically impossible to provide effective training.
In order to solve this problem, for example, patent document 2 proposes a beverage container in which a flat spout is attached to a spout having a circular cross section in a superimposed manner, and a straw communicating with the spout is attached to the container.
According to the beverage container of patent document 2, it is considered that the above-described problems described in patent document 1 can be solved, and the transition from infants to straw-type beverage containers can be smoothly performed.

Disclosure of Invention
However, the beverage container disclosed in patent document 2 is premised on the use of a straw attached to communicate with a drinking spout, and therefore has the following problems.
If the straw is removed and the container is used as a spout-type beverage container, the beverage inside the container leaks from the hole of the spout portion when the container is laid down with the lid open. Therefore, the nozzle type is not suitable for use in a state where the straw is removed, and has a problem that it cannot be used for a long period of time as follows: as a mouthpiece type, and then used in training for transition to a straw.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a beverage container which is convenient for use of a spout type and can smoothly transit from the spout type to a straw type beverage container.
(1) The beverage container of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a container body having an opening at an upper end thereof and containing a beverage; a base member detachably attached to the opening of the container body; a mouthpiece member attached to the base member; a straw member for transporting the beverage, one end of which is detachable from the spout member, and the other end of which extends into the container body in an assembled state; and an openable and closable lid member provided so as to cover the spout member, wherein the spout member has a spout portion in which a flow channel for beverage is formed, the spout portion is formed of a deformable soft member, and has a flat upper cross-section, and a valve body is provided at a predetermined position in the flow channel from an upper end thereof, the valve body being in an open state in which beverage can pass through the valve body by suction and/or deformation.
(2) Further, in the beverage container according to the above (1), the mouthpiece section is thin by providing a constricted section at a position lower than the position of the valve body in the outer shape.
(3) Further, the beverage container according to the above (1) or (2), further comprising: a vent valve provided in the base member or the spout member and configured to remove an internal pressure in the container main body in conjunction with an opening operation of the lid body; and a deformation preventing piece provided on an inner surface of the lid member, extending downward in a closed state, and abutting against a side surface of the mouthpiece section to prevent deformation of the mouthpiece section, thereby preventing opening of the valve body due to deformation of the mouthpiece section in a closed state and an open initial state of the lid member.
(4) Further, in the beverage container according to the above (3), the valve body is constituted by a face portion provided in the flow passage and a slit extending in a direction intersecting with a longitudinal direction of the face portion, and the deformation preventing pieces are provided so as to abut on both sides of the suction nozzle portion in the longitudinal direction.
The present invention has the following effects.
In the present invention, the spout portion having a flat upper cross-section and the straw member communicating with the spout portion are detachably provided, and the valve body which is opened by suction and/or deformation is provided in the flow passage of the spout portion, so that the transition to the straw type can be smoothly performed after the stage of the milk bottle, and the present invention can be used as a straw type and can be used for a long period of time.
In addition, the valve body is opened by sucking and/or deforming, so that the beverage can be easily taken even at the beginning of transition from the baby bottle, and the beverage can be prevented from leaking out when the baby bottle is turned upside down.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a beverage container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a container body 5 having an opening 3 at an upper end thereof and containing a beverage; a base member 7 detachably attached to the opening 3 of the container body 5; a mouthpiece member 9 fitted to the base member 7; a straw member 11 for transporting the beverage, one end of which is attachable to and detachable from the mouthpiece member 9, and the other end of which extends into the container main body 5 in the attached state; and an openable and closable lid member 13 provided to cover the mouthpiece member 9.
Hereinafter, each component of the beverage container 1 will be described in detail.
< Container body >
< base part >
The base member 7 is detachably attached to the opening 3 of the container body 5, has a substantially cylindrical shape with a low height, and has a female screw portion 17 on an inner peripheral surface thereof, which is screwed to the male screw portion 15 of the container body 5.
