Description

Washing machine safety protection system and method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a washing machine safety protection system and method.
Background
At present, the washing machine becomes a necessary household appliance at home and abroad, more and more people use the washing machine, and more accidents caused by the washing machine are also more and more. Aiming at the situation that the upper cover is opened in the washing process, a plurality of hidden dangers exist, for example, in the case that water exists in the barrel, a child can easily cause a drowning event by mistake; in the dehydration stage, the situation of accidentally injuring fingers occurs when the hands are light, and accidents causing death of children also occur when the hands are heavy.
In the electric control safety design of the washing machine, the linkage of the opening and closing of the door cover and the operation of the washing machine is one of the important attention. The requirement is to prohibit such rapid rotational movements as dehydration when opening the door. Especially, the door cover of the full-automatic washing machine can be opened at any time, and the safety circuit is required to work reliably and cut off in time.
The existing protection circuit for opening the door cover is that a door opening and closing signal is connected to a main chip, and the main chip is connected with a load through a controlled silicon. When the main chip detects the signal of opening the door cover, the program judges that the controllable silicon is controlled to disconnect the circuit and cut off the power supply of the load, thereby protecting the washing machine. In still another scheme, the main chip is connected with the power supply controller, the power supply controller is the power supply of load, when the main chip detects the signal that the door closure is opened, the program judges that the door is opened, and the power supply controller is controlled to be disconnected, so that the power supply of the load is cut off.
Both schemes are software control schemes, namely, a main chip is required to carry out software judgment, and once a detection fault occurs on the main chip or once a communication fault exists between the main chip and a power panel or a silicon controlled rectifier works in an abnormal state, the protection function cannot be achieved, the risk that a door cover is opened and a washing machine still operates still exists, and meanwhile, the risk that a child enters into a drowning accident exists also exists.
The present invention has been made in view of this.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention discloses a washing machine safety protection system and method, comprising: a door cover detecting device for detecting the open/close state of the door cover of the washing machine; a main relay connected with a power supply of the washing machine for controlling on/off of a power supply circuit of a working module of the washing machine; the door cover detection device is electrically connected with the main relay and controls the main relay to be disconnected when the door cover state of the washing machine is opened. When the door cover of the washing machine is opened, the following steps are performed: s1, controlling to close a working module except for drainage of the washing machine; s2, detecting whether washing water exists in the washing machine, if so, executing S3, and if not, returning to S1; s3, controlling to start a water draining work module of the washing machine, and executing water draining operation. The door cover detection device is directly controlled to be opened or closed through hardware, the situation that a main chip fails and cannot be timely protected is avoided, drainage load is further reserved, and drainage is determined according to whether water exists in a washing machine barrel or not, so that a drowning accident is prevented.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, a safety protection system for a washing machine is disclosed in this embodiment. The safety protection system in this embodiment includes: door closure detection device and main relay. The door cover detection device is connected with the door cover switch and is used for detecting the opening/closing state of the door cover of the washing machine and sending different control signals according to different states to distinguish different states of the door cover.
As shown in fig. 1, the main relay is connected to a power supply of the washing machine for controlling on/off of a power supply circuit of the operation module of the washing machine. In the washing machine, the working module includes: the cold water valve, the hot water valve, the softener valve and/or the motor are respectively functional modules required by the normal operation of the washing machine, and the working procedures of washing or rinsing of the washing machine are realized by the coordinated operation of the above working modules.
The working modules of the embodiment are provided with working module control switches for realizing the switching of the on/off states of the working modules, as shown in fig. 1, the working module control switch of the cold water valve is a relay 1, the working module control switch of the hot water valve is a relay 2, the working module control switch of the softener valve is a relay 3, and the working module control switch of the motor is a silicon controlled rectifier. And the main control chip is used for controlling the whole operation of the washing machine, and the working module is controlled to control the switch to be opened and closed according to preset conditions, so that the whole process of automatic washing and rinsing of the washing machine is realized.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present invention, the main relay is connected in series to the main power supply circuit to control on/off of the main power supply circuit; the working module control switches are connected with the main relay in series through a power supply circuit. And meanwhile, the door cover detection device is electrically connected with the main relay, and the door cover detection device controls the main relay to be disconnected when the door cover state of the washing machine is opened.
