随着科技的不断进步,对金属材料性能提出了更高的要求,尤其是其中的铁合金。目前铁合金的强度性能较低,需要进一步的提升。

为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种特别适用于重型机械的高强金属螺丝,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种高强度金属螺丝,由以质量百分数计的以下成分制成:Al9.2-11.9%、Mo4.4-12.5%、Mg8.5-13.4%、Te0.5-0.8%、Zr3.1-7.7%、Sc0.3-0.5%、Ni0.02-0.05%、Mn0.35-0.48%、Cu0.3-0.8%、余量为铁。
进一步的,由以质量百分数计的以下成分制成:Al10.5%、Mo8.4%、Mg11.9%、Te0.68%、Zr5.4%、Sc0.4%、Ni0.035%、Mn0.43%、Cu0.65%、余量为铁。
进一步的,由以质量百分数计的以下成分制成:Al9.2%、Mo4.4%、Mg8.5%、Te0.5%、Zr3.1%、Sc0.3%、Ni0.02%、Mn0.35%、Cu0.3%、余量为铁。
进一步的,由以质量百分数计的以下成分制成:Al11.9%、Mo12.5%、Mg13.4%、Te0.8%、Zr7.7%、Sc0.5%、Ni0.05%、Mn0.48%、Cu0.8%、余量为铁。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用本发明的合金材料制备的金属螺丝具有极高的强度与耐磨性,特别适合于重型机械。
