Description

Kitchen range
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the field of cookers, in particular to a cooker comprising a bottom shell and a panel assembly, wherein the bottom shell defines an accommodating space, and the panel assembly comprises a first plate and a second plate which are arranged in parallel from top to bottom and are connected with each other.
[ background of the invention ]
With the improvement of the living standard of consumers, the requirements on the cooker products are not limited to basic functions, and brand new requirements are made on the appearance quality of the products. In order to ensure the strength of the panel and prevent the panel from deforming, the thickness of the panel of the existing cooker is basically over 10 mm. After the stove is installed on a table top, a certain height difference exists between the edge of the panel and the table top, oil stains are easy to record and accumulate at the position, and the stove is not easy to clean.
Moreover, the panel of the existing stove is thicker and has a heavy structure, which is not in line with the requirement of consumers on the flatness of the kitchen table-board.
[ summary of the invention ]
The object of the present invention is to provide an improved hob, which addresses at least one of the above technical problems.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the utility model provides a cooking utensils, includes drain pan and panel components, a accommodation space is injectd to the drain pan, panel components includes first plate and the second plate that parallel arrangement about and be connected, first plate has the first surface, the first surface constitutes under the user state the upper surface of cooking utensils, wherein, first plate lid is located on the drain pan, the second plate is located at least partially the accommodation space.
The technical scheme has the advantages that the first plate is supported by the second plate, so that the first plate is prevented from being deformed, the requirement on the panel strength of the cooker is met, and the thickness of the second plate is at least partially accommodated in the accommodating space defined by the bottom shell, so that after the cooker is installed on a table top, the part of the panel assembly, which is above the table top, is much thinner, and the height difference between the panel assembly and the table top is remarkably reduced compared with the prior art, and the cooker is easier to clean. In addition, the technical scheme of the invention can realize ultra-thinness of the panel assembly in appearance vision, presents a panel with ultra-thin feeling for users, is attractive and elegant, breaks through the conventional appearance of the panel of the kitchen range, and can enable consumers to see the panel in front.
The "accommodating space" in the "bottom case defining an accommodating space" is not necessarily a space completely enclosed all around. The expression "the first surface constitutes the upper surface of the hob in use" in the sense that the upper surface of the hob "may not comprise functional parts such as a drip tray, burners and operating devices. The phrase "the first plate is covered on the bottom case" shall include a case where the first plate is located on the bottom case with a certain gap therebetween.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the second plate is hidden in the use state of the hob. That is, in the state of use of the hob, the second plate is not visible to the user, only the first plate is presented in appearance.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the second plate is located in the accommodating space and a range of the accommodating space extending vertically to the first plate. The second plate member may be completely located in the accommodating space defined by the bottom case, or a gap may be formed between the bottom case and the first plate member, so that the second plate member is partially located in the accommodating space and partially located in a range where the accommodating space extends vertically toward the first plate member.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, a thickness of the first plate is smaller than a thickness of the second plate. On one hand, the panel assembly can be made to be thin on the table top, and the second plate with larger thickness ensures that the whole panel assembly has enough strength and is not easy to deform.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the first plate is within 1 mm. Thereby the panel of the cooker can realize ultra-thin and flat appearance and is easy to clean.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the second plate is d, and the value range of d is 4mm or more and 8mm or less. Therefore, the second plate can have enough strength, and the first plate is better supported to be prevented from deforming.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the first plate is a metal plate. The metal material is heat resistant and can easily produce an extremely thin plate.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the first plate is a stainless steel plate, an aluminum plate or a galvanized plate. The heat resistance is good, the cost is controlled within an acceptable range, and the first plate meeting the requirements is easy to manufacture.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the second plate is a glass plate. The plate made of glass has high surface flatness, so that the requirement of pure flatness of the first plate in the use state can be met.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the second plate is a glass-ceramic plate, a tempered glass plate, or a borosilicate glass plate. The glass plates have high mechanical strength and good heat resistance, are not easy to crack by heating, are not deformed by heating, and support the first plate so as to keep the surface of the first plate to be high in flatness.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the second plate is a cold-rolled steel plate.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the first plate has a flange bent toward the bottom case, and when the cooker is installed on a table, the height of the flange forms the thickness of the panel assembly relative to the table. The turn-ups prevents the sharp edge fish tail user of first plate on the one hand, and on the other hand turn-ups can make first plate edge mellow and full, and is pleasing to the eye, and the second plate can conveniently be hidden in the turn-ups design.
