Abstract
本发明涉及一种壳式换热器的超薄型空调,包括机体和顶板,所述的机体上设有风机腔,所述的风机腔内设有离心蜗壳风机,所述的风机腔一侧设有蒸发器腔,所述的蒸发器腔上设有壳式蒸发器组件,所述的壳式蒸发器组件两端通过端头固定在蒸发器腔内,该壳式蒸发器组件上设有翅片组体,所述的翅片组体内设有长条状的通槽,所述的通槽内设有相配合的换热主体;本发明旨在提供一种实用性高、结构紧凑、厚度薄、换热效果高的壳式换热器的超薄型空调。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空调器技术领域,具体的说,尤其是一种壳式换热器的超薄型空调。
背景技术
现有的空调机中,特别是吊顶空调,这种空调机隐藏在吊顶天花内,而人们通常在吊顶天花上开设多个灯孔用于安装筒灯等灯饰照明,但安装吊顶空调后,部分位置不能安装或阻碍安装灯饰,需要在其他地方安装灯饰,从而造成室内重新布置格局。
现有的超薄空调中,由于厚度薄,蒸发器体积小,容易降低换热效率,从而使得空调效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述的情况,提供一种实用性高、结构紧凑、厚度薄、换热效果高的壳式换热器的超薄型空调。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种壳式换热器的超薄型空调,包括机体和顶板,所述的机体上设有风机腔,所述的风机腔内设有离心蜗壳风机,所述的风机腔一侧设有蒸发器腔,所述的蒸发器腔上设有壳式蒸发器组件,所述的壳式蒸发器组件两端通过端头固定在蒸发器腔内,该壳式蒸发器组件上设有翅片组体,所述的翅片组体内设有长条状的通槽,所述的通槽内设有相配合的换热主体。
上述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调中,所述的翅片组体的截面为平行四边形。
上述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调中,所述的换热主体包括铸铝体,所述的铸铝体上设有管孔,所述的管孔内穿设有冷媒管,所述的冷媒管上下侧均设有若干个通风孔,所述的通风孔设置在铸铝体上。
上述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调中,所述的离心蜗壳风机设有两个,两个所述的离心蜗壳风机之间设有加强板,所述的加强板上设有传感器检测板,
上述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调中,所述的离心蜗壳风机上设有过滤网。
上述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调中,所述的风机腔一侧设有电控盒腔,另一侧设有LED灯。
上述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调中,所述的加强板一端与背板连接,另一端与蒸发器腔外侧连接。
上述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调中,所述的离心蜗壳风机一侧与背板连接,另一侧与蒸发器腔外侧连接。
本发明采用上述的结构后,翅片组体内设有换热主体,该换热主体由铸铝体形成,冷媒管穿插其中,提高或降低铸铝体的温度,而且铸铝体内设置的风孔可通过气流,气流不但能接触到翅片组体,还能接触铸铝体内部,提高气流的接触面积,大大提高换热效率;翅片组体的截面为平行四边形,通过两侧倾斜面角度来调整蒸发器组件的厚度,最终使机体降低厚度、减少占地面积和空间;加强板和离心蜗壳风机的连接可增强机体结构强度,结构紧凑、稳定,防止离心蜗壳风机出现震动;风机腔一侧集成LED灯,方便实用。

具体实施方式
结合图1和图2所示,一种壳式换热器的超薄型空调,包括机体1和顶板2,所述的机体1四周边沿上设有多个安装吊夹3,该安装吊夹3用于将机体1吊起固定安装,所述的机体1上设有风机腔4,所述的风机腔4内设有离心蜗壳风机5,所述的离心蜗壳风机5上设有过滤网6,所述的风机腔4前侧设有蒸发器腔10,所述的蒸发器腔10上盖设有蒸发器盖板12,该蒸发器腔10前端设有出风口13,所述的风机腔4左侧设有电控盒腔8,右侧设有LED灯9。
所述的蒸发器腔10上设有壳式蒸发器组件11,所述的壳式蒸发器组件11两端通过端头20固定在蒸发器腔10内,该壳式蒸发器组件11上设有翅片组体14,所述的翅片组体14内设有长条状的通槽15,该翅片组体14的截面为平行四边形,所述的通槽15内设有相配合的换热主体,所述的换热主体包括铸铝体16,所述的铸铝体16上设有管孔17,所述的管孔17内穿设有冷媒管19,所述的冷媒管19上下侧均设有若干个通风孔18,所述的通风孔18设置在铸铝体16上。
所述的离心蜗壳风机5设有两个,两个所述的离心蜗壳风机5一侧与背板21连接,另一侧与蒸发器腔10外侧连接,两个所述的离心蜗壳风机5之间设有加强板7,所述的加强板7上设有传感器检测板,所述的传感器检测板可拆卸,所述的加强板7一端与背板21连接,另一端与蒸发器腔10外侧连接。

Claims (7)
1.一种壳式换热器的超薄型空调,包括机体(1)和顶板(2),其特征在于,所述的机体(1)上设有风机腔(4),所述的风机腔(4)内设有离心蜗壳风机(5),所述的风机腔(4)一侧设有蒸发器腔(10),所述的蒸发器腔(10)上设有壳式蒸发器组件(11),所述的壳式蒸发器组件(11)两端通过端头(20)固定在蒸发器腔(10)内,该壳式蒸发器组件(11)上设有翅片组体(14),所述的翅片组体(14)内设有长条状的通槽(15),所述的通槽(15)内设有相配合的换热主体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调,其特征在于,所述的翅片组体(14)的截面为平行四边形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调,其特征在于,所述的换热主体包括铸铝体(16),所述的铸铝体(16)上设有管孔(17),所述的管孔(17)内穿设有冷媒管(19),所述的冷媒管(19)上下侧均设有若干个通风孔(18),所述的通风孔(18)设置在铸铝体(16)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调,其特征在于,所述的离心蜗壳风机(5)设有两个,两个所述的离心蜗壳风机(5)之间设有加强板(7),所述的加强板(7)上设有传感器检测板,
根据权利要求1或4所述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调,其特征在于,所述的离心蜗壳风机(5)上设有过滤网(6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调,其特征在于,所述的风机腔(4)一侧设有电控盒腔(8),另一侧设有LED灯(9)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调,其特征在于,所述的加强板(7)一端与背板(21)连接,另一端与蒸发器腔(10)外侧连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的壳式换热器的超薄型空调,其特征在于,所述的离心蜗壳风机(5)一侧与背板(21)连接,另一侧与蒸发器腔(10)外侧连接。
