一种手机玻璃清洗剂,包括以下重量份材料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠25‑30份、吐温80 15‑25份、氢氧化钾12‑15份、硅酸钠8‑10份、乙二醇5‑6份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠3‑5份、三聚磷酸钠7‑10份、异丙醇10‑15份、乙醇20‑35份。本发明提供了一种手机玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法,利用阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配,减少清洗剂的用量,降低运行成本,还能对玻璃的污垢具有较好的去除能力,使用方便、快捷。同时以水、异丙醇、乙醇为溶剂,除具有溶剂的作用外,还可溶解玻璃上的部分污物,起到清洁的作用,还能够增加溶剂的挥发速度,提高干燥速度。

技术领域
本发明属于手机清洗领域,具体涉及一种手机玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着手机等高科技产品在市场上的普及,近年来手机玻璃的加工行业也得到了迅猛发展,清洗工艺是手机玻璃加工生产过程中重要的一环。溶剂清洗是比较传统的方法其优点是清洗速度快、效率比较高。溶剂本身可以不断蒸馏再生循环使用,但缺点也比较明显,由于手机玻璃的生产环境要求恒温恒湿,均为封闭车间,溶剂的气味对于工作环境会有一定影响,尤其是使用不封闭的半自动清洗设备时。
专利CN104152279公开了一种智能手机玻璃水性清洗剂及其制备方法,所述的清洗剂是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:表面活性剂5%-30%,缓蚀剂10%-30%,助溶剂0.3%-2%,络合剂0%-10%,无机盐3%-15%,溶剂40%-70%;所述助溶剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、二乙二醇单丁醚中的一种或几种;所述溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇、水中的一种或几种。本发明的智能手机玻璃水性清洗剂既能达到高效去除智能手机玻璃上的油污、指印、灰尘等污渍的效果又不会对清洗对象造成腐蚀和伤害,还具有安全,环保,无毒等优点。本发明提供了一种手机玻璃清洗剂,利用阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配,减少清洗剂的用量,降低运行成本,还能对玻璃的污垢具有较好的去除能力,使用方便、快捷。同时以水、异丙醇、乙醇为溶剂,除具有溶剂的作用外,还可溶解玻璃上的部分污物,起到清洁的作用,还能够增加溶剂的挥发速度,提高干燥速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种手机玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法,选择阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配,能够减少清洗剂的用量,降低运行成本,还能对玻璃的污垢具有较好的去除能力,使用方便、快捷。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种手机玻璃清洗剂,包括以下重量份材料:
这种手机玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,步骤包括:按照配比取各种原料,将氢氧化钾、硅酸钠、乙二醇、乙二胺四乙酸二钠和三聚磷酸钠混合,而后加人异丙醇、乙醇、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和吐温80,在65℃下搅拌30min,出料存放即得到手机玻璃清洗剂。
优选地,所述清洗剂使用时加水稀释至3%使用。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.通常玻璃上只存在水斑、指纹及灰尘等轻度污垢,一般用低含量表面活性剂即可去除。但为了使玻璃表面保持高度透明,要求清洗后玻璃上残留物少,不形成条纹痕迹,表面活性剂的选择非常重要。阴离子表面活性剂可以起润滑作用和光亮作用,在本发明中我们选择阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂复配,能够减少清洗剂的用量,降低运行成本,还能对玻璃的污垢具有较好的去除能力,使用方便、快捷。
2.以水、异丙醇、乙醇为溶剂,异丙醇和乙醇除具有溶剂的作用外,还可溶解玻璃上的部分污物,起到清洁的作用。异丙醇和乙醇的加入也可增加溶剂的挥发速度,提高干燥速度。

下面结合具体实施例方式对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:

相对于实施例1中手机玻璃清洗剂,其中原料不含非离子表面活性剂,即吐温80。
将制备得到的实施例1和对比例1-2中的手机玻璃清洗剂进行检测,清洗效果的对比信息如下表所示:
对比上表中所示的数据,实施例1中手机玻璃清洗剂相对于对比例1-2中手机玻璃清洗剂清洗性能要好,其主要原因是由于实施例1中的表面活性剂采用的是阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的复配组合,不仅能够减少清洗剂的用量,降低运行成本,还能对玻璃的污垢具有较好的去除能力,使用方便、快捷。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实例。