In one possible embodiment of the invention, the height H of the flanging ranges from 3mm to 5 mm. Compared with the prior art in which the panel of the cooker is higher than the table top by more than 10mm, the technical scheme obviously thins the part of the panel component on the table top, and the change in visual effect is obvious.
In one possible embodiment of the invention, the height H of the flanging ranges from 3mm to 3.5 mm. The stove with the ultrathin panel is provided for users, and the appearance is visual, so that the stove is easier to clean.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the flange is formed by bending. The flanging is formed in a bending mode, so that the warping deformation caused by uneven internal stress is not easy to cause.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, at least one liquid containing tray is disposed on the first surface by means of adhesion. Because the thickness of the first plate is very thin, external force is applied to the first plate in the operation process in the modes of screw connection and the like, and uneven buckling deformation of internal stress is easily caused. The sticking way can avoid the above situation.
In a possible embodiment of the invention, the flange is formed by stamping, and the at least one drip tray is formed on the first plate by stamping. Thus, the liquid containing tray is integrally formed on the first plate. The liquid containing disc does not need to be additionally connected, and the sealing arrangement at the joint of the liquid containing disc is also omitted.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, an extending portion extending outward and parallel to the first plate is disposed at a top end of a side wall of the bottom case, the extending portion is placed on an edge of an opening of a table when the kitchen range is installed on the table, the flange is located above the table, and the extending portion is located inside the flange and hidden in the first plate. Therefore, after the stove provided by the technical scheme is installed, the part displayed on the stove surface is very thin. The weight of the bottom shell and the parts arranged in the bottom shell is borne on the extension part, so that the strength is ensured.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, a supporting structure for supporting the second plate is disposed in the accommodating space, and the second plate is disposed on the supporting structure. The supporting structure is hidden in the bottom shell, and the appearance of the cooker cannot be affected.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, a stepped portion is provided at an upper portion of the side wall of the bottom case, the stepped portion having a stepped surface parallel to the first plate, and the second plate is placed on and supported by the stepped surface. When the second plate member is placed on the step surface, the second plate member is located in the portion of the accommodating space defined by the step portion. The stepped portion may be integrally formed to form an upper portion of the side wall, so that a separate support structure for supporting the second plate is not required. Of course, the step portion may be formed by a plurality of separate members and may be provided on the upper portion of the side wall by welding, caulking, or the like.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, a bracket is disposed on a side wall or a bottom wall of the bottom case, and the second plate is disposed on and supported by the bracket. The bracket arranged on the side wall can be L-shaped, the bracket arranged on the bottom wall can be U-shaped, and the bracket can be connected to the side wall or the bottom wall in a screwing mode, a riveting mode and the like.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the second plate is connected to the supporting structure through silicone. So that the second plate member can be prevented from shaking, particularly in a direction parallel to the second plate member.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the first plate has a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first plate is provided with a stiffener at least at a corner thereof, the stiffener being connected to the bottom case, and the stiffener is connected to the second surface by means of adhesion. The first plate does not have the support of second plate in the corner, and this scheme can prevent at least that first plate corner from warping. The reinforcing member may be made of a strong metal thin plate and coupled to the bottom case, such as a side wall, by screwing, riveting or welding.
In one possible embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcement includes a stepped portion having a stepped surface for supporting the second plate. The reinforcing member itself thus reinforces the corners of the first panel and also supports the second panel.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, a circle of sponge is disposed on the second surface along the edge of the first plate, a groove is formed on the reinforcing member, and the sponge located at the reinforcing member is disposed in the groove. Therefore, when the cooker is installed on a table top, a circle of closed sponge is arranged between the second surface and the table top, and soup, water and the like can be prevented from entering the inside of the cooker or the inside of a cabinet.