Further, grips 19 for holding an infant are provided on the left and right sides of the outer peripheral portion.
A pivot joint 21 that openably and closably supports the cover member 13 is provided at the rear of the upper surface.
Further, a lock mechanism 23 for engaging with the lid member 13 to maintain the closed state of the lid member 13 is provided on the front side of the outer peripheral portion.
A hole 25 (see fig. 3) extending in the front-rear direction is provided in the center of the upper surface of the base member 7, and the mouthpiece member 9 is attached to the hole 25.
Further, a packing 27 is fitted on the inner surface side of the base member 7.
< mouthpiece part >
The mouthpiece member 9 is attachable to the hole 25 of the base member 7, and includes: a mouthpiece 29 for sucking the infant and serving as a passage for the beverage; and an internal pressure opening mechanism 31 for removing the internal pressure of the container main body 5.
Mouth sucking part
The spout portion 29 is made of a deformable soft member such as silicone, has a flat shape, more specifically, a so-called spout shape having an elliptical cross section, and has a flow passage 33 formed therein through which the beverage flows. A valve body 35 is provided at a predetermined position from the upper end of the flow passage 33, and the valve body 35 is opened by the suction and suction nozzle portion 29 being deformed.
The valve 35 is preferably disposed at a position approximately 3mm to 10mm from the upper end of the mouthpiece section 29.
The valve body 35 is constituted by a flat surface portion 36 and a slit 37, the flat surface portion 36 is provided so as to partition the flow passage 33, and the slit 37 is formed so as to extend in a direction orthogonal to the major axis of the ellipse, that is, in the minor axis direction of the flat surface portion 36.
The entire mouthpiece member 9 including the mouthpiece section 29 is formed of a soft deformable material, and by applying pressure so as to sandwich the mouthpiece section 29 from both sides in the short axis direction, the slit 37 is opened, and the valve body 35 is opened.
In the suction nozzle portion 29, a constricted portion 39 is provided slightly below the valve body 35, and the constricted portion 39 is thin.
By providing such a thin constricted portion 39, this portion is easily deformed when the infant's mouth is pinched, and thus the valve body 35 is easily opened. Therefore, even infants with a low age of the month can easily ingest the beverage.
The lower end of the flow channel 33 is a straw fitting portion 41 to which the straw member 11 can be fitted.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the lower end opening edge of the flow channel 33 is tapered, and the pipette unit 11 can be easily assembled.
Section of internal pressure opening mechanism
The internal pressure opening mechanism 31 is provided behind the mouthpiece section 29, and has a rising section 45 provided with an air passage 43 therein, and a vent valve 47 provided near the upper end of the air passage 43. The vent valve 47 includes a hemispherical surface portion 49 recessed in a hemispherical shape downward, and a vent slit 51 formed in the hemispherical surface portion 49 so as to extend in the front-rear direction.
A projecting portion 53 is formed at the rear side of the upper end of the rising portion 45 so as to project rearward.
The protruding portion 53 is pushed in the direction of the arrow shown in fig. 9, whereby the rising portion 45 is deformed, and the vent slit 51 is opened by being cut along with the deformation, and the vent valve 47 is opened. Further, by forming the ventilation slit 51 in the hemispherical surface portion 49, the valve opening accompanying the deformation of the protruding portion 53 can be performed smoothly.
< suction pipe part >
The straw member 11 has an upper end inserted into a lower end of the mouthpiece portion 29, and a lower end extending to a bottom portion in the container main body 5, and functions as a beverage transfer passage when the beverage is sucked up.
< cover part >
The lid member 13 is rotatably attached to the base member 7 at the rear end portion, and is provided with a locking portion 55 locked to the lock mechanism 23 at the front end portion so as to cover the mouthpiece member 9 in a closed state.
