extracting a business scoring table of the bidding document;
identifying multiple indexes on the business evaluation table, and obtaining the multiple indexes and scores corresponding to the multiple indexes; the method specifically comprises the following steps: identifying index word segmentation on the business evaluation table; filtering ambiguous segmentations in the index segmentations; splitting the index participles after filtering the ambiguous participles to obtain the multiple indexes and the scores corresponding to the multiple indexes;
interpreting a plurality of indexes on the business evaluation table to obtain index definitions corresponding to the plurality of indexes;
according to the multiple indexes corresponding to different projects of the enterprise, the scores corresponding to the multiple indexes and the index definitions corresponding to the multiple indexes, calculating the certainty factor of the multiple indexes of the enterprise and storing the certainty factor of the multiple indexes of the enterprise in a preset enterprise qualification library, specifically: generating a grading index table corresponding to different projects according to the multiple indexes corresponding to different projects of the enterprise, the values corresponding to the multiple indexes and the index definitions corresponding to the multiple indexes; acquiring the qualification and performance index of the enterprise from an official web site or other public channel of the enterprise; comparing and analyzing the scoring index tables corresponding to different projects, the qualification and the performance index of the enterprise, and calculating the certainty of multiple indexes of the enterprise;
calculating the competitive power scores of the plurality of enterprises corresponding to the newly added bid items according to the indexes of the newly added bid items and the certainty degrees of the indexes corresponding to the plurality of enterprises stored in the enterprise qualification library;
and sequencing the enterprises from high to low according to the competitive scores to obtain the competitive analysis results of the enterprises.
2. The method for analyzing the enterprise bidding competitiveness of claim 1, wherein the interpreting a plurality of indexes on the business evaluation table to obtain the index definitions corresponding to the plurality of indexes comprises:
extracting index definitions corresponding to multiple indexes in the bidding document;
and associating the plurality of indexes with the index definitions corresponding to the plurality of indexes.
3. The enterprise bid competitiveness analysis method according to claim 1, wherein the index includes a superior index and an inferior index; and the preset enterprise qualification library stores the superior indexes and the subordinate indexes in a hierarchical directory mode.
4. An enterprise bid competitiveness analysis system, comprising:
the system comprises an information acquisition module, a bidding document acquisition module and a bidding document acquisition module, wherein the information acquisition module is used for acquiring bidding documents corresponding to different projects of an enterprise from a web website;
the information extraction module is used for extracting a business scoring table of the bidding document;
the index identification module is used for identifying a plurality of indexes on the business evaluation table and obtaining the plurality of indexes and scores corresponding to the plurality of indexes; wherein the index identification module comprises: the word segmentation identification module is used for identifying index word segmentation on the business evaluation table; the segmentation filtering module is used for filtering ambiguous segmentations in the index segmentations; the segmentation module is used for splitting the index segmentation after the ambiguity segmentation is filtered to obtain the multiple indexes and the scores corresponding to the multiple indexes;
the index analysis module is used for explaining a plurality of indexes on the business evaluation table to obtain index definitions corresponding to the plurality of indexes;
the certainty factor calculation module is used for calculating the certainty factor of the multiple indexes of the enterprise according to the multiple indexes corresponding to different projects of the enterprise, the scores corresponding to the multiple indexes and the index definitions corresponding to the multiple indexes and storing the certainty factor of the multiple indexes of the enterprise in a preset enterprise qualification library; wherein the certainty calculation module includes: the scoring index table generating module is used for generating scoring index tables corresponding to different projects according to the multiple indexes corresponding to different projects of the enterprise, the scores corresponding to the multiple indexes and the index definitions corresponding to the multiple indexes; the qualification acquisition module is used for acquiring the qualification and the performance index of the enterprise from an official web site or other public channels of the enterprise; the index certainty degree calculation module is used for comparing and analyzing a scoring index table corresponding to different projects, the qualification and the performance index of the enterprise and calculating the certainty degrees of multiple indexes of the enterprise;
the competitiveness calculation module is used for calculating the competitiveness scores of the plurality of enterprises corresponding to the newly added bidding items according to the indexes of the newly added bidding items and the certainty degrees of the indexes corresponding to the plurality of enterprises stored in the enterprise qualification library;
and the ranking module is used for ranking the enterprises from high to low according to the competitive scores to obtain the competitive analysis results of the enterprises.
5. The enterprise bid competitiveness analysis system of claim 4, wherein the indicator resolution module comprises:
the index definition extraction module is used for extracting index definitions corresponding to a plurality of indexes in the bidding document;
and the index definition association module is used for associating the indexes with the index definitions corresponding to the indexes.
6. The enterprise bid competitiveness analysis system of claim 4, wherein the indicators comprise superior indicators and inferior indicators; and the preset enterprise qualification library stores the superior indexes and the subordinate indexes in a hierarchical directory mode.
