技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括由塑料制成的壁的液体车辆储箱,该储箱包括给固定到其壁的构件。
背景技术
术语“液体储箱”意于指代能够在各种多变环境和使用条件下存储液体的密封的储箱。液体储箱的例子有:被装配到机动车辆的燃料储箱,用于机动车辆的SCR***的尿素和/或氨储箱。
液体储箱一般包括附接到储箱壁的内表面和/或储箱壁的外表面的构件。某些构件可包括由不同于储箱材料的材料制成的部分或表面。不能通过焊接实现将这样的构件牢固地固定到储箱壁。这样的构件一般是通过使用现有技术已知的构件覆层或铆接技术而被固定到储箱的。
风险在机动车辆工业中是几乎不可承受的,在机动车辆工业中有关于各种条件下的车辆和乘客安全的严格要求。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种由塑料制成的液体车辆储箱,该储箱在储箱的壁与构件之间具有增强的紧固连接,其中所述构件具有嵌入部分、即嵌入储箱壁中的部分,该部分的一部分不能够被焊接到储箱壁。
术语“嵌入部分”应被理解为被埋入固体材料块体中的部分,固体材料块体困住该部分,使得如果不打开围绕被埋入的部分的块体就不能够从块体取出所述部分。由此,如果不打开储箱壁就不能够从储箱壁取出构件的嵌入储箱壁中的部分。
本发明涉及一种具有由塑料制成的壁的液体车辆储箱,该储箱包括具有嵌入储箱壁中的部分的构件,其中,储箱包括至少一个被焊接到储箱壁以抵抗储箱壁塑料在围绕构件的嵌入部分的区域中的应力的增强元件。
通过使用本发明的增强元件,构件被牢固地固定到储箱壁。实际上,本发明的增强元件防止焊接区域的变形。换句话说,增强元件防止包裹构件的嵌入部分的塑料打开。由此,增强元件防止构件的嵌入部分释放到储箱壁外。
在一个具体实施例中,增强元件具有环形形状。
在一个具体实施例中,嵌入部分具有这样的外表面:该外表面的一部分与壁的塑料不化学兼容,并且增强元件在构件的嵌入部分上方被焊接到壁。
根据本发明的一个方面,元件的至少一部分被设置在构件的嵌入部分与壁的最接近该构件的外部表面。例如,如果构件被紧固在储箱内,元件被焊接在构件的嵌入部分与由储箱壁限定的内部体积之间。如果构件被紧固到储箱外部,元件被焊接在嵌入部分与储箱的外部之间。在没有增强元件时,构件仅被夹紧在储箱壁中,但储箱壁的夹紧部分可能会打开并释放构件。因此,元件阻碍构件解除紧固,由此增强构件与储箱壁之间的连接。由于增强元件被焊接到储箱壁,增强元件与储箱壁的塑料连续地融合,不能够与储箱壁的塑料分离。优选地,插件由比壁的材料更硬的材料制成以增强围绕紧固区域的区域。优选地,构件通过重叠注塑被固定到壁。
在本发明的一个实施例中,壁具有开口,构件围绕开口被固定到壁。构件具有连接到储箱内部的空心部分。构件优选地对于储箱内的液体是不可渗透的。插件要么被布置在开口与嵌入部分之间,要么围绕嵌入部分。
在本发明的另一实施例中,构件的嵌入部分的外表面具有与壁的塑料化学兼容并焊接到储箱壁的第二部分。在该情况中,构件的紧固比单一的重叠注塑强度更高,但元件的存在进一步改善其强度以达到更高的安全标准。
有利地,增强元件被焊接到构件的第二部分。元件形成构件的嵌入部分与储箱壁之间的增强桥部。由于元件被焊接到构件和储箱壁两者,构件与储箱壁之间的连接被显著地增强。增强效果随着第二部分的尺寸增大。
在本发明的一个实施例中,构件的外表面的与壁的塑料不化学兼容的部分由液体不可渗透层制成。优选地,储箱是燃料储箱。由于关于车载燃料储箱的不可渗透性和安全标准比其它类型的储箱更高,更加要求构件与储箱之间强的紧固。
有利地,储箱的壁包括液体不可渗透层、尤其是燃料不可渗透层,通常称作“壁的液体防渗层”。
在本发明的一个实施例中,构件的嵌入部分包括采用壁的液体防渗层的形状的内表面。
有利地,构件的嵌入部分的内表面与壁的液体防渗层之间的最大距离小于200μm,优选地小于100μm,更优选地小于40μm。嵌入部分的内表面与液体防渗层之间的空间代表液体泄漏路径,也称作液体渗透路径。为了通过减小渗透路径的宽度来减小泄漏速度,嵌入部分应尽可能地接近液体防渗层但不触碰该液体防渗层。在将所述部分模塑到储箱壁的所述部分上期间,该部分与防渗层之间的距离被控制。
在本发明的一个实施例中,构件的嵌入部分的内表面包括凸起。由于嵌入部分的内表面采用液体防渗层的形状,凸起延长液体渗透路径,这减小液体的泄露速度。渗透路径的长度随着凸起的高度增大。
构件优选地是从以下清单选择的元件:凸嘴、入口止回阀门、充装嘴、电连接器、壳体、液位传感器支撑件、泵支撑件、加热支撑件、夹具、凸轮锁、模块、燃料输配模块等。
