Abstract
The invention provides a high-efficiency diamond drill bit and a working principle thereof, wherein the high-efficiency diamond drill bit comprises a connecting rod, a mounting base, an auxiliary drill bit structure, a cooling drill bit structure and a main drill structure; the connecting rod is welded in the lower part of mounting base, and supplementary drill bit structure cup joints in the outside upper portion of mounting base, and the well upper portion at mounting base is pegged graft to cooling drill bit structure, and the upper portion at mounting base is embedded to the main drill structure. According to the invention, the left triangular support block of the main drill bit is arranged, so that the fixing effect on the main drill bit during use is improved, the working efficiency during use is improved, the stainless steel separation net is arranged on the inner side of the water outlet, fragments can be prevented from entering the water outlet to cause blockage, and the auxiliary tooth marks are arranged on the outer side of the auxiliary drill bit body, so that the working efficiency during drilling can be improved.

Background
In the geological layer drilling field, the diamond drill bit uses sharp, wear-resistant and self-sharpening natural diamond or artificial diamond as a cutting edge, is mainly suitable for medium-hard to hard rock, and can also be used for drilling reinforced concrete, ceramics, refractory materials, cement products and the like. Diamond bits generally include a steel body, a matrix, cutting edges, and a water hole. Among the most widely used are geological exploration core bits, which can be classified into surface-mounted bits and impregnated bits. The surface-inlaid drill bit is characterized in that diamond is inlaid on the working surface of the drill bit according to a certain rule, and the drill bit can be worn along with use.
However, the existing diamond drill bit has the problems that the working efficiency is low during drilling, the water outlet is easy to be blocked by fragments, and the fixing effect on the main drill bit is poor.
Therefore, it is necessary to invent a high-efficiency diamond drill and its working principle.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a high-efficiency diamond drill bit and a working principle thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the working efficiency is low, a water outlet is easy to be blocked by fragments and the fixing effect on a main drill bit is poor when the existing diamond drill bit is used for drilling.

The high-efficiency diamond drill bit comprises a connecting rod, a mounting base, an auxiliary drill bit structure, a cooling drill bit structure and a main drill structure, wherein the connecting rod is welded at the lower part of the mounting base; the auxiliary drill bit structure is sleeved at the upper part of the outer side of the mounting base; the cooling drill bit structure is spliced at the middle upper part of the mounting base; the main drill structure is embedded in the upper part of the mounting base; the main drill structure comprises a main drill bit, a main diamond drill bit and a fastening screw, wherein the main diamond drill bit is arranged at the right upper part of the main drill bit; the fastening screw penetrates through the main diamond drill bit and is arranged on the main diamond drill bit.
Preferably, the auxiliary drill bit structure comprises an auxiliary seat, a fixing screw and an auxiliary drill bit body, wherein the fixing screw is inserted into the outer side of the auxiliary seat; the auxiliary drill bit body is welded on the upper part of the auxiliary seat.
Preferably, the cooling drill bit structure comprises a mounting frame, a central diamond drill bit, a threaded connecting pipe and a water outlet, wherein the central diamond drill bit is welded at the upper part of the mounting frame; the threaded connecting pipe is welded at the lower part of the mounting frame; the water outlet is arranged at the outer side of the mounting frame.
Preferably, the section of the auxiliary drill bit body is trapezoidal, and auxiliary tooth marks are further formed on the outer side of the auxiliary drill bit body.
Preferably, the cross section of the central diamond drill bit is arranged to be conical.
Preferably, a sealing gasket is further arranged at the upper part of the threaded connecting pipe.
Preferably, the inner side of the water outlet is also provided with a stainless steel separation net.
Preferably, a triangular support block is welded on the left side of the main drill bit.

Principle of operation

The working principle of the high-efficiency diamond drill bit according to claim 1, characterized in that, in use, the fastening screw (53) mounts the main diamond drill bit (52) on the main drill bit (51) to facilitate replacement when the main diamond drill bit (52) is damaged; the threaded connecting pipe (43) is in threaded connection with the middle upper part of the mounting base (2), and the water outlet (44) sprays water outwards to cool the high-efficiency diamond drill bit; the auxiliary bit structure (3) assists the center diamond bit (42) in drilling, reducing damage to the multiple mounting frame (41).
