Background
Injection molding, also known as injection molding, is a method of molding by injection and molding. The method is that a plastic material which is completely melted is stirred by a screw at a certain temperature, injected into a mold cavity by high pressure, cooled and solidified to obtain a molded product. The method can be suitable for mass production of parts with complex shapes, and is one of important processing methods. And in the operation process of moulding plastics, after the mould that moulds plastics and finish dividing, the injection moulding product through the primary cooling shaping can the drawing of patterns and drops from the gap that the mould opened, and current injection moulding product collection mode is for placing a plastics case and collecting below the department that opens and shuts at the mould. By using the mode, the injection products are easily accumulated in a certain area of the plastic box in the collecting and collecting process, so that the injection products subjected to subsequent demoulding cannot smoothly enter the plastic box and fall out of the plastic box to be damaged. And the weight is increased after more injection-molded parts are collected in the plastic box, and the labor of an injection-molding operator is far from sufficient when unloading operation is needed.
Therefore, it is urgently needed to provide an injection molding collecting device which can uniformly distribute and stack injection molding products falling into a plastic box and is convenient and quick in unloading operation.
Chinese patent application No. 201510875520.1 discloses an injection molding collecting device, which comprises a collecting box and a bracket; wherein the collecting box is detachably mounted on the support and can be turned over to discharge the injection-molded parts from the opening on the collecting box. The collecting box of the device needs to rotate when unloading, and certain potential safety hazard exists in the rotating process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an injection molding part collecting device to solve the defects caused by the prior art.
A collecting device for injection molding parts comprises a box body, a push plate, two groups of operating devices with the same structure and a goods outlet device, wherein each operating device comprises a first handle, a rotating shaft, a sliding block and a clamp, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the sliding block, one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the first handle, the other end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the clamp, a first threaded hole is formed in the clamp, a second threaded hole is formed in the edge of the push plate, the first threaded hole corresponds to the second threaded hole in size, the first threaded hole is fixedly connected with the second threaded hole through a bolt, the goods outlet device comprises a goods outlet door, a hinge, a lock leaf and a lock catch, the goods outlet door is rotatably connected with the surface of the box body through the hinge, the lock leaf is fixedly connected with the surface of the goods outlet door, the lock catch is fixedly connected with the surface of the box body, and the lock leaf corresponds to the position of the lock catch, the lock is characterized in that the lock leaf and the lock catch are fixed through a fixing pin, a sliding groove is further formed in the box body, the sliding block is connected in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, and a roller is further arranged at the bottom of the box body.
Preferably, the upper end of one side of the box body is also provided with a second handle.
Preferably, the interior of the box body, the inner wall of the delivery door and the surface of the push plate are all provided with elastic rubber layers.
Preferably, the rollers close to the two sides of the handle are universal wheels, and the rollers on the other side are directional wheels.

The invention has the advantages that: when the injection molding piece falls into the box body, the push plate is rotated by rotating the first handle, so that the injection molding piece in the box body is spread in the box body, injection molding products subjected to subsequent demolding can smoothly enter the box body, the delivery door is opened when unloading, the injection molding piece in the box body is pushed down by the push plate by rotating the handle and moving the sliding block, and the efficiency and the safety are improved.

In this embodiment, the interior of the box 1, the inner wall of the delivery door 13 and the surface of the push plate 7 are all provided with elastic rubber layers. The quality of the surface of the injection molding part is prevented from being influenced when the injection molding part collides with the inside of the box body 1, the inner wall of the delivery door 13 and the surface of the push plate 7.
In this embodiment, the roller near the second handle 17 is a universal wheel, and the roller on the other side is a directional wheel.
