the processor 301 is configured to acquire monitoring information of the first camera corresponding to the first coordinate, extract a license plate number of the vehicle and a coordinate of a parking space from the monitoring information, determine a parking space identifier corresponding to the vehicle according to the coordinate of the parking space, send the parking space identifier to the vehicle binding terminal, and instruct the terminal to input the parking space identifier into the parking app.