本发明还涉及一种用于将构件紧固到储箱壁的方法,其包括以下步骤:
在型坯的吹气模塑期间,将构件的一部分重叠注塑到型坯上,使得该部分至少部分地嵌入型坯中,
冷却型坯以获得刚性壁,
在构件嵌入壁中的部分上方将增强元件焊接到壁。
借助于将增强元件焊接在嵌入部分与壁的最接近构件的外表面之间,所述方法实现构件与壁之间更强的紧固。当重叠注塑的部分部分地由与储箱的材料不化学兼容的材料制成时,该实施例特别有利。构件的所述部分要么被重叠注塑在型坯内要么被重叠注塑在型坯外。在一个具体实施例中,储箱可以是用于存储液体或溶液的储箱。在另一具体实施例中,储箱可以是用于存储气体或气体混合物的储箱。
根据本发明的一个实施例中,在刚性壁中穿过构件的嵌入型坯中的部分钻出开口。
替代地,通过在型坯的吹气模塑期间在围绕开口重叠注塑构件的所述部分的时刻穿孔型坯来获得开口。然后,插件被焊接在构件的嵌入壁中的部分上方。
在本发明的一个实施例中,增强元件在增强元件被焊接到壁的时刻被焊接到构件。这意味着构件的重叠注塑的部分具有由与壁化学兼容的材料制成的部分。用本发明的方法获得的紧固的质量随着部分的该能够被焊接到壁的部分的尺寸提高。
根据本发明的液体储箱由塑料制成,即由包括至少一种合成树脂聚合物的材料制成。所有类型的材料都可以是合适的。尤其合适的塑料来自于热塑性塑料类别。术语“热塑性塑料”指代包括热塑性弹性体的任何热塑性聚合物及其混合物。术语“聚合物”既指代均聚物也指代共聚物(尤其是二元或三元共聚物)。这样的共聚物的例子有(非限制性地)无规共聚物、线性嵌段共聚物、其它嵌段共聚物和接枝共聚物。经常使用的一种聚合物为聚乙烯。已经用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)获得良好的结果。储箱可以是单层或多层结构。在多层结构的情况中,不可渗透层可以是EVOH(乙烯和部分水解醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物)。

具体实施方式
图1示出储箱1,该储箱包括被焊接到其上的两个构件3、5。储箱1的第一构件是位于储箱1的上部部分中的凸嘴3和位于储箱1的下部部分中的入口止回阀门5。
储箱1的形状在本发明的范围中不具有重要性。储箱唯一相关的几何形状特征是其在围绕每个构件3、5的部分3a、5a中的形状。
凸嘴3和入口止回阀门5是连接到储箱1以借助于外部管(未示出)允许储箱内部与外部之间的流体联通的构件。本发明不限于这样的允许储箱内部与外部之间的流体流通的构件。换句话说,构件3、5可以在一个端部处被关闭以实现不会是液体流通的特定功能。
在以下附图中,示出构件5的截面视图。然而,可以是图1的两个构件3、5中的任一个,这些构件仅是作为能够焊接到根据本发明的储箱的可行构件的例子给出的。
在图2的截面视图中,储箱壁7的部分5a被示出具有孔7a。构件壁9被示出具有位于孔7a前方的开口9a。构件在该例子中具有柱形形状,但构件的任何形状都会是可接受的。该构件包括嵌入储箱壁中的部分10。
储箱壁7和构件壁9每个都分别包括不可渗透层11、13,这防止存在于储箱1内的液体穿过储箱壁7或穿过构件壁9。在该例子中,储箱不可渗透层11被包括在储箱壁7内,并大致位于储箱壁7的厚度的中间。构件不可渗透层13覆盖构件壁9的内表面,并包裹其嵌入储箱壁中的部分。在该例子中,储箱是燃料储箱,并且不可渗透层11和13是由EVOH制成的燃料不可渗透层。
由于构件不可渗透层13与储箱壁的塑料不化学兼容,嵌入部分10具有被与储箱壁的塑料不化学兼容的材料覆盖的外表面。
由此,在穿入储箱壁7中之后,构件的嵌入储箱壁中的部分不与储箱壁的材料融合,而是仅被夹紧在储箱壁中。储箱壁的围绕构件的嵌入部分10的夹紧部分可能会打开并释放构件5。
为了防止这样的释放,增强环15在构件的嵌入部分10上方被焊接到储箱壁。增强环15由与储箱壁7的材料化学兼容的材料制成。优选地,增强环比储箱壁的材料更硬。
换句话说,增强环15被焊接到储箱壁7以抵抗储箱壁的塑料在围绕构件5的嵌入部分10的区域中的应力。
在构件的嵌入部分10的面对储箱内部的内侧,构件的尖锐形状17通过延长来自于储箱内的液体的逃逸路径19(由虚线示出)而增强焊接的防泄漏密封性。
在图3的实施例中,构件5具有不完全被构件不可渗透层覆盖的嵌入部分10。这在嵌入部分10上留出构件的可被用于与储箱壁7焊接的表面21。
同时,这留出构件的可用于在增强环15之后被焊接到储箱壁时与增强环15焊接的外部(即不嵌入储箱壁中)表面23。这进一步增强焊接的机械强度。
图4示出图2和3的实施例的组合:构件的嵌入部分10具有用于改善焊接的防泄漏密封性的尖锐内表面25,并且增强环被焊接到构件以改善焊接的机械强度。