Because the power supply circuit of the working module control switch is electrically connected with the main relay respectively, when the main relay is disconnected, the power supply circuit of the working module control switch is disconnected, so when the door cover of the washing machine is opened, the door cover detection device disconnects the main relay, thereby disconnecting the power supply of the working module control switch, and further controlling to close the controlled working module.
That is to say, the on-off state of the switch of each working module is switched by the two control devices, namely the main control chip and the main relay, and each working module is controlled from two modes of soft and hard, so that the control of the door cover switch state on the switch state of the working module is ensured. If the main control chip fails and the door cover of the washing machine is not timely detected to be opened, and still a dangerous action instruction such as dehydration or water inflow is sent to the controller, the main relay can close the corresponding load according to the condition that the door cover is detected to be opened by the door cover detection device, so that the safety protection capability of the washing machine during operation is greatly improved.
Of course, in this embodiment, since the main relay is connected in series to the main power supply circuit to control the on/off of the main power supply circuit, and each of the working modules works by the power provided by the main power supply circuit, when the door cover detection device controls to turn off the main relay, the power supply of the working module is immediately turned off, so that the purpose of controlling and stopping the operation state of the working module connected to the main relay in hardware is also achieved.
Example 2
This example is complementary to example 1. As shown in fig. 1, the washing machine in this embodiment includes a drain module including a drain valve, and a control switch of the drain valve is a relay 4. The power supply circuit of the drain module is independent of the power supply circuit of the working module of embodiment 1. That is, the control switch or the power supply circuit of the drain module is not controlled by the main relay. The washing machine in this embodiment further includes a water level detection device for detecting whether water exists in the washing tub, and the water level detection device and the above-mentioned drainage module are respectively electrically connected with the main control chip.
The main control chip receives the water level detection result of the water level detection device and performs corresponding control operation according to a subsequent washing program according to whether water exists in the washing barrel. In the present embodiment, when the door of the washing machine is opened, as disclosed in embodiment 1, the operation of the operation module of the washing machine is stopped by the main relay. Meanwhile, the water level detection device detects that water exists in the washing barrel of the washing machine, at the moment, the water draining module is not controlled by the main relay and is still in a standby state, after waiting for a certain time, the door cover is still not closed, and the main control chip can send a control instruction for opening the water draining valve through the relay 4 to drain the water in the washing barrel in time, so that a drowning accident caused by the entering of children is avoided.
In other embodiments, the water level detecting device may not be provided, but the cover-opening waiting period for draining water is provided for the washing machine. When the waiting time after the cover of the washing machine reaches the preset cover waiting time, the water draining device is controlled to be opened for draining, so that the timely draining of the washing barrel when the cover is opened and the washing barrel is not operated by people is realized, and the potential safety hazard that children enter the barrel to cause drowning is reduced to the greatest extent.
Example 3
The embodiment discloses a washing machine safety protection method using the washing machine safety protection system of the embodiment, which furthest reduces potential safety hazards of drowning caused by entering a barrel of a child. In this embodiment, when the door cover of the washing machine is opened, as shown in fig. 2, the following steps are performed:
s1, controlling to close a working module except for drainage of the washing machine;
s2, detecting whether washing water exists in the washing machine, if so, executing S3, and if not, returning to S1;
s3, controlling to start a water draining work module of the washing machine, and executing water draining operation.
In this embodiment, the present fully automatic washing machine is mainly used, that is, after laundry is put into the washing machine at one time, the whole process does not need to be uncapped, and only after the washing machine completes the whole washing process, the user is allowed to uncap. This is because, in general, for a full automatic washing machine, user's participation is not required during washing, and once a user uncaps, safety hazards occur due to the high water level in the tub during washing and rinsing. In this embodiment, therefore, the water in the washing machine is completely discharged once the cover is opened during the whole washing process.
