2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the matching the electronic key according to the fingerprint information input by the user and unlocking the smart lock, and the feeding back the unlocking result to the smart terminal comprises:
and when the fingerprint information matching fails, matching user information through the mobile terminal, unlocking the intelligent lock, and feeding back an unlocking result to the intelligent terminal.
