Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of inspection of thermal ink, in particular to a method for inspecting the color change quality of paper-based materials printed by thermal ink.
Background
The discoloration quality of the thermal ink is not determined by a specific standard, and the prior art generally applies the thermal ink to be tested on a test board, and then observes the discoloration condition of the ink at the discoloration critical temperature of the thermal ink. However, the strength and speed of manual painting can affect the color change quality, and disputed detection results can occur in different personnel operations. And because the thermal sensitive ink is printed on the paper base material and is influenced by the printing process and other ink, the mode of simply smearing the thermal sensitive ink on the test board cannot imitate the color change condition of the actual thermal sensitive ink printed on the paper base material, so the color change quality inspection result of the thermal sensitive ink is possibly different from the actual color change quality inspection result of the thermal sensitive ink, and the color change quality inspection result cannot be used as the color change quality inspection basis of the thermal sensitive ink printed on the paper base material.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for testing the color-changing quality of a thermal ink printed matter, aiming at solving the problems that the prior art does not have a specific measurement standard to cause disputes of test results and the product quality cannot be effectively controlled.
In the context of the present invention, the thermochromic ink is an ink which is capable of developing a colour change effect upon a change in temperature. When the temperature changes, reversible thermosensitive color-changing ink can change color back and forth, and otherwise, irreversible thermosensitive color-changing ink can change color. The color-changing critical temperature is the temperature at which the color of the ink printing sample changes under the temperature change. Of course, the temperature at which the color of the ink sample changes under the change of temperature is generally a temperature range, and for the sake of simplifying the method, the temperature of the temperature control device is adjusted or the limit temperature of the color change critical temperature range is determined, and the minimum change amount is generally 1 ℃.
In addition, in the present invention, the reason why the pressure of 0.18MPa is applied to the thermosensitive color-changing ink area (or ink layer area) for 10 ± 1s is to make the temperature of the thermosensitive color-changing ink area (or ink layer area) coincide with the temperature of the temperature control device.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a color-changing quality inspection method for printing irreversible thermosensitive color-changing ink on a paper base material comprises the following steps: respectively placing the areas printed with the thermosensitive color-changing ink of the standard sample sheet and the sample to be detected on a temperature control device under the environment of 23 +/-1 ℃ and 50% +/-2% of relative humidity, adjusting the temperature of the temperature control device to be any temperature within a color-changing critical temperature range, respectively applying 0.18MPa pressure to the areas printed with the thermosensitive color-changing ink of the standard sample sheet and the sample to be detected, taking down the standard sample sheet and the sample to be detected after lasting for 10 +/-1 s to check whether the color is changed, and judging that the sample to be detected is qualified if the colors of the standard sample sheet and the sample to be detected are consistent through visual inspection; and if the color of the sample to be detected is not consistent with that of the standard sample, judging that the sample to be detected is unqualified.
The technical scheme of the color-changing quality inspection method for printing irreversible thermosensitive color-changing ink on a paper base material is further improved, when whether the colors are consistent or not is judged, three persons form an inspection group, the three persons independently judge, and the result of consistency of two persons or more than two persons is used as a judgment result.
Further, the invention provides a method for testing the color change quality of reversible thermosensitive color-changing ink printed on a paper base material, which comprises the following steps:
①, respectively placing three standard sample sheets and a to-be-detected sample area printed with thermosensitive color-changing ink on a temperature control device under the environment of 23 +/-1 ℃ and 50% +/-2% relative humidity, adjusting the temperature of the temperature control device to be 1 ℃ lower than the color-changing critical temperature range, respectively applying 0.18MPa pressure to the standard sample sheet and the to-be-detected sample area printed with the thermosensitive color-changing ink, quickly checking the three standard sample sheets and the to-be-detected sample after lasting for 10 +/-1 s to check whether the color is changed, judging that the to-be-detected sample is unqualified by visual inspection if the three standard sample sheets are inconsistent with the to-be-detected sample color, and completing the inspection;
②, respectively placing three standard sample sheets and the area printed with the thermosensitive color-changing ink of the qualified sample to be detected, which is determined by the step ①, on a temperature control device, adjusting the temperature control device to heat up in a mode of 1 ℃/times, respectively applying 0.18MPa pressure to the standard sample sheets and the area printed with the thermosensitive color-changing ink of the sample to be detected while heating up once, and continuing for 10 +/-1 s, determining whether the color-changing temperature of the sample to be detected is within the color-changing critical temperature range, and determining that the sample to be detected is qualified if the color of the sample to be detected within the color-changing critical temperature range is consistent with one color of the three standard sample sheets and the sample to be detected recovers to the same color as the standard sample sheet after the temperature is reduced by visual inspection;
the three standard sample sheets have slightly light, medium and dark colors after being discolored at the same temperature within the discoloration critical temperature range.
