本发明提出的是一种生物有机肥。在100份肥料中,苦参碱提取后残渣80%,腐熟羊粪19.2%,枯草芽孢杆菌0.5%,生石灰0.3%。经过混合搅拌和制粒,成为成品生物有机肥。本发明有机肥原料中使用了苦参碱,具有杀虫作用;使用了枯草芽孢杆菌,具有抑菌和促进有益菌繁盛的作用;使用了石灰,具有杀虫和杀菌作用;使用羊粪,具有肥料的营养成分。因此配合成的有机肥具有功能性和营养性。适宜作为农作物种植的生物有机肥应用。

一种生物有机肥
技术领域
本发明提出的是农业领域的肥料,具体地说是一种生物有机肥。
背景技术
目前,用作农作物的肥料有化学肥料和农家肥以及生物有机肥,相对来说,生物有机肥安全,能够起到缓释作用,营养成分充足,对土壤和农作物无害,并且没有污染,已经得到充分的认识。然而生物有机肥有很多种,根据原料与配比效能不同,效果也不尽相同,因此如何配制有药物作用的有机肥需要进行研究。
发明内容
为了实现具有杀虫和抑菌作用的有机肥,本发明提出了一种生物有机肥。该有机肥通过苦参碱、枯草芽孢杆菌和羊粪与石灰的混配,解决杀虫抑菌的生物有机肥配制的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在100份肥料中,苦参碱提取后残渣80 %,腐熟羊粪19.2 %,枯草芽孢杆菌0.5 %,生石灰0.3 %。经过混合搅拌和制粒,成为成品生物有机肥。
积极效果,本发明有机肥原料中使用了苦参碱,具有杀虫作用;使用了枯草芽孢杆菌,具有抑菌和促进有益菌繁盛的作用;使用了石灰,具有杀虫和杀菌作用;使用羊粪,具有肥料的营养成分。因此配合成的有机肥具有功能性和营养性。适宜作为农作物种植的生物有机肥应用。
具体实施方式

肥效分析:
苦参碱:
苦参碱是由豆科植物苦参的干燥根、植株、果实经乙醇等有机溶剂提取制成的, 是生物碱。一般为苦参总碱,其主要成分有苦参碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱、槐定碱等多种生物碱,以苦参碱、氧化苦参碱含量最高。其他来源为山豆根及山豆根地上部分。纯品外观为白色粉末。
在农业中使用的苦参碱农药实际上是指从苦参中提取的全部物质,叫苦参提取物或者苦参总碱。近几年在农业上广泛应用,且有良好的防治效果,是一种低毒、低残留、环保型农药。主要防治各种松毛虫、茶毛虫、菜青虫等害虫。具有杀虫活性、杀菌活性、调节植物生长功能等多种功能。
枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),是芽孢杆菌属的一种。单个细胞0.7~0.8×2~3微米,着色均匀。无荚膜,周生鞭毛,能运动。革兰氏阳性菌,芽孢0.6~0.9×1.0~1.5微米,椭圆到柱状,位于菌体中央或稍偏,芽孢形成后菌体不膨大。菌落表面粗糙不透明,污白色或微黄色,在液体培养基中生长时,常形成皱醭。需氧菌。可利用蛋白质、多种糖及淀粉,分解色氨酸形成吲哚。在遗传学研究中应用广泛,对此菌的嘌呤核苷酸的合成途径与其调节机制研究较清楚。广泛分布在土壤及腐败的有机物中,易在枯草浸汁中繁殖。
枯草芽孢杆菌菌体生长过程中产生的枯草菌素、多粘菌素、制霉菌素、短杆菌肽等活性物质,这些活性物质对致病菌或内源性感染的条件致病菌有明显的抑制作用。
生石灰,石灰石煅烧后获得生石灰,生石灰属碱性,具有氧化性,因此有杀菌和杀虫的作用。
羊粪,羊***的羊粪属于热性肥料,其中含有氮磷钾以及微量元素,适宜作为农作物、花卉的肥料。
实施例说明:
种植甘蓝作口肥:
土壤开沟后,撒上本发明的生物有机肥,亩施用1000公斤,配合其它有机肥3000公斤,作口肥,然后播种,播种后待生长成熟,采摘作为商品销售。
在栽植过程中,观察菜青虫的发生率,为10%,而对照则为80%,说明对菜青虫产生了杀虫的作用。通过对根部进行查看,病菌导致的腐烂率基本未发生,说明产生了杀灭有害菌的作用。通过产量与对照相比,提高了20%,说明有增产的作用。对甘蓝生长过程中各个阶段的观察,使用生物有机肥的甘蓝生长势良好,叶青根白,商品率得以提高。
特点:
本发明能够防治地下害虫,如金龟子,金针虫,地老虎;还能防治植物根部病害,如立枯丝核菌引起的立枯病,镰孢菌引起的根腐病,腐霉菌引起的根腐病。
