本发明公开了一种重型桥梁梁板举升机,包括门架总成、设置在门架总成上的平移滑车,所述门架总成包括横梁,所述横梁的两端下表面分别连接有一个举升油缸,所述横梁的一端部上设有平移油缸,所述平移油缸与所述平移滑车连接,所述举升油缸和平移油缸与一液压站连接,所述平移滑车上设有起吊装置。本发明使用两台梁板举升机作业,可以在狭小的场地,梁板每一端用钢丝绳挂在一台举升机上,可以安全的吊起梁板,运输车辆倒入梁板下方,将梁板落到运输车上即可。如果车辆不在梁板正下方位置,举升机横梁上的平移滑车左右横移,来矫正位置。施工过程安全可靠,成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种重型桥梁梁板举升机。
背景技术
随着大型桥梁建造的日益增多,大量使用几百吨重的梁板,这种梁板在野外起升运转困难,使用大型起重机吊装,费用太高,浪费大量的人力物力。使建造桥梁的工程成本很高,在市场竞争中没有优势。
传统的梁板起吊方式是两台大型起重机,分别在梁板的一端吊起。例如吊起400吨的梁板,需要至少两台250吨起重机分别在梁板的一端挂钢丝绳,才能正常施工。这样要求施工的场地足够大,聚齐两台大型起重机,起重机的转场费用很高,吊装费用很高。整个项目施工的成本高。
因此,一种性能优良而成本低廉的重型桥梁梁板举升机亟待研究。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足设计了一种重型桥梁梁板举升机。
本发明为实现以上目的,采用如下方案:一种重型桥梁梁板举升机,包括门架总成、设置在门架总成上的平移滑车,所述门架总成包括横梁,所述横梁的两端下表面分别连接有一个举升油缸,所述横梁的一端部上设有平移油缸,所述平移油缸与所述平移滑车连接,所述举升油缸和平移油缸与一液压站连接,所述平移滑车上设有起吊装置。
进一步的,所述平移滑车包括贴合在所述横梁上表面的滑动块,所述滑动块上表面的两端固定设有上压块,所述横梁的下方对应上压块的位置设有下压块,所述上压块和下压块的侧面通过连杆连接,所述下压块上设有起吊装置。
进一步的,所述起吊装置为钢索。
本发明和现有技术相比,具有如下优点和有益效果:使用两台梁板举升机作业,可以在狭小的场地,梁板每一端用钢丝绳挂在一台举升机上,可以安全的吊起梁板,运输车辆倒入梁板下方,将梁板落到运输车上即可。如果车辆不在梁板正下方位置,举升机横梁上的平移滑车左右横移,来矫正位置。施工过程安全可靠,成本低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种重型桥梁梁板举升机,包括门架总成、设置在门架总成上的平移滑车,所述门架总成包括横梁1,所述横梁1的两端下表面分别连接有一个举升油缸2,所述横梁1的一端部上设有平移油缸3,所述平移油缸3与所述平移滑车连接,所述举升油缸2和平移油缸3与一液压站4连接,所述平移滑车上设有起吊装置。所述平移滑车包括贴合在所述横梁上表面的滑动块5,所述滑动块5上表面的两端固定设有上压块51,所述横梁1的下方对应上压块51的位置设有下压块52,所述上压块51和下压块52的侧面通过连杆53连接,下压块52和上压块51共同限制滑动块5在横梁1上滑动不脱出,其中,下压块52不与横梁1接触,起到一定的配重作用。另外,可以在滑动块5的下表面设置滑轮组,在横梁1的上表面设置相应的滑轨。所述下压块52上设有起吊装置,起吊装置可以为钢丝绳索6,用于捆绑固定需要起吊的梁板7。
如图2所示,电动机带动液压油泵工作,按下升开关,高压油通过电磁换向阀一81进入分流阀83,分流阀83将油量均分到两个举升油缸2的无杆腔,举升油缸2托举着横梁1和梁板7同步平衡升起;同理,按下降开关,实现横梁1和梁板7同步下降。如果梁板7不在车辆的正上方,可以按下左或右开关,高压油通过电磁换向阀二82,给平移油缸3供油,实现平移滑车拖着梁板7在横梁1上左右移动。
本发明在使用时,根据需要,采用2台或2台以上举升机前后配合,分别固定梁板7的两端,同步抬升,作业稳定度更高。
