The specific use engineering is as follows:
when the push type pen clip 30 disposed at the upper end of the pen body 10 is pushed, the push type pen clip 30 descends and pushes the pen core 1 exposed to the pen body 10. At this time, the guide projection 33 of the elastic arm 32 of the push-type pen holder 30 moves to the second positioning guide 22 along with the first guide surface 21a, enters the inclined surface 22b through the first convex inclined surface 22a of the second positioning guide 22, and is guided to rise toward the clamping groove 21c by the partition wall 24 on the side of the inclined surface 22b, and in the process, the guide projection 33 is abutted against the partition wall 24 by the elastic restoring force of the elastic arm 32, is guided to rise along the partition wall 24 by the elasticity of the spring 2 supporting the pen core 1, and is guided to rise along the partition wall 24, and the guide projection 33 guided to contact the second guide surface 21b along the partition wall 24 is guided to be in the clamping groove 21c. The guide projection 33 is stabilized in the state of the engaging groove 21c, and the pressing type pen holder 30 maintains the state that the nib of the pressing pen core 1 is exposed.
When the push type pen holder 30 is pushed again, the guide projection 33 which enters the locking groove 21c is prevented from entering in the opposite direction by the protruding height of the second positioning guide 22, and the third guide surface 21d moves to the lower end, the guide projection 33 moves to the original position by lifting and transferring the unlocking guide surface 23b formed by the protruding height while descending from the second protruding inclined surface 23a, and the refill 1 is retracted into the pen body 10.
In addition, during the lifting of the push type pen holder 30, when the elastic arm 32 moves along with the first positioning guide 21, the elastic arm 32 bends up, down, left and right, and when the push type pen holder is placed on the first positioning guide 21 and the second positioning guide 22, bending occurs, but when the elastic arm 32 is placed in the clamping groove 21c, the force for bending the elastic arm 32 does not occur, and the elastic fatigue degree can be reduced.
When the guide rail is lowered and then guided to rise to the locking groove 21c again, the guide rail is caught by the upper end side of the stopper guide surface 33b formed at the same inclination angle as the second guide surface 21b, contacts and slides down, and can be guided to the locking groove 21c accurately.
When the guide block 31a on the side of the push-button holder 30 is pushed to replace the pen refill 1, the elastic cavity 31b is pushed to separate the guide block 31a from the guide groove 11, and at this time, the guide protrusion 33 formed on the elastic arm 32 of the push-button holder 30 is pushed up to the same height as the protrusion height along with the inclined surface of the anti-drop protrusion 26 by applying the force of the push-button 31a, so that the push-button holder 30 can be separated from the upper side of the pen body 10.
The first positioning guide piece, the second positioning guide piece, the unlocking protrusion and the spacing bar are formed on the mounting part, so that the guide protruding block on the elastic arm slides on the mounting part in the pressed process of the pressing type pen clamp, the guide protruding block is clamped in the clamping groove when the pen refill stretches out of the pen body, and the position of the clamping groove can be configured to be in a non-bending state when the guide protruding block is clamped in the clamping groove, so that the elastic arm is only bent through the guide surface in the moving process of the pressing type pen clamp, and the elastic arm is in the non-bending state when the pen refill stretches out or retracts, and therefore the elastic force easily lost due to the fact that the elastic arm bends to one side for a long time can be reduced, the service life of the pressing type writing stationery is prolonged, and the use reliability is high, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the above technical solution, optionally, as shown in fig. 9-18, the mounting portion 20 is a mounting portion 20 protruding and extending towards two sides of the pen body 10, the mounting portion 20 is provided with a shaft hole 201, the shaft hole 201 is provided with a rotatable rotary toy 40, and the rotary toy 40 is driven to rotate by the vertical linear motion of the push type pen clip 30. In the actual use process, the user presses the push type pen clip 30, so that the push type pen clip 30 moves up and down relative to the pen body 10, and the push type pen clip 30 can drive the rotary toy 40 to rotate. The rotary toy 40 includes two rotary plates 41, the rotary plates 41 are provided with connecting shafts 42, the connecting shafts 42 are rotatably mounted in the corresponding shaft holes 201, and in order to avoid the connecting shafts 42 from being separated from the shaft holes 201, the connecting shafts 42 are inserted into the shaft holes 201 and then limited by the fixing limiting members 43, so as to prevent the rotary plates 41 from falling off, and the connecting shafts 42 and the fixing limiting members 43 can be connected with each other by screw connection.
