In a preferred embodiment: when the clamping block is in a horizontal position, the propping block is extruded by the clamping block to move in a direction away from the clamping block, so that the cross section area of the cavity is reduced, and the elastic piece is extruded to accumulate elastic potential energy;
when the clamping block is in the vertical position, the extrusion force between the clamping block and the propping block is cancelled, and the propping block moves towards the direction close to the clamping block under the action of the restoring force of the elastic piece, so that the cross-sectional area of the cavity is increased.

the two sides of the fixing seat 5 are open ends, the upper surface is provided with a through hole 51 communicated with the lower surface, the through hole 51 is used for enabling the lifting rod 6 to pass through, so that the through hole 51 can be cylindrical, cuboid or special-shaped according to the lifting rod 6, and in the embodiment, the through hole is preferably cylindrical; the two side walls of the through hole 51 are provided with through holes 52 communicated with the opening ends at the two sides of the fixed seat; the upper surface is also provided with a relief hole 54 for mounting the fixed shaft 53.

The propping blocks 22 of the two holding clips 2 are arranged in a crossing way and are respectively positioned at two sides of the clamping block 41. The clasping clips 2 are mounted on both sides of the through-hole 51 through the open ends, and the cushion pad 25 is positioned corresponding to the through-hole 52. The spring 3 is arranged at one end of the holding clamp 2, which is rotationally connected with the fixed shaft 53, and is arranged between the two holding clamps 2, and two ends of the spring respectively prop against the holding clamps.
When the user rotates the knob 1 to drive the clamping block 41 to be in the horizontal position, the propping block 22 is extruded by the clamping block 41 to move in the direction away from the clamping block 41, so that the cross section area of the cylindrical cavity is reduced, and the spring 3 is extruded to accumulate elastic potential energy; at this time, the cross-sectional area of the cylindrical cavity is smaller than that of the through hole 51, and therefore, the cushion pad 25 moves forward into the through hole 51 through the through hole and is held tightly against the side wall of the lifting rod 6.
When the user rotates the knob 1 to drive the clamping block 41 to be located at the vertical position, the extrusion force between the clamping block 41 and the propping block 22 is cancelled, and the propping block 22 moves towards the direction close to the clamping block 41 under the action of the restoring force of the spring 3, so that the cross-sectional area of the cylindrical cavity is increased. At this time, the cross-sectional area of the cylindrical cavity is larger than that of the through-hole 51, and thus the cushion pad 25 retreats out of the through-hole 51 through the through-hole. The holding force between the whole rotary sliding adjusting device and the lifting rod 6 is relieved, and the adjusting device can freely move along the lifting rod 6.
Therefore, in the rotary sliding adjusting device, the user only needs to rotate the knob 1 to switch the clamping block 41 between the horizontal position and the vertical position, so as to tightly hold or unlock the sliding adjusting device and the lifting rod 6. When a user unlocks the sliding adjusting device, the spring 3 releases elastic potential energy to enable the holding clamp 2 to be opened quickly to achieve the unlocking purpose, so that the force required by the user for unlocking is smaller. When the switch is in the unlocking state, the user does not need to apply a rotating force to the knob 1, and the knob can still be kept in the unlocking state, so that the user can move the sliding adjusting device up and down without applying a force to the knob when the sliding adjusting device is in the up-and-down state, and the switching experience is good.
