Claims (8)

1. The strong anti-theft lock tongue assembly comprises a lock tongue main body and a lock tongue supporting plate connected with the lock tongue main body; the novel lock tongue support plate is characterized in that the lock tongue support plate is T-shaped and comprises a lock tongue driving plate arranged along the axial direction and an upright connecting plate body arranged along the transverse direction and positioned at the outer side end part of the lock tongue driving plate, the outer side of the upright connecting plate body is also provided with a convex positioning column protruding along the axial direction, and the lock tongue driving plate, the convex positioning column and the upright connecting plate body are cast and formed into an integrated structure; the center of the lock tongue main body is provided with a positioning hole which is adapted to the protruding positioning column, the lock tongue main body is inserted onto the protruding positioning column through the positioning hole, the axis of the lock tongue main body is arranged along the axial direction, the lock tongue main body is in welded connection with the vertical connecting plate body, so that a welding point is arranged, and a space is arranged between the welding point and the protruding positioning column in the transverse direction.
2. The deadbolt assembly of claim 1, wherein the locating hole of the deadbolt body is in clearance fit engagement with the protruding locating post.
3. A latch bolt assembly according to claim 1, wherein a notch is provided in the upstanding web at a panel edge location, the projection of the notch in the axial direction at least partially falling onto the inside face of the latch bolt body, the weld being disposed within the notch.
4. A latch bolt assembly according to claim 1, 2 or 3 wherein at least one pair of said latch bolt bodies is provided at an outboard end of said latch bolt drive plate, said pair of latch bolt bodies being spaced side by side.

The strong anti-theft lock tongue assembly comprises a lock tongue main body and a lock tongue supporting plate connected with the lock tongue main body; the novel lock tongue support plate is characterized in that the lock tongue support plate is T-shaped and comprises a lock tongue driving plate arranged along the axial direction and an upright connecting plate body arranged along the transverse direction and positioned at the outer side end part of the lock tongue driving plate, the outer side of the upright connecting plate body is also provided with a convex positioning column protruding along the axial direction, and the lock tongue driving plate, the convex positioning column and the upright connecting plate body are cast and formed into an integrated structure; the center of the lock tongue main body is provided with a positioning hole which is matched with the protruding positioning column, the positioning hole axially penetrates through the lock tongue main body, the bottom of the positioning hole is provided with a narrowed inner flange, the lock tongue main body is inserted onto the protruding positioning column through the positioning hole, the axis of the lock tongue main body is arranged along the axial direction, and the protruding positioning column is riveted onto the narrowed inner flange.
6. The deadbolt assembly of claim 5, further comprising a plug body that plugs at the top of said locating hole.

A lock body employing the latch bolt assembly of any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising a lock housing having a side opening portion and said latch bolt assembly disposed within said lock housing, said latch bolt body of said latch bolt assembly being telescopically movable over said side opening portion.

The lock according to claim 7, wherein an axially extending guide groove is provided on the lock tongue driving plate, a guide post extending into the guide groove is provided in the lock housing, an upper pad sleeve is provided between the lock tongue driving plate and a housing top plate of the lock housing, a lower pad sleeve is provided between the lock tongue driving plate and a housing bottom plate of the lock housing, and the upper pad sleeve and the lower pad sleeve are respectively sleeved on the guide post.
