Abstract
一种锯齿状切割装置。本发明属于烟草行业的棒成型技术领域,特别是在一种滤棒复合机上对切断的滤棒进行推送的推杆。本装置的圆盘状刀片的刀刃为整个圆周上均匀分布的齿状刃,刀片直径为70~120mm,齿状刃的数量为90~120个。本发明结构简单,制备容易,解决了聚乳酸薄膜滤棒在切割中易产生丝状体的问题,滤棒复合机的圆盘刀片线速度可以开到60~70m/秒,大大提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于烟草行业的棒成型技术领域,特别是在一种滤棒复合机上对切断的滤棒进行推送的推杆。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的日益增强,世界各地的烟草行业在制备卷烟滤棒时已开始使用聚乳酸材料(PLA),特别是在近一两年开发的电加热不燃烧卷烟上,几乎都要使用聚乳酸薄膜,因为聚乳酸薄膜制备的卷烟滤棒在抽吸效果上更能接近传统卷烟。然而聚乳酸薄膜的物理特性偏硬,缺少柔韧性,不适宜粘接。在普通滤棒复合机上对常规滤棒进行切断时,因为滤芯使用的是醋酸纤维或聚丙烯,圆盘刀片可以轻松地切断,仅仅会在刀片罩体中落下少量粉屑,马上就被真空管吸走;而对聚乳酸薄膜的滤棒进行切断时,圆盘刀片切断较吃力,更为严重的是会产生聚乳酸丝状体附着在圆盘刀片及鼓轮槽中,圆盘刀片上的丝状体会使滤棒难以切断,并容易带起滤棒,鼓轮槽中的丝状体更容易将槽中的滤棒带起,引起整个生产线故障停机。为了应对聚乳酸薄膜滤棒常见的丝状体所致停机现象,由最有经验的师傅调整,滤棒复合机的圆盘刀片线速度最多仅能开到10~13m/秒,且还很难保证长时间稳定运行,严重影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于聚乳酸薄膜滤棒切断的锯齿状切割装置,其结构简单,制备容易,可较好地解决切割滤棒时产生丝状体所致的滤棒被带起现象。
解决本发明上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:圆盘状刀片的刀刃为整个圆周上均匀分布的齿状刃,刀片直径为70~120mm,齿状刃的数量为90~120个。
所述的刀片的齿状刃形状为梯形,且切入方向的梯形腰为垂直的。
所述的刀片的齿状刃高度为1~3mm。
刀片靠圆周方向均布有4~8个散热孔。
本发明的有益效果是:由于采用了带齿状刃的圆盘刀,解决了聚乳酸薄膜滤棒在切割中易产生丝状体的问题,滤棒复合机的圆盘刀片线速度可以开到60~70m/秒,大大提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
参见图1,将传统的圆盘状刀片1的刀刃改造为为整个圆周上均匀分布的齿状刃2,刀片1的直径为70~120mm,齿状刃2的数量为90~120个。经过反复试验,齿状刃2的形状可采用圆弧形齿刃、三角形齿刃或梯形齿刃,当使用梯形齿刃时,切入方向的梯形腰为垂直的,这样可以大大减小颗粒粉屑尺寸,有利于被真空管吸走。使用本带齿状刃的圆盘刀的齿状刃2最佳参数为高度1~3mm,在刀片1靠圆周方向均布有4~8个散热孔。

1.一种锯齿状切割装置,其特征是:圆盘状刀片的刀刃为整个圆周上均匀分布的齿状刃,刀片直径为70~120mm,齿状刃的数量为90~120个。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种锯齿状切割装置,其特征是:刀片的齿状刃形状为梯形,且切入方向的梯形腰为垂直的。
3.按权利要求2所述的一种锯齿状切割装置,其特征是:刀片的齿状刃高度为1~3mm。
4.按权利要求3所述的一种锯齿状切割装置,其特征是:刀片靠圆周方向均布有4~8个散热孔。
