其中,植物提取液由柚子皮提取液和洋甘菊提取液混合而成。
实施例6:
一种汽车挡风玻璃表面高效清洗剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠9份、表面活性剂8份、香精7.5份、棕榈蜡5.5份、钼酸钠4份、硼酸4份、三乙醇胺8份、环烷基油3份、硅酸钠3份、柠檬酸钠6份、司盘2.7份、苯酚2.5份、硅藻土4份、硬脂酸丁酯6份、亚甲基蓝3份、磷酸二氢钾2份、植物提取液14份、柠檬酸钠0.4份、酒精3.5份、丙酮2.5份、二丙二醇甲醚2份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1份、乙二醇3份、去离子水适量。
其中,植物提取液由柚子皮提取液和洋甘菊提取液混合而成。
综上,本发明实施例具有如下有益效果:由本发明实施例1-6按照一般方法制备的清洗剂,可在外界气温低于零下20℃时,依旧不会结冰而冻坏汽车设施,该清洗剂不仅可以有效清除玻璃表面的污渍,还能提高玻璃表面的光泽度,具有除污效率高的特点,也具有防冻、可增加光洁度的功效。

1.一种汽车挡风玻璃表面高效清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠6-10份、表面活性剂5-10份、香精6-8份、棕榈蜡5-10份、钼酸钠3-5份、硼酸3-4份、三乙醇胺6-8份、环烷基油1-3份、硅酸钠2-6份、柠檬酸钠4-10份、司盘1.5-3份、苯酚1-3份、硅藻土3-8份、硬脂酸丁酯6-8份、亚甲基蓝3-5份、磷酸二氢钾1-2份、植物提取液10-15份、柠檬酸钠0.4-0.6份、酒精3-5份、丙酮2-4份、二丙二醇甲醚1-2份、消泡剂0.5-2份、抗冻剂2-5份、去离子水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车挡风玻璃表面高效清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠8份、表面活性剂7份、香精7份、棕榈蜡8份、钼酸钠4份、硼酸3.5份、三乙醇胺7份、环烷基油2份、硅酸钠4份、柠檬酸钠6份、司盘2份、苯酚2份、硅藻土5份、硬脂酸丁酯7份、亚甲基蓝4份、磷酸二氢钾1.5份、植物提取液12份、柠檬酸钠0.5份、酒精4份、丙酮3份、二丙二醇甲醚1.5份、消泡剂1份、抗冻剂3.5份、去离子水适量。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车挡风玻璃表面高效清洗剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
4.如权利要求1所述的汽车挡风玻璃表面高效清洗剂,其特征在于,所述硼酸和三乙醇胺的质量比为1:2。
5.如权利要求1所述的汽车挡风玻璃表面高效清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗冻剂为乙二醇。
6.如权利要求1所述的汽车挡风玻璃表面高效清洗剂,其特征在于,所述植物提取液由柚子皮提取液和洋甘菊提取液混合而成。
