Assuming that the locked state of the outer lock cylinder 88 of the outer lock cylinder 86 is unlocked by using a correct key, allowing the outer lock cylinder 88 to be rotated by using the key to press the outer toggle member 90 against the second end 60 of the transmission block 56, such that the transmission block 56 is pivoted and the first end 58 thereof is linked with the rocker arm 62 to pivot, causing the locking member 70 to be displaced from the release position (the door lock 10 is unlocked as shown in fig. 3) to the locking position (the door lock 10 is locked as shown in fig. 8), in such a state that the pressing portion 74 of the locking member 70 presses the second sensing member 174, causing the second sensing member 174 to output a signal to the light-emitting device 193, further the light-emitting device 193 generates light to be displayed on the light-transmitting cover 195, it can be judged from the light-emitting device 193 of the inner operation device 92 that the door lock 10 is locked (the latch head 42 cannot be operated to be displaced to the unlatching position via the outer handle 82 of the, in the state where the locking member 70 is located at the locking position, the stopper 72 of the locking member 70 is displaced from the recess 55 of the bolt releasing member 50, so that the pivotal path of the bolt releasing member 50 is blocked by the stopper 72 of the locking member 70 and cannot be pivoted, and further, the outer handle 82 of the outer operating device 76 cannot be rotated, and thus the latch head 42 cannot be displaced to the releasing position by the outer handle 82 of the outer operating device 76.
Whether the locking member 70 is located at the locking position or the releasing position, as long as pressure is applied to the operating member 175 on the inner side of the door 20, the operating member 175 is pressed against the first sensing member 173, so that the first sensing member 173 outputs a signal to control the operation of the electric driving device 153, the driving member 155 pivots from the angle that the releasing end 157 abuts against the pressing rod 48 to the angle that the driving end 159 abuts against the pressing rod 48, the pressing rod 48 pivots by being pressed by the driving member 155, further, the pressing rod 48 pivots by abutting against the pushing rod 46, so that the pushing rod 46 is linked with the retractor 44 to displace, and thus the latch head 42 is displaced from the latching position (shown in fig. 3) to the unlatching position (shown in fig.
Assuming that the locking member 70 is in the releasing position, the locking of the inner core 139 of the inner lock cylinder 137 is released by using the correct key, and further, the inner core 139 is rotated by using the key to make the inner toggle member 151 press against the second end 60 of the transmission block 56, so that the locking member 70 is pushed by the rocker arm 62 to be displaced from the releasing position to the locking position, the second sensing member 174 is pressed against the pressing portion 74 of the locking member 70, and further, the light-emitting device 193 of the inner operation device 92 generates a light source to be displayed on the light-transmitting cover 195.
When the locking member 70 is in the locked position, the key is used to unlock the locked state of the inner lock cylinder 139 of the inner lock cylinder 137 or the locked state of the outer lock cylinder 88 of the outer lock cylinder 86, and the inner toggle member 151 or the outer toggle member 90 is further operated to press against the first end 58 of the transmission block 56, so that the transmission block 56 is pivotally reset, and simultaneously the rocker arm 62 moves the locking member 70 from the locked position (shown in fig. 8) to the released position (shown in fig. 3 and 4), so that the pressing portion 74 of the locking member 70 releases the second sensing member 174, the second sensing member 174 does not output a signal to the light-emitting device 193, and further the light-emitting device 193 extinguishes the light source.
The inside operating device 92 of the present invention can determine whether the door lock 10 is set to the locked state or the unlocked state by the bright light or no bright light generated by the light emitting device 193, thereby effectively solving the problem that the inside operating device 92 cannot determine whether the door lock 10 is set to the locked state or the unlocked state.
In addition, the electronic design of the inner operation device 92 of the present invention can significantly reduce the complexity of the mechanical structure and the number of parts, thereby effectively reducing the manufacturing cost.
While the basic teachings of the present invention have been described, numerous extensions and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. For example, the electric driving device 153 of the present invention may be an electric motor, but the electric driving device may be other than an electric motor, for example, the electric driving device may be a commercially available solenoid valve, but not limited to the commercially available solenoid valve, and if the solenoid valve is used as the electric driving device, the driving member 155 may not be included, and the solenoid valve is used to power on and off to move the pressing rod 48 of the interlocking latch device 30 to pivot, and the interlocking latch 42 can be moved between the latched position and the unlatched position. Alternatively, the first sensing member 173 may be a device other than a pressure sensor, for example, the first sensing member 173 may be a micro switch.
It should be noted that, in addition to the light emitting device 193 generating a light source to indicate that the door lock 10 is in the locked state and the light emitting device 193 not generating a light source to indicate that the door lock 10 is in the unlocked state, the inside operating device 92 may also generate a light source of a different color by the light emitting device 193 to indicate that the door lock 10 is in the locked state or the unlocked state, for example, when the door lock 10 is set to the locked state, the light emitting device 193 generating a red light source to display on the translucent cover 195, and when the door lock 10 is set to the unlocked state, the light emitting device 193 generating a green light source to display on the. Alternatively, the light-emitting device 193 may be designed such that the light-emitting device 193 does not emit light when the door lock 10 is set to the locked state, and the light-emitting device 193 emits light when the door lock 10 is set to the unlocked state.
Alternatively, the door lock 10 may incorporate a different type of outside operating device 76, for example, the outside operating device 76 may be formed by only one outside lock cylinder 86 and one fixed handle mounted on the outside 26 of the door 20, and the proper metal key is used to unlock the outside cylinder 88 of the outside lock cylinder 86, thereby allowing the latch head of the latch device (e.g., the latch device disclosed in the patent of U.S. 8,641,104) to be moved from the latched position to the unlatched position by using the outside lock cylinder 86 to operate the latch device.
The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
