籽粒苋保健饮料及其生产方法
本发明涉及一种非酒精饮料,特别是一种含有丰富的植物蛋白和氢基酸的非酒精饮料。
籽粒苋的营养保健作用早已为中国人所知晓,《本草纲目》、《饮膳正要》、《食疗本草》、《神农本草经》等均记载其有益气力、轻身等保健作用;近年来美国等也开始进行其利用价值研究,认为其有可能成为二十一世纪的“未来谷物”。但国内外对籽粒苋的利用都仅限于利用其籽粒作药用或煮食,尚未对其进行深度开发。
本发明的目的在于通过对其植株的利用价值研究,为社会提供一种利用其植株汁液制作的饮料及其生产方法。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种籽粒苋保健饮料,其组成(重量%)为:籽粒苋植株汁(折干重)5-10,食糖3-10,余量为饮用水。
一种生产籽粒苋保健饮料的方法,其特征是将洗净的籽粒苋植株经胶磨后压汁,取汁灭菌后加入食糖及饮用水而成。
上述组成中的食糖最好用精白糖,饮用水最好用矿泉水,需保存一定时间的可加入适量的常规防腐剂。
本发明产品取用植株榨汁勾兑而成,常规加工工艺组合而成的生产方法保证了植株中所含蛋白质氨基酸、多种维素及人体所需微量元素等营养成份在加工中不被破坏,使产品营养全面,口感舒适。本发明不但为社会提供了一种全新的饮品,也为籽粒苋的综合利用开辟了一条新路。
本发明还可结合实施例作进一步说明。
下面是本发明的几个实施例,本发明不限于这些实施例。

1、一种籽粒苋保健饮料,其特征是各组份的重量百分含量为:
a、折干重的籽粒苋植株汁         5——10,
b、食糖                         3——10,
c、饮用水                       余量。
2、一种生产权利要求1所述的籽粒苋保健饮料的方法,其特征是将洗净的籽粒苋植株经胶磨后压汁,取汁灭菌后加入食糖饮用水而成。
