Abstract

本发明公开了一种盐碱地植树造林用组合式铝筒,包括多个周向拼接围成筒体的铝片,所述铝片包括交替分布的内铝片和外铝片,所述内铝片的两侧设置有外交叠区,所述外铝片的两侧设置有内交叠区,所述内铝片的外交叠区和所述外铝片的内交叠区之间设置有导向限位装置;使用时,多个铝片围成筒状,在筒内套上塑料薄膜,然后在薄膜内填入客土,在铝筒外填入原土,然后将组成铝筒的铝片抽出,导向限位装置能够防止相邻的铝片之间出现错位,相邻铝片之间设置交叠区,能够保证铝筒牢固;本发明结构简单,使用方便,适合盐碱地植树造林使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及盐碱地土壤改良技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于盐碱地植树造林用组合式铝筒。
背景技术
在我国存在大量的盐碱地,这些土地种植农作物的产量很低,甚至绝产,盐碱地上如果不种植农作物,放任不管,盐碱地会向好的土地慢慢侵蚀,盐碱地的面积会越来越大,所以治理和改善盐碱地,是国之大计,是刻不容缓的事情。
利用普通植树方法在盐碱地中植树,树苗不易成活,需要采用辅助设备进行特别种植,以保证树苗的成活率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、操作方便且有利于提高树苗成活率的盐碱地植树造林用组合式铝筒。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:盐碱地植树造林用组合式铝筒,包括多个周向拼接围成筒体的铝片,所述铝片包括交替分布的内铝片和外铝片,所述内铝片的两侧设置有外交叠区,所述外铝片的两侧设置有内交叠区,所述内铝片的外交叠区和所述外铝片的内交叠区之间设置有导向限位装置。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述导向限位装置包括两个对称设置在所述外铝片两侧的导向槽,所述导向槽设置在所述外铝片的所述内交叠区内且轴向延伸,所述内铝片的外交叠区对应设置有与所述导向槽配合的导向凸棱。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述铝片为圆弧形铝片,所述圆弧形铝片围成圆形筒体。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述铝片的顶端部设置有便于将所述铝片从土壤中拔出的把手。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述铝片的顶端部设置有便于将所述铝片从土壤中拔出的外翻边。

如图1所示,盐碱地植树造林用组合式铝筒,包括多个周向拼接围成筒体的铝片,所述铝片为圆弧形铝片,所述圆弧形铝片围成圆形筒体,所述铝片包括交替分布的内铝片11和外铝片12,所述内铝片11的两侧设置有外交叠区,所述外铝片12的两侧设置有内交叠区,所述内铝片11的外交叠区和所述外铝片12的内交叠区之间设置有导向限位装置,所述导向限位装置包括两个对称设置在所述外铝片12两侧的导向槽21,所述导向槽21设置在所述外铝片12的所述内交叠区内且轴向延伸,所述内铝片11的外交叠区对应设置有与所述导向槽21配合的导向凸棱22。
所述铝片的顶端部设置有便于将所述铝片从土壤中拔出的把手(图中未示出)。所述铝片的顶端部设置有便于将所述铝片从土壤中拔出的外翻边(图中未示出)。
使用时,多个铝片围成筒状,在筒内套上塑料薄膜,然后在薄膜内填入客土,在铝筒外填入原土,然后将组成铝筒的铝片抽出,导向限位装置能够防止相邻的铝片之间出现错位,相邻铝片之间设置交叠区,能够保证铝筒牢固;本发明结构简单,使用方便,适合盐碱地植树造林使用。