In order to prevent the first plate from being deformed and the first surface from being uneven due to the thin thickness of the first plate, the first plate is pushed up by the bottom case, and in a possible embodiment of the invention, a gap exists between the first plate and the top end of the bottom case.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the cooking device is a gas range.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail. In the following embodiments, the cooker is described by taking a gas stove as an example, and the cooker of the present invention may also be an electromagnetic cooker or an electromagnetic gas combination cooker.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a partial sectional view of a cooking range according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a perspective view of a bottom case of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a rear view of a panel assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The hob 1 comprises a bottom shell 10 and a panel assembly 20. The panel assembly 20 includes a first panel 21 and a second panel 22 disposed in parallel and connected to each other, and the thickness of the first panel 21 is smaller than that of the second panel 22. The first plate 21 has opposite first and second surfaces 21a, 21b, the first surface 21a constituting an upper surface of the hob 1 in a use state. The bottom case 10 defines an accommodating space S. Specifically, the bottom case 10 includes a bottom wall 11 and a side wall 12, a top end of the side wall 12 is provided with an extending portion 13 extending outward and parallel to the first plate 21, an upper portion of the side wall 12 is provided with a stepped portion 15, and the stepped portion 15 has a stepped surface 150 parallel to the first plate 21. It should be noted here that the space inside the step portion 15 is a part of the accommodation space S. As shown in fig. 1, the first plate 21 is disposed on the bottom case 10, and the second plate 22 is at least partially located in the accommodating space S. In the use state of the hob 1, the second plate 22 is hidden.
The extension 13 and the step 15 shown in fig. 1 are integrally formed by the side wall 12. However, there may be other ways, for example, the extension and the step may be formed as a separate piece, riveted or screwed to the side wall. As shown in fig. 2, the bottom case 10 of this embodiment has an open square box shape, steps 15 are integrally formed on four sides of the open end, and a space is formed between adjacent steps 15, and at this time, the periphery of the portion of the accommodating space inside the steps 15 is not closed.
The first plate 21 shown in fig. 1 is a metal plate, and the second plate 22 is a glass plate. And, the thickness of the first plate 21 is smaller than that of the second plate 22. Specifically, in the present embodiment, a stainless steel plate having a thickness of 0.8mm is used as the first plate member 21, and a crystallized glass plate having a thickness of 4mm is used as the second plate member 22. The first plate 21 and the second plate 22 are connected together by means of a high temperature resistant silicone adhesive. In a further improvement of this embodiment, the periphery of the first plate 21 has a flange 210 bent toward the bottom shell 10, and when the cooking utensil 1 is installed on a table, the height H of the flange 210 constitutes the thickness of the panel assembly 20 relative to the table. In this embodiment, the height H of the flange 210 is 3.5 mm. During manufacturing, the periphery of a rectangular stainless steel plate may be bent to form the flange 210. At least one liquid containing tray 30 is arranged on the first surface 21a of the first plate 21 in an adhering manner through silica gel 31.
Since the thickness of the first plate is extremely thin, the first plate is only 0.8mm in this embodiment, and if the bottom case is designed to contact with the first plate during installation, the first plate is easily pushed by the bottom case to deform due to tolerance and the like during assembly, so in this embodiment, when the first plate 21 is covered on the bottom case 10, a gap exists between the first plate 21 and the extending portion 13 at the top end of the bottom case 10, as shown in fig. 1, for example, a gap of 1.0mm to 1.5mm exists. Therefore, in a strict sense, the second plate 22 shown in fig. 1 is not completely located in the accommodating space S, but is located in the accommodating space S and a range of the accommodating space S extending perpendicularly to the first plate 21.
When the cooking utensil 1 is installed on a table top 2 (not shown in fig. 1, refer to fig. 6), the extension 13 is placed on the edge of the opening of the table top 2, the flange 210 is located on the table top 2, and the extension 13 is located on the inner side of the flange 210 and hidden in the first plate 21. Thus, the cooking utensil 1 presents a panel thickness of only 3.5mm in appearance, and the first surface 21a of the first plate 21 is a plane, and after the cooking utensil 1 is installed, the ultra-thin and flat panel is presented in appearance. And the second plate 22 of the microcrystalline glass material with high flatness and good strength is connected to the second surface 21b of the first plate 21, so that when the first plate 21 is kept to have an ultrathin and flat appearance effect, the deformation of the first plate 21 in use is effectively prevented.