Further, a push-up piece 59 is provided at the rear end of the inner surface of the lid member 13, and is locked to the protrusion 53 formed in the rising portion 45 of the mouthpiece member 9 in the closed state, and when the lid member 13 is opened, the protrusion 53 is pushed in the direction of the arrow in fig. 9 and deformed.
The operational effects of the beverage container 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above will be described.
< State of use after removal of suction pipe part >
Since the straw member 11 can be attached and detached, the straw member 11 can be used in the same manner as a conventional spout-type beverage container in a state where the straw member 11 is detached. That is, the user can drink the beverage by tilting the container by holding the handle 19 and sucking or pinching the mouthpiece portion 29.
However, in the beverage container 1 of the present embodiment, since the valve body 35 is provided in the mouthpiece portion 29, the beverage cannot be discharged by simply tilting the beverage container 1, but the valve body 35 is opened by pinching the mouthpiece portion 29 with the mouth, and the beverage can be easily taken. Further, since the nozzle portion 29 is provided with the constricted portion 39, the valve body 35 is easily opened because the deformation is facilitated.
Therefore, by detaching the suction pipe member 11, the suction pipe member can be used from a stage of a lower age than the case where the suction pipe member must be attached as shown in patent document 2.
Further, the provision of the valve body 35 can prevent the beverage from leaking when the beverage container 1 is inverted, which is superior to the beverage container disclosed in patent document 1.
< State of use with suction pipe unit fitted >
In the state where the straw member 11 is attached, the valve body 35 is opened by sucking the mouthpiece portion 29, and the beverage can be sucked.
However, even if an infant or young child who is used to the user in a state of removing the straw member 11 can try to drink the drink by tilting the drink container 1 in a state of attaching the straw member 11, only the drink in the straw member 11 can be taken, and during this period, it is empirically learned that the drink flows out at the time of suction, and the fact that the drink is sucked like a straw is naturally grasped.
Therefore, the beverage container 1 of the present embodiment can be used for a long period of time from the stage of using the beverage container as a milk bottle, that is, the so-called spout-type beverage container, to the stage of using a straw, and can smoothly transit to the straw-type beverage container.
Further, in a state where the beverage is put into the container main body 5, the internal pressure in the container main body 5 becomes high. In this case, the lower end side of the straw member 11 is immersed in the beverage in a state where the straw member 11 is attached, and thus there is a risk that the beverage is splashed.
However, in the beverage container 1 of the present embodiment, the splashing of the beverage is prevented by the following action.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the state where the cover member 13 is closed, the upper end of the suction nozzle portion 29 abuts against the inner surface of the cover member 13, and as shown in fig. 6, the deformation preventing pieces 57 abut against both sides of the suction nozzle portion 29 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 5, the push-up piece 59 of the lid member 13 is disposed on the lower surface side of the protruding portion 53 of the rising portion 45.
It is assumed that, when lid member 13 is opened in a state where the internal pressure in container main body 5 is high, push-up piece 59 pushes up protruding portion 53 in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 9 at the initial stage of opening. Therefore, the vent valve 47 is opened to remove the internal pressure. On the other hand, in the initial stage of opening the lid member 13, the deformation preventing piece 57 prevents the deformation of the mouthpiece section 29, and therefore, even if a force for expanding the mouthpiece section 29 from the inside is applied by the internal pressure, the deformation of the valve body 35 in the opening direction, that is, in the longitudinal direction of the mouthpiece section 29 can be prevented from expanding, and in this state, the vent valve 47 is opened, and the beverage is not splashed out from the mouthpiece section 29.
As described above, the beverage container 1 of the present embodiment can be used for a long period of time from the stage after the feeding bottle to the straw type, and can smoothly transit from the so-called spout type to the straw type, and also has excellent effects of preventing the beverage from leaking when the bottle is turned upside down and preventing the beverage from spilling.
In the above-described embodiment, the vent valve 47 is provided in the mouthpiece member 9, but the position where the vent valve 47 is provided is not limited to this, and may be provided in the base member 7.
