Abstract
The invention relates to an LED image quality enhancement film, which comprises a substrate, wherein the substrate comprises an upper surface and a lower surface, one surface of the substrate is coated with one or more light guide layers, each light guide layer comprises a plurality of lens particles with similar particle diameters, each lens particle comprises a light incident surface and a light emergent surface, the light incident surface is a straight surface clung to the substrate, the light emergent surface is a convex cambered surface, and a plurality of convex structures are arranged together in a periodic sequence to form a concave-convex light guide layer cambered surface. The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the LED screen color development area is increased, the pseudo super resolution of pixel points is realized, the light softness is improved, the imaging color is vivid, the picture is clear, and besides, the thin film can also eliminate the LED stroboscopic effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of optical projection, in particular to an LED image quality enhancement film.
Background
The LED screen is a novel imaging electronic device which is made by arranging light emitting diodes in sequence. Due to the characteristics of high brightness, wide visual angle, long service life and the like, the light-emitting diode is widely applied to products such as outdoor advertising screens and the like. But the existing LED screen has unclear image quality, can only be seen far, can not be seen near, has uneven color distribution, light is very bright, so that light is not soft enough, the eye is stimulated very greatly when seen for a long time, LED imaging pictures are watched at different angles, the problems of uneven color and brightness distribution and poor light softness exist in the pictures, people can feel tired easily, the imaging pictures are unclear, the resolution is low, in addition, the LED stroboscopic effect has a stimulation effect on the vision system of people, the physiological sanitation and the psychological sanitation of the vision system are influenced, and the vision is damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to an LED image quality enhancement film which is formed by arranging lenses according to a certain periodic sequence, is a film product capable of enhancing the image quality of an LED, solves the problems of unclear image quality, nonuniform color distribution and uncomfortable light rays of an LED screen, can eliminate the LED stroboscopic effect, increases the color development area of the LED screen and realizes the pseudo-super resolution of pixel points in the field of LED imaging, and in many cases, the LED arrangement mode in the LED display screen and the principle of the technology of the LED screen lead to natural defects, namely the defects of incapability of completely eliminating gaps between display units, extremely nonuniform color viewing at different angles, unclear image quality, poor softness of LED light rays, stroboscopic effect of an LED light source, stimulation effect of the LED stroboscopic effect on a visual system of a person, uncomfortable feeling, long-term work or life under the light rays which also possibly affect the physiological sanitation and psychological sanitation of the visual system, damage, and even distribution of luminous points on the LED screen on the screen, namely, even viewing area, and even viewing of the LED screen with lower visual fatigue.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the LED image quality enhancement film comprises a substrate, wherein the substrate comprises an upper surface and a lower surface, one surface of the substrate is coated with one or more light guide layers, each light guide layer comprises a plurality of lens particles with similar particle diameters, the refractive index of each lens particle is between 1.2 and 2.0, the plurality of lens particles are distributed in a triangular or polygonal mode, each LED lamp corresponds to one pixel point, the size of each lens particle is 1/2-1/100 of that of the LED lamp, each lens particle comprises a light inlet surface and a light outlet surface, the light inlet surface is a straight surface which is tightly attached to the substrate, the light outlet surface is a convex cambered surface, a plurality of convex structures are arrayed together in a periodic sequence to form a concave-convex cambered surface of the light guide layer, the lens particles are made of colorless transparent materials, the colorless transparent materials comprise light-transmitting polymeric materials or synthetic materials such as glass, plastic and the like, the substrate is a transparent plastic substrate or a glass substrate, and the plastic substrate comprises acrylic, polyester and vinyl polymers.
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the LED image quality enhancement film which can reduce gaps among display units, enlarge the area of light spots on an LED display screen, enlarge the aperture ratio of pixel points, improve the effective area through which light passes, change the aperture ratio of a single LED display screen into D1 after the film is added on the basis of the LED display screen, and has the relationship of D1-lambda D0, wherein lambda is a ratio coefficient and is more than 1), ensure that the color distribution of an LED imaging picture is more uniform, realize pseudo super resolution of the pixel points, increase the color development area of the LED display screen, improve the softness of light, vivid imaging color and clear picture.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-2, an LED image quality enhancement film comprises a substrate 20, which is a transparent plastic substrate or glass substrate, wherein the plastic substrate comprises acrylic, polyester, and vinyl polymer, and the glass substrate is a common high-transmittance glass, and typically has a low reflectance, such as a glass with a reflectance of 1% or less.
