Description

Portable wheelchair
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of wheelchairs, in particular to a portable wheelchair.
Background
Gradually enter the aged China, with the continuous improvement of the material culture living standard, the traveling frequency of the aged is gradually increased, and the demand for wheelchairs is also increased. The elderly travel purposes are various, and may be for travel, medical visits, and visiting friends.
In different travel scenes, the old needs to first take vehicles such as automobiles and subways to reach a parking lot or a station which is relatively close to the destination, and a distance still exists between the parking lot or the station and the destination. When taking the car, need fold the wheelchair, place in the trunk, if the volume after the wheelchair is folding is very big, just probably can't place the trunk of car, influences old person's trip. The existing folding wheelchair adopts a mode of folding towards the middle in a bilateral symmetry way, the volume after folding is still large, and the folding wheelchair cannot be placed in the trunk of a plurality of automobiles (especially cars).
At this distance through a parking lot or station to a destination, the elderly are likely to encounter undulations and irregularities in the road surface, which may present a risk to the elderly's travel, due to the many poorly designed places existing on the road, attraction, hospital or district. In the traveling process, particularly when the child is played with the child, the old does not want to sit on the wheelchair all the time, but needs to go up and down the wheelchair for many times. For example, on relatively flat roadways, elderly people want to walk up and down from a wheelchair; while in rough or sloped roadways, the elderly want to sit in a wheelchair and be pushed away. Therefore, when the wheelchair is not in use, it is important that the wheelchair be foldable and portable.
Therefore, those skilled in the art are devoted to developing a portable folding wheelchair, which meets various demands of the elderly during traveling, has small volume after folding, can be placed in a trunk of an automobile, can reduce the influence of complex road conditions on the safety of the elderly, and can fold the wheelchair and carry the wheelchair through a pull rod when the elderly does not sit on the wheelchair.

Preferably, the front wheels and the rear wheels of the wheelchair are wide wheels, so that the wheelchair is more stable and reliable in running, and the wheels can be prevented from being blocked into narrow depressions on the ground.
Further, the pull rod module can be fixed below the seat cushion, so that the advantage of the arrangement is that more space can be vacated on the frame module below the seat cushion, thereby facilitating further upgrading or refitting of the wheelchair.
The folding mode of the wheelchair is different from the left-right folding mode in the prior art. Wheelchairs of the prior art fold by folding the seat cushion and the seat back, which typically require a flexible or relatively thin material (e.g., canvas), with low safety and comfort. The wheelchair disclosed by the invention is folded back and forth in a mode of folding the frame module, so that the folded wheelchair is smaller in size (the left and right width is slightly larger than the width of a seat cushion or a seat backrest) and can be easily placed into a trunk of a car; on the other hand, the seat cushion or the seat back does not need to be folded, so that the seat cushion or the seat back can be made of thicker materials, and the seat cushion or the seat back is safer and more comfortable.
The two pushing handles of the wheelchair can rotate inwards relative to the U-shaped frame, namely, the state of being basically vertical to the left and right upper ends of the U-shaped frame is changed into the state of being basically parallel to the upper connecting rod of the U-shaped frame. The rotation is convenient for folding and storage on one hand, and on the other hand, the pushing handle has two states, so that the safety of the wheelchair is improved. When the push handle is basically vertical to the left upper end and the right upper end of the U-shaped frame, the force application point when the wheelchair is pushed is positioned behind the U-shaped frame, a certain force arm exists relative to the U-shaped frame, and if a relatively large downward force is applied to the push handle, the wheelchair is tilted, so that the wheelchair is not safe. However, the wheelchair of the present invention provides another state in which the push handle is substantially parallel to the upper connecting rod of the U-shaped frame, in which case the point of application of force when pushing the wheelchair is located above the U-shaped frame, and there is substantially no moment arm with respect to the U-shaped frame, and even if a large downward force is applied, the wheelchair is not easily tilted, which greatly increases the safety and stability of the wheelchair.
The first brake control device of the wheelchair of the present invention is used for braking by a cart occupant during wheelchair travel, and the second brake control device is used for braking by a seated occupant during wheelchair travel. In the prior art, the first brake control device and the second brake control device are usually independent, but the first brake control device and the second brake control device both control the same brake assembly, so the structure is simpler.
The folding wheelchair can meet various requirements of the elderly in traveling, is small in size after folding, can be easily placed in the trunk of an automobile, can be folded and towed by the pull rod when the elderly does not sit on the wheelchair, and is convenient to carry when traveling.
The conception, specific structure, and technical effects of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, features, and effects of the present invention.

When the wheelchair is folded, the locking device 1303 is placed in an open state, the U-shaped frame 1301 and the back-shaped frame 1302 can rotate relatively, so that the U-shaped frame 1301 of the back frame folds towards the direction close to the T-shaped frame 121, and the seat armrest 33 is driven to rotate to be close to the T-shaped frame 121 together. The U-shaped ring 143 is separated from the small hooks 63 and 64 on the pedals, the two front wheels are folded towards the T-shaped frame 121, the pedal module 6 is rotated to be close to the chassis 14, the whole wheelchair is moved towards the T-shaped frame 121 back and forth, the switch 1313 is opened, the pushing handle 1306 is rotated to turn towards the inner side of the U-shaped frame 1301, the switch 1313 is closed, and the folding of the wheelchair is completed. When the wheelchair is in a folded state, the pull rod in the pull rod module 7 is pulled out, pulling the folded wheelchair like pulling a trunk.
When the wheelchair is opened, the pull rod is retracted into the pull rod module 7, the U-shaped frame 1301 of the rear frame is pulled away from the T-shaped frame 121 to drive the seat armrest 33 to rotate, and when the U-shaped frame 1301 and the return frame 1302 return to the same horizontal plane, the locking device 1303 is placed in a locking state. The front wheel is turned to return the front wheel to the vertical position, securing the U-ring 143 with the small hooks 63 and 64 on the foot pedals. The switch 1313 is turned on, the push handle 1306 is turned to turn to the outside of the U-shaped frame 1301, and the switch 1313 is turned off, so that the entire wheelchair returns to the on state.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 5, the pull rod module 7 of the portable wheelchair according to the present invention may be fixed under the seat cushion 34. Although the position of the drawbar module 7 in the open state is significantly different from embodiment 1; however, in the folded state (as shown in fig. 6 and 7), the position of the pull rod module 7 is similar to that of the embodiment 1, and the pull rod module has similar effect, namely, the pull rod can be pulled out to drag the wheelchair to move forward (as shown in fig. 8), similar to dragging the luggage case, and the wheelchair is very convenient to carry during traveling. The advantage of this arrangement of the drawbar module 7 is that it allows more space to be freed up on the frame module 1 below the seat cushion 34 to facilitate further upgrades or retrofitting of the wheelchair.
The foregoing describes in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations can be made in accordance with the concepts of the invention without requiring creative effort by one of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all technical solutions which can be obtained by logic analysis, reasoning or limited experiments based on the prior art by the person skilled in the art according to the inventive concept shall be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
