It is to be understood that while the present invention has been described in conjunction with the preferred embodiments thereof, it is not intended to limit the invention to those embodiments. Claims (7)

1. A surgical instrument disinfection container is characterized by comprising a container body and a container cover body, wherein the container cover body is buckled on the container body, the container body comprises a shell and an inner container used for containing surgical instruments and disinfection liquid, the shell comprises an outer shell and an inner shell, a lower interlayer is formed between the outer shell and the inner shell, an air outlet communicated with the lower interlayer is formed in the bottom of the outer shell, an electromagnetic ring is arranged at the bottom of the lower interlayer, the electromagnetic ring is tightly attached to the inner shell to form a heating inner container, the container cover body comprises an upper cover and a lower support, an upper interlayer is formed between the upper cover and the lower support, an air inlet communicated with the upper interlayer is formed in the top of the upper cover, a motor and a radiating fan are arranged in the upper interlayer, the motor is provided with an upper output shaft and a lower output shaft, the upper output shaft is connected with the radiating fan, and a stirring, the stirring rod extends into the inner container, the top of the lower support is provided with an annular bulge formed by sinking downwards, the bottom of the annular bulge is provided with an air vent, the annular bulge extends into the lower interlayer after the container cover body is covered on the container body in place, the air vent communicates the upper interlayer with the lower interlayer, and when the motor runs, the cooling fan sucks external air from the air inlet, sends the sucked external air into the lower interlayer and discharges the air from the air outlet;
the top of the lower interlayer is provided with an elastic plate matched with the annular bulge, the elastic plate comprises an outer elastic plate and an inner elastic plate, the outer elastic plate is connected with the top of the inner wall of the outer shell, the inner elastic plate is connected with the top of the outer wall of the inner shell, when the container cover body is opened, the outer elastic plate and the inner elastic plate are abutted to seal the top of the lower interlayer, when the container cover body is covered on the container body, the outer elastic plate and the inner elastic plate are respectively abutted to the inner side and the outer side of the annular bulge, the annular bulge comprises an outer annular side wall, an inner annular side wall and an annular bottom wall, the annular bottom wall is connected between the bottom of the outer annular side wall and the bottom of the inner annular side wall, the vent hole is arranged on the annular bottom wall, the outer annular side wall is consistent with the shape of the outer elastic plate, the inner annular side wall is consistent with the, the outer elastic plate and the inner elastic plate are respectively abutted against the outer annular side wall and the inner annular side wall.

The surgical instrument sterilization container of claim 1, wherein the lower rack comprises a lower rack side wall and a lower rack bottom wall, the motor is located on the lower rack bottom wall, and the lower rack bottom wall is provided with a through hole for the lower output shaft to pass through.

The surgical instrument sterilization container of claim 2, wherein the through hole is located at the center of the bottom wall of the lower frame, the through hole is provided with a bearing, the bearing is hermetically connected with the through hole, and the lower output shaft is connected with the stirring rod after passing through the bearing.

A surgical instrument sterilization container as in claim 2, wherein said lower frame side wall is provided at a top portion thereof with a connection flange, said upper cover includes an upper cover top wall and an upper cover side wall, said connection flange is sealingly connected to a bottom portion of the upper cover side wall to connect the lower frame to an underside of the upper cover, and said annular protrusion is located on said connection flange.
5. The surgical instrument sterilization container of claim 4, wherein the annular protrusion is disposed at a top periphery of the lower housing sidewall, both located directly below the upper cap top wall, such that the annular protrusion is in communication with the upper mezzanine.

A surgical instrument sterilization container as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fixed end of the outer elastic plate is fixedly connected to the top end of the inner wall of the outer housing, the free end extends obliquely downward into the lower interlayer, an outer spring is disposed between the outer elastic plate and the inner wall of the outer housing, the fixed end of the inner elastic plate is fixedly connected to the top end of the outer wall of the inner housing, the free end extends obliquely downward into the lower interlayer, an inner spring is disposed between the inner elastic plate and the outer wall of the inner housing, when the container cover is opened, the outer spring and the inner spring act on the outer elastic plate and the inner elastic plate to abut against each other to seal the top of the lower interlayer, and when the container cover is closed to the container body, the outer spring and the inner spring act on the outer elastic plate and the inner elastic plate to abut against the inside.
7. A surgical instrument sterilization container as in claim 6, wherein said electromagnetic coil is provided with a heat conductor on the outside thereof, said heat conductor extending outwardly and being located within said lower sandwich.
