本发明公开了一种仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革及其制备方法,包括基布层,所述基布层上涂覆有湿法泡孔层,所述湿法泡孔层的上面为干法面层;所述干法层经压纹得到具有皮纹纹理的压纹半成品;所述压纹半成品表面进行印花处理和满涂处理得到仿水洗复古效果,再经手感处理和水揉处理赋予合成革柔软自然的手感。本发明的一种仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革,其具有仿水洗复古的效果,同时触感柔和,手感柔软非常适于箱包的制作。

一种仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及合成革技术领域,具体的涉及一种仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的人造革为基布层、湿法贝斯层和干法贴面层组成,塑感强,表面颜色单一,给人以死板的感觉,难以满足现代的箱包设计的需求。目前具有复古效果的皮革制品一直受到国内外消费者的欢迎,国内已有报道多种水洗仿旧效果的服装用合成革产品,仿旧效果较理想,然而,一方面此类产品需要水洗工艺,表面效果不稳定,且水洗过程需要添加盐类,存在残留隐患;另一方面水洗过程是在做成成衣后进行(由服装厂自行水洗),而箱包厂家不存在类似的水洗设备。所以需要从合成革工艺上进行改进。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明提供一种仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革及其制备方法,该仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革采用印花加满涂的工艺,得到做旧仿水洗的效果,过程操作简单,表面颜色,效果稳定可控,且下游箱包厂家无需进行水洗工序。
为实现上述的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层,所述基布层的表面通过湿法泡孔层粘接有干法面层,所述干法面层的外表面依次涂覆有满涂层和手感层;所述干法面层包括干法压纹层和印花层,所述满涂层涂覆在印花层的表面。
本发明的另一个发明目的是提供上述一种仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,其包括如下步骤,
(1)湿法工艺:将湿法聚氨酯浆料涂覆于基布上,经凝聚、水洗,烘干得到湿法泡孔层;
(2)干法工艺:将配合好的干法浆料涂覆在离型纸上,烘至半干后成干法面层,再将其与湿法泡孔层贴合,经烘干冷却、分离得到半成品;
(3)压纹工艺:通过压纹工艺在半成品的干法面层的表面压轧出纹路,形成干法压纹层;
(4)表面整理工艺:在干法压纹层表面依次进行印刷、满涂和手感处理;
(5)揉纹工艺:将经步骤(4)制得的半成品在连续式浸水揉纹机中揉干即得到仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革。
进一步方案,步骤(4)中所述印刷处理是指将印刷浆料涂布在压纹半成品的表面烘干形成印刷层;所述满涂处理是指将满涂处理剂涂布在印刷层表面烘干形成满涂层;所述手感处理是指将手感处理剂涂布在满涂层表面烘干形成手感层。
进一步方案,所述印刷浆料为聚氨酯树脂1235B与丁酮混合浆料,所述印刷浆料的粘度为400-1200cps、上浆量15-20g/米,然后置于110-130℃的烘箱中烘干。
进一步方案,所述满涂处理剂的粘度为400-1200cps,上浆量为30-45g/米;所述满涂处理剂是由下述组分按重量份混合而成:
聚氨酯树脂1235B 80-90份
丁酮 15-25份
有机消光粉 3-6份
油墨色浆 3-15份。
进一步方案,所述手感处理剂的粘度为500-1000cps,上浆量为15-20g/米;所述手感处理剂是由下述组分按重量份混合而成:
水性聚氨酯树脂DJ-5804 80-90份
纯净水 5-15份
有机硅酮滑爽剂 1-5份
水***联剂 1-3份。
进一步方案,步骤(1)中所述基布为巨邦0.75禾光绒。
本发明在基布层的表面通过湿法工艺形成湿法泡孔层,再在湿法泡孔层的表面通过干法工艺形成干法面层,对干法面层进行压纹处理得到具有皮纹纹理的干法压纹层;然后对干法压纹层的外表面进行印花处理得到印花层;其次在印花层的外表面依次涂覆形成满涂层和手感层,最后经手感处理和水揉处理赋予合成革柔软自然的手感和仿水洗复古效果。
本发明的突出特点是在干法压纹层的外表面采用印花加满涂工艺分别形成了印花层和满涂层,使合成革的表面颜色层次感强,效果稳定可控,制得的聚氨酯合成革仿旧复古效果理想,可以替代真皮。