图5示出另一实施例,其中,构件完全由不可渗透材料制成。在该情况中,构件像图2的构件那样仅被夹紧在储箱壁内,焊接的牢固性源于在构件的嵌入部分10上方焊接增强环。
本发明不限于以上实施例,存在其它实施例并对于本领域技术人员会是明显的。例如,充装管和燃料储箱两者都可是多层结构。
本发明也可被应用于流体储箱。更准确地说,本发明可被应用于气体储箱,例如用于存储氢气或氨气的储箱。
在一个替代性实施例中,本发明涉及具有由塑料制成的壁的气体储箱,该气体储箱包括具有嵌入气体储箱壁中的部分的构件。气体储箱是这样的:气体储箱包括至少一个焊接到气体储箱壁以抵抗气体储箱的塑料在围绕构件的嵌入部分的区域中的应力的增强元件。气体储箱壁可以由单层或多层结构制成。在多层结构的情况中,气体储箱壁可包括气体不可渗透层。

Claims (17)

1.一种具有由塑料制成的壁(7)的液体车辆储箱(1),其特征在于,该储箱(1)包括具有嵌入所述储箱的壁中的嵌入部分(10)的构件(3、5),所述储箱包括至少一个焊接到所述储箱壁的增强元件(15),以抵抗所述储箱的壁的塑料材料在围绕所述构件(3、5)的所述嵌入部分(10)的区域中的应力。
2.如权利要求1所述的储箱(1),其中,所述增强元件(15)具有环形形状。
3.如权利要求1所述的储箱(1),其中,所述嵌入部分(10)具有这样的外表面:该外表面的一部分与所述壁的塑料不化学兼容,并且所述增强元件(15)在所述构件的所述嵌入部分(10)上方被焊接到所述壁。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的储箱(1),其中,所述壁具有开口,并且所述构件(3、5)围绕所述开口被固定到所述壁(7)。
5.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的储箱(1),其中,所述嵌入部分(10)的外表面具有与所述壁(7)的塑料化学兼容并焊接到所述储箱的所述壁的第二部分。
6.如权利要求5所述的储箱(1),其中,所述增强元件(15)被焊接到所述构件(3、5)的所述第二部分。
7.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的储箱(1),其中,所述构件(3、5)的外表面的与所述壁(7)的塑料材料不化学兼容的所述部分由液体不可渗透层(13)制成。
8.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的储箱(1),其中,所述储箱的所述壁包括液体防渗层(11)。
9.如权利要求8所述的储箱(1),其中,所述构件(3、5)的所述嵌入部分(10)包括采用所述壁(7)的所述液体防渗层(11)的形状的内表面。
10.如权利要求9所述的储箱(1),其中,所述构件(3、5)的所述嵌入部分(10)的所述内表面与所述壁(7)的所述液体防渗层(11)之间的最大距离小于200μm。
11.如权利要求10所述的储箱(1),其中,所述构件(3、5)的所述嵌入部分(10)的所述内表面与所述壁(7)的所述液体防渗层(11)之间的最大距离小于100μm。
12.如权利要求10所述的储箱(1),其中,所述构件(3、5)的所述嵌入部分(10)的所述内表面与所述壁(7)的所述液体防渗层(11)之间的最大距离小于40μm。
13.如权利要求9所述的储箱(1),其中,所述构件(3、5)的所述嵌入部分(10)的所述内表面包括凸起。
14.一种用于将构件紧固到储箱(1)的壁(7)的方法,其包括以下步骤:
在型坯的吹气模塑期间,将所述构件(3、5)的一嵌入部分(10)重叠注塑到所述型坯上,使得该嵌入部分(10)至少部分地嵌入所述型坯中,
在所述构件(3、5)嵌入所述壁中的所述嵌入部分(10)上方将增强元件(15)焊接到所述壁,以抵抗所述储箱的壁的塑料在围绕所述构件(3、5)的所述嵌入部分(10)的区域中的应力。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其中,在刚性壁中穿过所述构件(3、5)的嵌入所述型坯中的所述嵌入部分(10)钻出开口。
16.如权利要求14所述的方法,其中,通过在所述型坯的吹气模塑期间在围绕开口重叠注塑所述构件(3、5)的所述嵌入部分(10)的时刻穿孔所述型坯来获得开口。
17.如权利要求14至16中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述增强元件(15)在所述增强元件(15)被焊接到所述壁(7)的时刻被焊接到所述构件(3、5)。
