the grass cutting assembly comprises a grass cutting blade (24), a grass cutting shaft (25) and a grass cutting shaft (26), wherein two ends of the grass cutting shaft (25) are arranged in the crushing chamber (2) through corresponding bearings, one end of the grass cutting shaft (25) penetrates through the crushing chamber (2) to be connected with a grass cutting power gear (27), the mounted grass cutting shaft (25) is parallel to the feeding shaft (8), the grass cutting power gear (27) is meshed with the spiral power gear (12), and the power motor drives the grass cutting power gear (27) or the spiral power gear (12) to rotate through a belt; at least two grass cutting blades (24) are arranged on a grass cutting shaft (25) in the crushing chamber (2), inclined grass cutting crushing teeth (29) are arranged at the edges of the grass cutting blades (24), and the edges of the grass cutting blades (24) are positioned between adjacent crushing blades; the end part of a grass cutting shaft (25) at one end of the feed port (3) is provided with a second coarse cutter (28), the second coarse cutter (28) is matched with the first coarse cutter (13), grass cutting shafts (26) are fixed on two sides of the grass cutting blade (24), the number of the grass cutting shafts (26) is two or more, the grass cutting shafts (25) are used as circle centers and are distributed on the grass cutting blade (24), and the grass cutting shafts (26) between the adjacent grass cutting blades (24) are connected with each other; a grass cutter (30) is movably sleeved on the grass crushing shaft (26), one end of the grass cutter (30) is movably sleeved on the grass crushing shaft (26), and the other end is suspended to form a grass crushing end;
the feeding assembly comprises a feeding conveyer belt (31) and a feeding conveyer belt (32), wherein the feeding conveyer belt (32) is arranged on a frame (1) at one side of the crushing chamber (2), the output end of the arranged feeding conveyer belt (32) is opposite to the feeding inlet (3), one side of the feeding conveyer belt (32) in the conveying direction is provided with a blocking chain (33), and a feeding pushing plate (34) matched with the feeding conveyer belt (32) is arranged on the blocking chain (33); a feeding conveyer belt (31) and a fixed baffle are arranged on the other side of the conveying direction of the feeding conveyer belt (32), the feeding conveyer belt (31) is positioned at the feeding end of the feeding conveyer belt (32), the fixed baffle is positioned between the output end of the feeding conveyer belt (31) and the feeding port (3), the output end of the feeding conveyer belt (31) is connected with the feeding end of the feeding conveyer belt (32), and a material returning component is arranged above the output end of the feeding conveyer belt (31); the material returning assembly comprises two brackets (35), two material returning shafts (36) and two material returning rods (37), wherein the two brackets (35) are respectively arranged at two sides of the output end of the feeding conveyor belt (31), two ends of each material returning shaft (36) are arranged between the tops of the two brackets (35) through corresponding bearings, and one or more material returning rods (37) are arranged on the peripheral surface of each material returning shaft (36); the bottom of one bracket (35) is provided with a returning power wheel (38), the wheel shaft of the returning power wheel (38) is connected with one roll shaft end part of the feeding conveyor belt (31) to synchronously rotate, one end part of the returning shaft (36) penetrates through the bracket (35) to be connected with a driven power wheel (39), the driven power wheel (39) is positioned above the returning power wheel (38), and the driven power wheel (39) is connected with the returning power wheel (38) through a belt; a feeding area is formed between the material returning rod (37) and the bearing surface of the output end of the feeding conveyer belt (31).

4. A hay cutter system according to claim 1, wherein: the grass chopper (30), the hammer blade (23) and the two sides of the crushing knife (10) are provided with serrated hammer crushing teeth (15).
5. A hay cutter system according to claim 1, wherein: a discharging cover (6) is arranged at the top of the discharging guide cylinder (5), and a discharging hole (7) is arranged at one side of the discharging cover (6).