Example 4
This embodiment is complementary to the alternative operation of embodiment 3. In this embodiment, when the door cover of the washing machine is opened and water is present in the washing tub of the washing machine, the washing machine does not directly drain water, but the washing machine opens the washing machine drain work module after the predetermined time Tb elapses in the door-open state. The predetermined period of time Tb in the present embodiment is 10 minutes. This is a program designed to satisfy a need for a short cover opening by a user during a laundry execution process, and the predetermined period of time Tb is set to satisfy a time required for a usual operation performed by the user during an operation of the washing machine to open the cover halfway in a normal case. When the preset time is exceeded, the washing machine automatically discharges the water in the washing tub in time. The program design can meet the requirement of the user for opening the cover halfway, keep normal water storage in the washing machine when the user operates, and avoid drowning of the child into the barrel caused by forgetting to cover the washing machine cover after the user performs the operation.
Example 5
This embodiment is a further complement to the embodiments described above. In this embodiment, when the door cover of the washing machine is opened, the main relay of the washing machine controls the working module to be turned off; if the working module is started again, at least steps S4 and S5 are executed: the time interval between the S4 and the S5 is T, and T1 and T2 are set; where T1< T2, T1 is the minimum latency and T2 is the maximum latency: when T is less than or equal to T1,
s4, closing an upper door cover of the washing machine;
s5, the main relay is controlled to open the working module;
when T is greater than T1, the washing machine cannot start other working modules again;
when T is more than T2, the washing machine cuts off the power supply;
preferably, T1 is 30 seconds and T2 is 10 minutes.
In this embodiment, after the main control chip detects that the door cover is opened, software protection is added to prevent accidents such as drowning. After the door cover is opened, the display panel immediately sends a 'dE' alarm to prompt a user, if the door cover is required to be closed and a 'start' key is pressed down after the door cover is opened in the running process of the washing machine, namely the main relay starts a corresponding working module, and the interval time between two actions cannot exceed T1, namely 30 seconds. Because the time interval between closing the cover and pressing the "start" button is not long if it is a normal start, and the minimum waiting time is not exceeded, the user can clearly know the current situation in the barrel when restarting the work module. The situation that the parents do not check the condition in the barrel before starting because the child enters in the middle after the cover is covered is avoided, and the danger is caused by blindly starting the working module.
Meanwhile, after the cover is covered for a certain period of time, if the user still does not start the working module, the washing machine is prevented from being misoperated by other people due to long-term unattended washing machine and needs to be stopped in time for safety. Therefore, in this embodiment, if no restarting operation is performed within 10 minutes, that is, the waiting time period exceeds T2, the power supply is turned off and turned off. It is of course understood that the above embodiment may also add a water draining step before the power is turned off, and will not be described herein.
Example 6
The present invention is complementary to the power supply method in the above embodiment. Not shown in the drawings, the washing machine of the present embodiment includes a power supply independent of the main power supply circuit of the washing machine, and the power supply is electrically connected to the drain module to supply power thereto. The independent power supply in the embodiment is a battery, and the battery is connected with a control switch of the drain valve through a separate power supply circuit. In the present embodiment, the same automatic draining purpose as above is achieved even though the washing machine is not connected to the power line. So that the safety of the washing machine is further improved. Meanwhile, the independent power supply can also supply power to equipment such as a water level detection device and the like related to controlling drainage, so that the whole drainage control system is independent of a switch and a power supply circuit of the washing machine.
The independent power source in this embodiment is a normal battery. In other embodiments, the independent power source may be a rechargeable battery electrically connected to the main power supply circuit and the drain controller, respectively. When the rechargeable battery is used, the washing machine can charge the rechargeable battery at the same time except for normal washing procedures in normal operation, so as to provide power required by the drainage device.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, but is to be construed as limiting the invention to any and all simple modifications, equivalent variations and adaptations of the embodiments described above, which are within the scope of the invention, may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
