本发明提供一防白蚁电缆,涉及电缆领域,包括揽芯、保护层、绝缘层、超声波发生器、白蚁致死层、铠装层、白蚁致死药物存储管道,所述绝缘层包裹在揽芯外,所述绝缘层外包裹铠装层,所述铠装层外包裹白蚁致死层,所述保护层包裹在白蚁致死层外,所述保护层内设置若干超声波发射器,所述白蚁致死药物存储管道为正多边形,且设置在电缆中心,所述白蚁致死药物存储管道与白蚁致死层连通,连通处设置阀门。本发明提供的一种防白蚁电缆,设置的涂有辣椒素的高密度聚乙烯保护层、超声波发射器以及白蚁致死层多层防护能够更好、更环保的起到防白蚁的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种防白蚁电缆。
背景技术
近年来由电气引起的火灾逐年增多,而其中由于电线电缆原因所引发的火灾占相当大的比例,给社会造成巨大的经济损失。其中一大部分火灾的原因在于白蚁对部分电缆的损坏导致电缆短路,引起火灾。由于白蚁的生活习性,危害方式较为特殊,电缆又长期敷设于地下,白蚁危害隐蔽,因此在被害之前一般不易察觉和排除。一旦发现,即已起故障或造成事故,且被害之后检查和检修又十分困难,造成经济损失,故电缆埋地使用,预防白蚁甚为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防白蚁电缆,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种防白蚁电缆,包括揽芯、保护层、绝缘层、超声波发生器、白蚁致死层、铠装层、白蚁致死药物存储管道,所述绝缘层包裹在揽芯外,所述绝缘层外包裹铠装层,所述铠装层外包裹白蚁致死层,所述保护层包裹在白蚁致死层外,所述保护层内设置若干超声波发射器,所述白蚁致死药物存储管道为正多边形,且设置在电缆中心,所述白蚁致死药物存储管道与白蚁致死层连通,连通处设置阀门。
利用辣椒素和超声波发生器对白蚁进行驱赶,防止白蚁靠近电缆,若白蚁克服味道以及超声波的干扰靠近电缆并且损坏电缆保护层,则损坏电缆保护层之后继续损坏的话则会首先食用到白蚁致死层的药物,避免白蚁进一步的破坏电缆,同时设置铠装层将电缆的防护能力进一步的提高;电缆中设有白蚁致死药物存储管道方便对损失的药物或者过期药物进行补充、更换。
优选地,所述的蚁致死药物存储管道与白蚁致死层内的药物为六伏隆。
六伏隆是一种昆虫生物生长调节剂,能够使昆虫不进行蜕皮,继而死亡,根据白蚁种群的生活习性,死亡的工蚁会被分食,进而更多的白蚁使用到本药物,进而杀死整个蚁群。
优选地,所述的白蚁致死药物存储管道为正三角形。
优选地,所述的保护层为涂有辣椒素的高密度聚乙烯材料。
优选地,所述的揽芯分散固定在白蚁致死药物存储管道与绝缘层形成的空隙中。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种防白蚁电缆,设置的涂有辣椒素的高密度聚乙烯保护层、超声波发射器以及白蚁致死层等多层防护能够更好、更环保的起到防白蚁的作用。

如图1所示,一种防白蚁电缆,包括揽芯7、保护层8、绝缘层4、超声波发生器1、白蚁致死层2、铠装层3、白蚁致死药物存储管道6;绝缘层4包裹在揽芯7外,绝缘层4外包裹铠装层3,铠装层3外包裹白蚁致死层2,保护层8包裹在白蚁致死层2外,保护层8为涂有辣椒素的高密度聚乙烯材料,保护层8内设置若干超声波发射器1,白蚁致死药物存储管道6为正三角形,且设置在电缆中心,白蚁致死药物存储管道6与白蚁致死层2连通,连通处设置阀门5,蚁致死药物存储管道6与白蚁致死层2内的药物为六伏隆,揽芯7分散固定在白蚁致死药物存储管道6与绝缘层4形成的空隙中。
