Abstract
The invention discloses an electrolytic water device, which comprises an electrolytic water unit, an upper box body and a lower box body, wherein the upper box body and the lower box body are movably connected; a battery and a control panel which are connected by a circuit are arranged in the lower box body, the electrolyzed water unit is hidden in the upper box body and is connected with the control panel by the circuit, and the circuit of the electrolyzed water unit and the control panel has a structure which is opened and closed by the relative rotation of the upper box body and the lower box body; the upper box body is provided with a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole. The invention also discloses a using method of the water electrolysis device, which opens and closes the water electrolysis unit hidden in the upper box body by rotating the upper box body relative to the lower box body. The water electrolysis device and the use method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages of ingenious design, small volume, convenience in storage or carrying and convenience in operation.

The horizontal sections of the upper box body 1 and the lower box body 2 are square. The horizontal cross section of the upper box body 1 and the lower box body 2 is larger in area when being in the regular triangle or the rectangle, and is easier to store or carry when being in the square.

The cross sections of the upper box body 1 and the lower box body 2 are both square, and the thickness of the upper box body 1 is half of that of the lower box body 2.
The common central line of the upper box body 1 and the lower box body 2 is an axis of relative rotation of the upper box body and the lower box body, and the water inlet holes 11 are positioned at the positions, close to all corners, of the bottom surface of the upper box body 1. The common central line of the upper box body and the lower box body is the relative rotation axis of the upper box body and the lower box body, even if the width of the whole water electrolysis device is not changed greatly after the rotation, the occupied area is small.
The control panel 4 is provided with a knob 41 for controlling the opening and closing of the electrolytic water unit 3, and the knob 41 is of a structure capable of rotating together with the upper box body 1.
The middle part of the bottom surface of the upper box body 1 is provided with a first connecting part 13, the middle part of the top surface of the lower box body 2 is provided with a second connecting part 23 which is rotatably connected with the first connecting part 13, and the second connecting part 23 is matched with the knob 41.
The lower case 2 includes a case 21 and a cover 22 on the top thereof, and a second coupling portion 23 is provided on the cover 22.
And a limiting structure for limiting the maximum relative rotation angle of the upper box body 1 and the lower box body 2 is arranged between the bottom surface of the upper box body and the top surface of the lower box body.
The limiting structure comprises a sliding block 8 and a guide groove 7 which is arc-shaped, the sliding block 8 is matched with the guide groove 7, one of the sliding block and the guide groove is located on the bottom surface of the upper box body 1, and the other sliding block is located on the top surface of the lower box body 2. In this embodiment, the number of the sliders 8 is two, and the two guide grooves 7 are disposed on the bottom surface of the upper case 1, and the corresponding included angle is 45 °. In this embodiment, the two guide grooves 7 are symmetrically arranged around the center line of the upper case 1.

The control panel 4 is provided with a clock unit, and when the upper box body 1 rotates once relative to the lower box body 2, the working time of the electrolytic water unit 3 is timed to be 10min; when the upper box body 1 rotates to the opening position of the electrolytic water unit 3 twice relative to the lower box body 2 and the rotating interval is less than 2 seconds, the working time of the electrolytic water unit 3 is timed to be 20min; when the upper box body 1 rotates to the opening position of the electrolyzed water unit 3 for three times relative to the lower box body 2 and the rotating interval is less than 2 seconds, the working time of the electrolyzed water unit 3 is timed to be 30min.
In the above embodiment, the water inlet 11 of the upper box 1 may also be disposed on the sidewall thereof. In addition, the horizontal cross section of the upper case 1 and the lower case 2 may be elliptical.