In actual production, the color of the ink on the standard proof generates certain fluctuation in the standard range, the fluctuation is caused by the thickness of the ink when the ink is printed by a printing machine, the difference of the thickness is very little, and the color change in the standard range is very little. In order to more accurately test the color change quality of the sample to be tested, the invention adopts three standard sample sheets with relative light, medium and dark colors. In the present invention, the lighter and darker colors are extreme colors in the standard range, and the medium color is a middle color of the extreme colors.
The technical scheme is further improved as a technical scheme of the method for detecting the color change quality of the reversible thermosensitive color-changing ink printing tipping paper, when whether the colors are consistent or not is judged, three persons form an inspection group and independently judge, and the result that two persons or more than two persons are consistent is used as the judgment result.
Furthermore, the method for acquiring the color-changing critical temperature range of the reversible thermosensitive color-changing ink printed on the paper base material comprises the following steps:
① placing the area of the ink layer printed on the sample to be detected on a temperature control device under the environment of 23 +/-1 ℃ and 50 +/-2% of relative humidity, and preparing another sample of the same batch under the same environment to serve as a color-changing control sample, wherein the ink layer comprises reversible thermosensitive color-changing ink, the temperature of the temperature control device is adjusted to be any temperature within the 1/2 color-changing critical temperature range of the reversible thermosensitive color-changing ink, 0.18MPa pressure is applied to the area of the ink layer printed on the sample to be detected, after 10 +/-1 s, the color-changing control sample and the sample to be detected are checked to see whether the color is changed by visual comparison, otherwise, the next step is carried out;
② if the color of the color-changing reference sample is different from the color of the sample to be detected, adjusting the temperature control device to cool and heat in a 1 ℃/th mode, respectively applying 0.18MPa pressure to the area of the ink layer printed on the sample to be detected and keeping the pressure for 10 +/-1 s while cooling and heating once, and determining the limit temperature of the color-changing critical temperature range of the sample to be detected;
③ if the color of the color-changing reference sample is consistent with that of the sample to be detected, adjusting the temperature control device to heat up in a mode of 1 ℃/times, respectively applying 0.18MPa pressure to the area of the ink layer printed on the sample to be detected while heating up once, and continuously keeping for 10 +/-1 s, and checking whether the color of the sample to be detected and the color-changing reference sample changes through visual comparison until the limit temperature of the color-changing critical temperature range of the sample to be detected is determined.
In practice, the possible ink layer areas printed on the paper-based material are only reversible thermochromic inks; however, in some printed tipping paper, the ink layer area may be printed layer by layer with more than two inks (including a reversible thermosensitive color-changing ink), and the determination of color-changing quality by directly using the color-changing critical temperature range of the reversible thermosensitive color-changing ink can cause judgment errors. Therefore, in order to more accurately determine the discoloration critical temperature range, the inventors adopted the discoloration critical temperature range of half of the reversible thermochromic ink (i.e., 1/2 discoloration critical temperature range) as the starting determination temperature. Through years of practical tests, the color change temperature of an ink layer area printed by more than two kinds of ink (including a reversible thermosensitive color change ink) is not lower than half of the color change critical temperature range of the reversible thermosensitive color change ink.
The technical scheme is further improved as a method for acquiring the color-changing critical temperature range of the thermosensitive color-changing ink printed on the paper base material, when whether the colors are consistent or not is judged, three persons form an inspection group, the three persons independently judge, and the result of consistency of two persons or more than two persons is taken as the judgment result.
