Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of lamplight control of an air-defense lamp, and particularly relates to a lamplight control circuit.
Background
At present, with the rapid development of automobile electronic technology, common lamps configured on a whole automobile are provided with a head lamp, a night light, a fog lamp, a brake lamp, a steering lamp and a reversing lamp, and the common lamps are controlled by a vehicle body controller (CBCU) and can detect faults such as short circuit, open circuit, overload and the like of each street lamp.
Because special lamps such as an anti-air headlight, an anti-air brake lamp, an anti-air marker lamp and the like are required to be added to the special vehicle, any one of ordinary lamps arranged on the whole vehicle is not allowed to be lightened as long as any one of the special lamps is lightened; when the common lamp is normally lighted, the special lamp is not allowed to be lighted; the vehicle body controller only controls the pins of the common lamp and does not control the pins of the special lamp.

The beneficial effects are that: the invention has the light control circuit of the vehicle body controller and the air defense lamp, the circuit controls the vehicle body controller and the relay through the light switch (with the air defense position), thereby realizing the light control of the vehicle body controller and the air defense lamp, and further controlling the light control switching of the common lamp and the special lamp of the whole vehicle.

The invention provides a light control circuit which comprises a brake lamp switch, insurance F1, F2, a light control switch, a vehicle body controller, an air defense brake lamp relay, an air defense headlamp relay, an air defense position lamp relay, an air defense brake lamp power relay, a common lamp, an air defense brake lamp, an air defense headlamp and an air defense position lamp, wherein the air defense brake lamp relay is connected with the vehicle body controller; the light control switch comprises a neutral prevention gear and a non-neutral prevention gear,
one path of the power supply anode is connected with the power supply input end of the lamplight control switch through a safety F2, and two switch output ends S68 and S56 of an anti-idle gear of the lamplight control switch are respectively connected with the control input ends of the anti-idle headlamp relay and the anti-idle position lamp relay; the normally closed switch output end 49 of the non-neutral position prevention of the lamplight control switch is connected with a control output end 85 of the automobile body controller and the power relay of the air-stop lamp, and the other end is grounded;

when the lamplight switch is in a non-idle gear state, the normally closed switch is grounded and conducted, the vehicle body controller receives a low-level signal of the normally closed switch, the lamplight control switch and the vehicle body controller are used for controlling lamplight of a common lamp of the whole vehicle, meanwhile, the control output end 85 of the idle brake lamp power relay is grounded, and the idle brake lamp relay connected with the same is not powered; when the lamplight switch rotates to the neutral prevention position, the normally closed switch is disconnected, a suspension signal is given to the vehicle body controller, when the suspension signal is received by the vehicle body controller, the vehicle body controller cuts off the output control of all the common lamps, the lamplight control of the special lamps is controlled by the lamplight switch and the relay, and the air prevention brake lamp relay is powered on.
Common lamps include night lights, headlamps, fog lights, and the like.
The working principle is as follows:
when the light control switch is in a non-air defense state, the pin 49 of the light control switch is connected with the pin 15a, the pin 15a is connected with the ground, the pin 49 of the light control switch outputs a low level-ground signal, the pin 49 of the light control switch is connected with the pin 85 of the vehicle body controller C35 and the air defense brake lamp power relay, the pin C35 of the vehicle body controller receives the low level-ground signal, and the light of a common lamp of the whole vehicle is controlled by the vehicle body controller; at the moment, the 85 feet of the air defense brake lamp power relay are also connected with the ground, the coil of the air defense brake lamp power relay is attracted, the 30 feet of the air defense brake lamp power relay are connected with the 87 feet of the air defense brake lamp power relay, the 30 feet of the air defense brake lamp relay are disconnected, even if a brake lamp switch is closed, the 86 feet of the air defense brake lamp relay are connected with the power supply, the coil of the air defense brake lamp relay is attracted, the 30 feet of the air defense brake lamp relay are connected with the 87 feet of the air defense brake lamp relay, and as the 30 feet of the air defense brake lamp relay are suspended, the air defense brake lamp is not connected with the power supply, and the air defense brake lamp is not lightened;
