Description

Electric expansion device for shelter and electric expansion shelter
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cabins capable of expanding an inner space, in particular to an electric expansion device for a shelter and an electric expansion shelter using the same.
Background
The shelter and the extended shelter are the most common forms of field temporary closed spaces for handling emergency situations, and are widely used in field operating rooms, field workplaces, disaster relief command centers, combat command control centers, field hospitals, camping and living rooms and the like, for example, an expandable vehicle-mounted shelter hospital is disclosed in the existing patent application CN201310177989.9, and a vehicle-mounted shelter system for CT scanning is disclosed in the CN 201320410119.7.
From the aspect of the expansion mode of the expansion shelter, the prior art is mainly divided into the following technical forms:
(1) Drawer type unfolding
The expansion cabins which are completely assembled by the top plate, the bottom plate and the side plates are expanded and folded through horizontal movement, and the expansion cabins are generally overlapped in a staggered manner in the main cabin in a folded state, and are directly pulled out when being unfolded.
For example, patent application CN105151133a discloses an expansion mechanism of a movable expandable shelter, which comprises a shelter body and is characterized in that the whole shelter body is cuboid, expansion cabins are arranged on the left side and the right side of the shelter body, expansion mechanisms are arranged at the bottoms of the expansion cabins, the expansion mechanisms drive the expansion cabins to move along the left direction and the right direction of the shelter body to realize expansion and furling, and the expansion cabins on the left side and the right side are flush with the left side and the right side of the shelter body when furling. The expansion mechanism of the movable expandable shelter can conveniently expand the width of the shelter and increase the internal space of the shelter.
Patent application CN03244957.7 discloses an expandable shelter, which is characterized in that the structure comprises a main cabin body which can be separated from a carrying vehicle, and a left cabin body and a right cabin body which are arranged in the main cabin body, are overlapped in a staggered manner, and can be respectively extended to the outside of the left side and the right side of the main cabin body are arranged in the main cabin body; the A-shaped frame and the guide rail thereof are fixedly connected with the main cabin body through bottom frames which are fixedly connected with the lower part of the main cabin body.
The drawer type expansion has good design integrity, but has higher assembly requirement, larger overall weight and difficult realization of multistage expansion.
(2) Unfolding of folded sheet material
Patent application CN104924962a discloses an expansion shelter, and this expansion shelter mainly adopts big board shelter form, realizes expanding/drawing in of expansion shelter through the folding rotation of panel, has higher expansion ratio to innovative expansion form, the outer curb plate of expansion railway carriage or compartment is connected perpendicularly at the outer end of expansion railway carriage or compartment body slip track for other each piece boards in the expansion railway carriage or compartment body are connected inseparabler with this outer curb plate of expansion railway carriage or compartment.
Patent application CN105386523a discloses an extended shelter, which has the structure: a storage rail is arranged on the inner side surface or the outer side surface of the main cabin top plate, when the main cabin is folded, the folding side plates on the periphery of the main cabin can be pushed into the storage rail for storage, and the folding side plates stored in the storage rail can be unfolded or folded along with the main cabin top plate; the storage rails are arranged on the inner side surface or the outer side surface of the folding top plate, when the folding top plate is folded, the folding side plates on the periphery of the expansion cabin can be pushed into the storage rails to be stored, and the folding side plates stored in the storage rails can be unfolded or folded along with the folding top plate. Thus, the folding problem of the peripheral side plates of the main cabin and the expansion cabin is solved, and the space is saved.
The technology adopts a form of dividing the top plate, the bottom plate and the side plates into folding plates formed by small-area units hinged with each other to form an expandable mechanism, and a plurality of gaps of the top plate, the bottom plate and the side plates are artificially formed, so that the overall structural property of each part is influenced, and the increase of the hinges certainly increases the failure rate in the maintenance cost and the unfolding process.
(3) Flap deployment
The turnover type expansion is an expansion mode with obvious advantages in the expansion shelter, namely, the integrity of the expansion shelter is guaranteed to be good, fewer assemblies are guaranteed, and the failure rate is reduced.
Patent application CN102704572a discloses a flap type expansion shelter, wherein two side edges of a fixed top plate are hinged with the rear ends of a pair of expansion top plates through upper hinge plates fixed on the expansion top plates respectively; the front ends of the expansion bottom plate and the expansion top plate are respectively hinged with an expansion upper side plate and an expansion lower side plate, and the edges of the expansion upper side plate and the expansion lower side plate are connected when the expansion upper side plate and the expansion lower side plate are unfolded to be in a vertical state, so that an expanded side wall plate is formed; a connecting rod is hinged between the lower hinge plate and the upper hinge plate, and the upper hinge plate can be pushed to be unfolded through the connecting rod when the lower hinge plate is unfolded.

CN204149923U discloses a similar expansion shelter of expanding three, including main cabin, leveling mechanism, preceding vice cabin, back vice cabin, the main cabin is formed by roof, bottom plate, curb plate combination, the bottom of main cabin is equipped with the leveling mechanism, the curb plate is connected with the bottom plate through the telescopic link, the one end and the side roof of side roof gangbar are connected, the other end and the top of curb plate of side roof gangbar are connected, the one end and the side bottom plate of side bottom plate gangbar are connected, the other end and the bottom of curb plate of side bottom plate gangbar are connected. Similar flap structures are also used in CN 201442537U-expanded six-expansion shelter. The application of the application number CN201010224354 also adopts a similar structure, and the expansion mechanism comprises a fixed roller, a steel wire rope and a guide rod; the fixed idler wheels are fixedly arranged at the joint of the expansion top plate and the fixed cabin; one end of the guide rod is fixedly connected with the lower end of the expansion side plate, and the other end of the guide rod is movably connected with the fixed cabin; one end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with one end of the expansion bottom plate, and the other end of the steel wire rope is movably connected with one end of the expansion top plate through a fixed roller.
In particular, in the case of multilevel expansion shelter, a flap-type structure is basically adopted in the prior art, and its expansion mechanism also basically stays on the way of rail expansion and on the way of telescopic rods. The requirements on the strength of the track laying and the telescopic rod are strict. For track laying, the track is not generally integrated on an expansion shelter, and the track needs to be additionally laid, so that the track laying is more complicated; in the case of a telescopic rod, the strength limit of the telescopic rod is limited, the expandable width is limited, and multistage expansion is difficult to realize.