The substrate comprises an upper surface and a lower surface, one surface of the substrate is coated with one or more light guide layers 30, each light guide layer comprises a plurality of lens particles 31 with similar particle diameters, the refractive index of each lens particle is between 1.2 and 2.0, each LED lamp corresponds to one pixel point, the size of each lens particle 31 is 1/2-1/100 of that of each LED lamp, each lens particle 31 comprises a light inlet surface and a light outlet surface, the light inlet surface is a straight surface closely attached to the substrate, the light outlet surface is a convex cambered surface, a plurality of convex structures are arrayed together in a periodic sequence, namely, the convex structures are arrayed circularly according to a certain shape rule to form a concave-convex light guide layer cambered surface, each lens particle is made of colorless transparent materials, and the colorless transparent materials comprise light-transmitting polymeric materials or synthetic materials such as glass, plastic and the like.
Fig. 1C shows an enlarged view of a part of the LED screen 10, in which the light a emitted by the LED lamps 11 passes through the enhancement film, and the light guide layer 30 and the lens particles 31 change the projection path of the light a, so that the light is diffused, and when the light is projected onto the receiving screen 40, the receiving screen 40 is an optical film projection screen or a general projection screen, and when the projection screen receives the projection of the light a, under the influence of the enhancement film, referring to fig. 4, the flare effect is much greater under the condition of implementing the technical scheme of the present invention than that of not implementing the technical scheme of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the plurality of lens particles are arranged in a triangular or polygonal manner, and fig. 3 is a structural view of the arrangement of lens particles in the embodiment of the present invention, and it can be seen from the figure that each three lens particles 31 are distributed in a triangular shape. Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a multi-layered particle arrangement, and it can be seen that each three lens particles 31 are also distributed in a triangle shape. Triangles are the basis and several triangles can be combined into one hexagon.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the LED image quality enhancement film of the present invention can change the catalog of the light spot B of the LED lamp, by comparing fig. 4A and 4B, fig. 4B shows the light spot effect before the optical film is not added, and fig. 4A shows the light spot effect after the optical film is added, the film can reduce the gap between the display units, enlarge the area of the light spot on the LED display screen, enlarge the aperture ratio of the pixel point, increase the effective area through which the light passes, the aperture ratio of the LED display screen is D0, and change the aperture ratio after the LED display screen is added with the film of the present invention to D1, the relationship is D1 ≡λd0, wherein λ is the ratio coefficient and is greater than 1. As shown in fig. 3, the LED enhancement film according to the present invention has a higher light intensity value, that is, brighter, and a longer duration of high light intensity, and a gentle curve, with higher softness, in one cycle.
The thin film provided by the invention solves the problems of unclear image quality, uneven color distribution and insufficient light of the LED screen, realizes pseudo super resolution of pixel points, increases the color development area of the LED screen, and can also eliminate the LED stroboscopic effect.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (6)
1. The LED image quality enhancement film comprises a substrate, wherein the substrate comprises an upper surface and a lower surface, one surface of the substrate is coated with one or more light guide layers, each light guide layer comprises a plurality of lens particles with similar particle sizes, each lens particle comprises a light incident surface and a light emergent surface, the light incident surface is a straight surface clung to the substrate, the light emergent surface is a convex cambered surface, and a plurality of convex structures are arranged together in a periodic sequence to form a concave-convex light guide layer cambered surface;
the aperture ratio of a single LED display screen is D0, the aperture ratio is changed into D1 after the film is added on the basis of the single LED display screen, and the relationship is D1-lambda D0, wherein lambda is a ratio coefficient and is larger than 1;
The lens particles are distributed in a triangular or polygonal mode;
Each LED lamp corresponds to one pixel point, and the size of each lens particle is 1/2-1/100 of that of the LED lamp.
2. The LED image quality enhancement film according to claim 1, wherein the refractive index of the lens particles is between 1.2 and 2.0.
3. The LED image quality enhancement film according to claim 1, wherein the lens particles are made of a colorless transparent material.
4. The LED image quality enhancement film according to claim 3, wherein the colorless transparent material comprises glass, a plastic light-transmitting polymeric material or a synthetic material.
5. The LED image quality enhancement film according to claim 1, wherein the substrate is a transparent plastic substrate or a glass substrate.
6. The LED image quality enhancement film according to claim 5, wherein the plastic substrate comprises an acrylic, polyester, vinyl-based polymer.
