发明内容

在进一步的实施例中,贯通狭缝延伸过锚固板的宽度的约三分之一。锚固板的宽度与“支撑导轨”类型的通道形构件中的槽的宽度相关。该槽宽度可以被标准化。切口的长度决定了舌部的长度以及舌部的刚度。已经发现,适用于该支撑导轨的锚固板的宽度的三分之一提供了足够的刚度。

钩接凸耳8的钩形形状和相应的槽9的形状优选地使得:如果装配者推动设置有槽9的关闭部分5,则两个关闭部分5彼此松开。由于夹的弹性,如果臂3不通过凸耳8和槽9来彼此联接,则臂3倾向于展开。这为夹提供了“容易打开”的特征,其允许容易地打开夹,而无需使用工具。
倒钩12增强了臂3的这种展开。在夹1的关闭状态下,倒钩12推动管40,由此,夹1在倒钩12处并且可能在倒钩12附近发生弹性形变。所提到的弹性形变产生了试图使臂3展开的反作用力。这种增加的展开力促使钩接凸耳8和相应的槽9保持为紧密接合。当具有槽9的关闭部分被向内推动时,钩接凸耳8的钩接表面8A和槽9的边缘之间失去接合,并且由于增加的展开力,凸耳8从槽9中弹出然后夹1打开。
具有与关闭部分5的基本上平坦的端部部分7垂直的钩接表面8A的钩接凸耳8非常适于提供该容易打开的特征。如果钩接表面8A和端部部分7之间具有锐角(小于90°的角),则夹1将更难打开,并且可能需要工具。如果该角是钝角(大于90°的角),则不能保证夹的安全关闭。
图8示出了由金属板通过弯曲和切割一体式制成的管夹101。尤其地,管夹1由弹簧钢制成。管夹101一般具有与图1的实施例相同的锚固部分2和夹持部分4。因此,这些部分2、4的相同部件由相同的附图标记表示,并且对于这些部件的描述,可参考上文参考图1至图7进行的描述。图8的管夹101与图1的管夹之间的区别在于夹的关闭部分。
在图8中,关闭部分由附图标记105表示。各自的关闭部分105从相应的夹持部分4的上端部延伸。关闭部分105具有近侧部分106,该近侧部分在一个端部处与夹持部分4邻接。此外,关闭部分105各自具有凸缘部分107和108,各自的凸缘部分107、108以相对于关闭部分105的近侧部分的微小角度与近侧部分106邻接。
凸缘部分107和108可以通过螺钉110连接。另外,在所示的实施例中,凸缘部分107设置有孔,螺钉杆111可以延伸穿过该孔,并且相对的凸缘部分108设置有螺纹孔口,该螺纹孔口可以与螺钉110的螺纹杆111配合,使得凸缘部分107和108可以朝向彼此收紧。
螺栓和螺母或者其他的销类型的紧固元件也可以代替螺钉110被应用,以使凸缘相互连接并且使夹围绕管而收紧。

Claims (14)

1.一体式管夹,包括:
-用于将所述管夹联接到通道形构件的细长的锚固板,所述通道形构件具有被限定在两个向内延伸的凸缘之间的纵向槽,其中,所述锚固板具有轴向端部部分,
-由所述锚固板互连的两个相对的臂,其中,所述臂各自包括远离所述锚固板的夹持部分以对管进行夹持,以及各自包括关闭部分,所述关闭部分从所述夹持部分的端部延伸并且具有连接器元件以在所述管夹的关闭状态下使两个关闭部分相互连接,
其中,所述夹持部分的下端部和所述锚固板的每个轴向端部部分之间限定出能够从侧面接近的容纳空间,每个容纳空间用于在预组装状态下容纳所述通道形构件的凸缘,其中,在使用时,所述锚固板能够与所述纵向槽对准,并且所述锚固板能够穿过所述纵向槽被***到所述通道形构件中,以这种方式使得,随后,在所述管夹发生转动之后,优选地,在所述管夹转动四分之一圈之后,所述锚固板在所述预组装状态下相对于所述纵向槽以一角度、优选地基本上以直角延伸,使得所述凸缘位于所述容纳空间中,
其中,所述锚固板在所述锚固板的轴向端部部分处具有弹性凸耳,所述弹性凸耳适于在所述通道形构件内部与所述凸缘接合,以将所述夹持部分的所述下端部拉动到与所述凸缘的上侧部接合,以及
其中,所述一体式管夹由弹簧钢板材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管夹,其中,所述弹性凸耳形成为具有弯起的端部部分的舌部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的管夹,其中,所述舌部由所述锚固板的所述轴向端部部分中的贯通狭缝限定,所述贯通狭缝从纵向边缘沿横向方向延伸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管夹,其中,所述贯通狭缝延伸过所述锚固板的宽度的大约三分之一。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的管夹,其中,所述锚固板具有一个或多个加强区域。
6.根据权利要求5所述的管夹,其中,所述管夹具有一个中央加强区域。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的管夹,其中,所述加强区域或多个加强区域是关于锚固板上表面的凸起区域。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的管夹,其中,每个关闭部分一般具有L形状,其中,所述L形状的端部部分朝向彼此延伸并且在关闭的形状下至少部分地彼此重叠。
9.根据权利要求8所述的管夹,其中,一个或多个钩接凸耳以及一个或多个相应的孔被设置,以连接所述关闭部分的端部部分。
10.根据权利要求9所述的管夹,其中,所述关闭部分中的一个关闭部分的端部部分设置有两个槽形孔,并且其中,所述关闭部分中的另一个关闭部分的端部部分设置有两个钩形形状的弯曲的侧向边缘。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的管夹,其中,所述一个或多个钩接凸耳具有钩形形状,并且相应的开口具有的形状使得:在使用时,如果有人在所述管夹的关闭状态下推动设置有孔的所述关闭部分,则所述关闭部分彼此松开。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的管夹,其中,从所述夹持部分到所述关闭部分的过渡弯曲部处设置有弱化切口,以使所述管夹易于关闭。
13.根据权利要求12所述的管夹,其中,所述弱化切口中的每个处形成有倒钩,所述倒钩构成所述关闭部分的延伸部,所述倒钩为被接纳在处于打开状态的所述管夹中的管形成止挡支撑件,使得所述管被保留在所述夹持部分中,并且不能在所述管的自身重量的作用下越过所述过渡弯曲部从所述夹持部分移出。
14.根据权利要求1至7、12和13中任一项所述的管夹,其中,所述连接器元件是具有螺纹杆的紧固件,所述紧固件诸如为螺钉,以及其中,所述关闭部分包括具有孔或孔口的凸缘,所述杆在所述夹的关闭状态下延伸穿过所述孔或孔口。