With reference to fig. 1, a supporting structure for supporting the second plate 22 is disposed in the accommodating space S, and the second plate 22 is disposed on the supporting structure. Specifically, the side wall 12 of the bottom case 10 is provided with an L-shaped bracket 14, and the second plate 22 is placed on the bracket 14 and supported by the bracket 14. The bracket 14 is attached to the side wall 12 by welding. While the brackets 14 in the embodiment of fig. 3 are attached to the side walls 12 as shown in fig. 2 by screws and the second plate 22 is attached to the brackets 14 by silicone, fig. 3 shows a plurality of brackets 14 attached to the second plate 22.
Referring to fig. 3, the first plate 21 has a reinforcing member 40 at a corner thereof, the reinforcing member 40 is disposed at each of the four corners in fig. 3, and the reinforcing member 40 is made of a strong metal material and is connected to the sidewall 12 by screwing, riveting or welding. To ensure the integrity of the first surface 21a of the first plate 21, the reinforcing member 40 may be attached to the second surface 21b by means of adhesive. In this embodiment, it is further improved that the reinforcing member 40 is provided with a groove 400, and the second surface 21b is provided with a ring of sponge (not shown) along the edge of the first plate 21, and the sponge is disposed in the groove 400 at the reinforcing member 40. When the cooking utensil 1 is installed on a table, the sponge can prevent water or soup splashed on the cooking utensil 1 from entering the inside of the cooking utensil or the inside of the cabinet.
The above is only one embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention may have further embodiments by way of alterations and modifications. For example, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a perspective view of a panel assembly according to another embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is different from the previous embodiments in that the flanges around the first plate 21 are formed by stamping, and the two liquid containing trays 30' are formed on the first plate 21 by stamping at the same time as the first plate 21 is formed. That is, the two drip trays 30' are integrally formed on the first plate member 21.
For another example, the reinforcing member is also used to support the second plate member. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, fig. 5 is a rear view of a panel assembly according to another embodiment of the present invention; fig. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view of a cooktop of another embodiment of the present invention placed on a countertop. The functions of the components of this embodiment that use the same numbers are the same or similar to those of the previous embodiment, and are not repeated herein, please refer to the related description above. Unlike the previous embodiment, the reinforcing member 40 ' includes the step portion 41 ', the step portion 41 ' has the step surface 410 ', and the step surface 410 ' is used to support the second plate member 22, so that the present embodiment does not require a support structure to support the second plate member. Reinforcement 40 'has a flange 420', flange 420 'of reinforcement 40' being housed within flange 210 of first plate 21, flange 420 'of reinforcement 40' having a height lower than height H of flange 210 of first plate 21. Therefore, after the cooker 1 is installed on the table top 2, the thickness of the panel component 20 higher than the table top 2 is the height H of the flange 210 of the first plate 21, the range of the height H is 3mm or more and less than or equal to H and less than or equal to 3.5mm, the cooker 1 presents an ultrathin panel in appearance, and the cooker is easy to clean.
Other modifications of the present invention are possible, for example, the first plate member 21 is an aluminum plate or a galvanized plate. The second plate 22 is a tempered glass plate or a borosilicate glass plate. Alternatively, the second plate 22 is not a glass material but a cold-rolled steel plate. The thickness of the first plate 21 is within 1mm, and the thickness of the second plate 22 is d, which is within a value range of d being not less than 4mm and not more than 8 mm. The height H of the flanging of the first plate 21 is within the range of more than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 5mm, and the stove can have a very thin panel appearance and is easy to clean. Also for example, the step height of the step 15 at the upper portion of the side wall 12 may be designed according to the thickness of the second plate member 22, so that the second plate member 22 may be directly placed on the step surface 150 of the step 15 and supported by the step surface 150.
The present invention has been described in relation to the above embodiments, which are only exemplary of the implementation of the present invention. It should be noted that the disclosed embodiments do not limit the scope of the invention. Rather, it is intended that all such modifications and variations be included within the spirit and scope of this invention.