下面结合实例对本发明作进一步的说明,但是本发明的具体实施方式并不限于此,凡根据本发明的精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。
下面各实施例中聚氨酯树脂1235B为浙江罗星实业有限公司生产的表面处理剂,油墨为杭州深蓝化工有限公司生产,水性聚氨酯树脂DJ-5804为浙江罗星实业有限公司生产的水性绒感处理剂,有机硅酮滑爽剂为上海多森化工有限公司生产的DS-2995D,水***联剂为万华化学提供的Aquolin 268。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层1,所述基布层1的表面通过湿法泡孔层2粘接有干法面层,所述干法面层的外表面依次涂覆有满涂层5和手感层6。所述干法面层包括干法压纹层3和印花层4,所述满涂层5涂覆在印花层4的表面。
所述基布层1为巨邦0.75禾光绒。
实施例2:
(1)湿法工艺:将湿法聚氨酯浆料涂覆于基布上,经凝聚、水洗,烘干得到湿法泡孔层;
(2)干法工艺:将配合好的干法浆料涂覆在离型纸上,烘至半干后成干法面层,再将其与湿法泡孔层贴合,经烘干冷却、分离得到半成品;
(3)压纹工艺:通过压纹工艺在半成品的干法面层的表面压轧出纹路,形成干法压纹层;
(4)表面整理工艺:将聚氨酯树脂1235B与丁酮混合成粘度为400cps的印刷浆料,将印刷浆料用印刷辊处理在干法压纹层的表面,其上浆量为20g/米,最后于120℃烘干形成印刷层;
将聚氨酯树脂1235B 80份、丁酮15份、有机消光粉3份、油墨红2份、油墨黄1份充分搅拌后过滤,制得满涂处理剂:将满涂处理剂用印刷辊处理在印刷层表面,其上浆量为45g/米,最后于120℃烘干形成满涂层;
将水性聚氨酯树脂DJ-5804 80份、纯净水5份、有机硅酮滑爽剂5份、水***联剂1份充分搅拌后过滤,制备手感处理剂:将手感处理剂用100目处理辊处理在满涂层表面,其上浆量为20g/米;然后于150℃烘干形成手感层;
(5)揉纹工艺:将经步骤(4)制得的半成品在连续式浸水揉纹机中揉干即得到仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革。
实施例3:
(1)湿法工艺:将湿法聚氨酯浆料涂覆于基布上,经凝聚、水洗,烘干得到湿法泡孔层;
(2)干法工艺:将配合好的干法浆料涂覆在离型纸上,烘至半干后成干法面层,再将其与湿法泡孔层贴合,经烘干冷却、分离得到半成品;
(3)压纹工艺:通过压纹工艺在半成品的干法面层的表面压轧出纹路,形成干法压纹层;
(4)表面整理工艺:将聚氨酯树脂1235B与丁酮混合成粘度为1200cps的印刷浆料,将印刷浆料用印刷辊处理在干法压纹层的表面,其上浆量为15g/米,最后于120℃烘干形成印刷层;
将聚氨酯树脂1235B 90份、丁酮25份、有机消光粉6份、油墨红4份、油墨黄8份和油墨黑份充分搅拌后过滤,制得满涂处理剂:将满涂处理剂用印刷辊处理在印刷层表面,其上浆量为30g/米,最后于120℃烘干形成满涂层;
将水性聚氨酯树脂DJ-5804 90份、纯净水15份、有机硅酮滑爽剂1份、水***联剂3份充分搅拌后过滤,制备手感处理剂:将手感处理剂用100目处理辊处理在满涂层表面,其上浆量为15g/米;然后于150℃烘干形成手感层;
(5)揉纹工艺:将经步骤(4)制得的半成品在连续式浸水揉纹机中揉干即得到仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革。

1.一种仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层(1),其特征在于:所述基布层(1)的表面通过湿法泡孔层(2)粘接有干法面层,所述干法面层的外表面依次涂覆有满涂层(5)和手感层(6);所述干法面层包括干法压纹层(3)和印花层(4),所述满涂层(5)涂覆在印花层(4)的表面。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤,
(1)湿法工艺:将湿法聚氨酯浆料涂覆于基布上,经凝聚、水洗,烘干得到湿法泡孔层;
(2)干法工艺:将配合好的干法浆料涂覆在离型纸上,烘至半干后成干法面层,再将其与湿法泡孔层贴合,经烘干冷却、分离得到半成品;
(3)压纹工艺:通过压纹工艺在半成品的干法面层的表面压轧出纹路,形成干法压纹层;
(4)表面整理工艺:在干法压纹层表面依次进行印刷、满涂和手感处理;
(5)揉纹工艺:将经步骤(4)制得的半成品在连续式浸水揉纹机中揉干即得到仿水洗复古超柔软型聚氨酯合成革。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述印刷处理是指将印刷浆料涂布在压纹半成品的表面烘干形成印刷层;所述满涂处理是指将满涂处理剂涂布在印刷层表面烘干形成满涂层;所述手感处理是指将手感处理剂涂布在满涂层表面烘干形成手感层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述印刷浆料为聚氨酯树脂1235B与丁酮混合浆料,所述印刷浆料的粘度为400-1200cps、上浆量15-20g/米,然后置于110-130℃的烘箱中烘干。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述满涂处理剂的粘度为400-1200cps,上浆量为30-45g/米;所述满涂处理剂是由下述组分按重量份混合而成:
聚氨酯树脂1235B 80-90份
丁酮 15-25份
有机消光粉 3-6份
油墨色浆 3-15份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述手感处理剂的粘度为500-1000cps,上浆量为15-20g/米;所述手感处理剂是由下述组分按重量份混合而成:
水性聚氨酯树脂DJ-5804 80-90份
纯净水 5-15份
有机硅酮滑爽剂 1-5份
水***联剂 1-3份。
