技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种防皱美白、清除自由基的银杏叶护肤乳液,对皮肤具有良好的改善血液循环、美白养颜的效果。
背景技术
乳液,是一种液态霜类化妆品,因为看起来纯白如牛奶,所以叫乳液。乳液作为护肤品,最大的特点就是含水量很高,可以瞬间滋润肌肤,为干燥肌肤补充水分。加上乳液可以在肌肤表面形成轻薄透气的保护膜,可防止水分流失,起到了极佳的保湿效果。因此与单纯补水型的化妆水相比,乳液更适合在干燥季节使用。乳液具有良好的润肤作用,也有保湿效果,特别适合干燥的春,秋两季使用,如果肌肤是中性,也可以冬季使用。春秋两季使用时,除了润肤保湿效果外,还可以隔离外界干燥的气候,防止肌肤水分流失过快,避免肌肤干裂,起皮,是干燥季节外出时必用的护肤品。虽然,许多乳液具有良好的滋润效果,但是对于面部的持续护理、营养补充及平衡功能的强化,尚需要进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防皱美白、清除自由基的银杏叶护肤乳液,对皮肤具有良好的改善血液循环、美白养颜的效果。
本发明采用了这样的技术方案:所述发明适用于任何肌肤的银杏叶护肤乳液,其配方中的原料及重量比分别是:银杏叶提取物10份、硬脂酸单甘酯3份、白矿油3份、辛酸/癸酸三甘油酯3份、氢化植物油1份、硬脂酸2.5份、聚丙烯酸树脂10份、山梨糖醇2.5份、丙二醇3份、三乙醇胺0.7份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.2份、香精适量、防腐剂适量、去离子水加至100份。
本发明的重量配比是经过本发明人大量试验获得的,并且在长达2年的实际应用中证明,具有较为理想的改善血液循环、美白养颜的效果。
本发明中所述的原料:
银杏叶提取物:本品为银杏科植物银杏Ginkgo biloba L.的干燥叶提取物。本品为浅黄棕色可流动性粉末,味苦,具有活血、化瘀、通络的功效。以GBE为原料制成的各种制剂,广泛应用于药物、保健品、食品添加剂、功能性饮料、化妆品等领域。
白矿油:别名石蜡油、白色油、矿物油。性质:无色半透明油状液体,无或几乎无荧光,冷时无臭、无味。不溶于水、乙醇,溶于挥发油,混溶于多数非挥发性油。本品允许含有食用级抗氧化剂。主要用途:用于制造洗衣粉、合成洗涤剂、合成石油蛋白、农药乳化剂等。
辛酸/癸酸三甘油酯:别名:GTCC辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯化学名甘油三辛癸酸酯。英文名:octyl decyl acid triglycerate。外观:无色或浅黄色透明油状液体。用途:保湿剂,广泛地应用于食品、医药、化妆品等行业并已被证明对人体无任何刺激性。在护发类化妆品中加入本品,可使头发光亮,柔滑易梳理。辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯黏度较低,可作为保湿因子的基料,化妆品的稳定剂,防冻剂,均质剂。本品也可用于口红,唇膏,剃须膏中,可改变化妆品的分散性和光泽度。
氢化植物油:是一种人工油脂,包括人们熟知的奶精、植脂末、人造奶油、代可可脂等。它是普通植物油在一定的温度和压力下加入氢催化而成。经过氢化的植物油硬度增加,保持固体的形状,可塑性、融合性、乳化性都增强,可以使食物更加酥脆。同时,还能够延长食物的保质期,因此被广泛地应用于食品加工。
硬脂酸:英文名:Stearic Acid-829本品系从动、植物油脂中得到的固体脂肪酸,主要成分为硬脂酸(C18H36O2)与棕榈酸(C16H32O2)。本品为白色或类白色有滑腻感的粉末或结晶性硬块,其剖面有微带光泽的细针状结晶;有类似油脂的微臭,无味。本品在氯仿或***中易溶,在乙醇中溶解,在水中几乎不溶。广泛用于制化妆品、塑料耐寒增塑剂、脱模剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂、橡胶硫化促进剂、防水剂、抛光剂、金属皂、金属矿物浮选剂、软化剂、医药品及其他有机化学品。在化妆品中,硬脂酸用于雪花膏和冷霜这两类护肤品中起乳化作用,从而使其变成稳定洁白的膏体。硬脂酸还是制造杏仁蜜和奶液的主要原料。硬脂酸皂酯类在化妆品工业中用途更为广泛。
聚丙烯酸树脂:是甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸酯按不同比例聚合得到的阳离子或阴离子型共聚物。聚丙烯酸树脂主要用作口服片剂和胶囊剂的薄膜衣材料, 可用在透皮传递的骨架层中,也可在直肠给药中作为新型的凝胶基质。
山梨糖醇:山梨醇是化妆品护肤品、汽车美容与乳化剂(司盘)生产的基本原料。因其:保湿性、表面结晶、乳化分散、膜具中的微晶作用等特殊性能。可作为防止皮肤干燥,无剌激性的润湿剂、保湿剂、使乳化液和悬浮物稳定的乳化剂。使用山梨醇面霜和洗液等膏状化妆护肤品能有效的保持水份,且不会有油腻和粘连的感觉,也可使胶片增加弹性,避免粘连。浴液和面霜可用10%以上的山梨醇;发乳和发胶可用5-10%,胶体可用2%以上;除臭剂和止汗剂在粘性产品中可用5%以上。在乳化剂中使乳化液和悬浮物稳定。山梨醇乳化剂具有良好的润湿、乳化、分散作用,较佳的发泡特性和改善形体。
丙二醇:即1,2-丙二醇。与水、乙醇及多种有机溶剂混溶。 丙二醇可用作不饱和聚酯树脂的原料.在化妆品、牙膏和香皂中可与甘油或山梨醇配合用作润湿剂。在染发剂中用作调湿、匀发剂,也用作防冻剂,还用于玻璃纸、增塑剂和制药工业。丙二醇的粘性和吸湿性好,并且无毒,因而在食品、医药和化妆品工业中广泛用作吸湿剂、抗冻剂、润滑剂和溶剂。在食品工业中,丙二醇和脂肪酸反应生成丙二醇脂肪酸酯,主要用作食品乳化剂;丙二醇是调味品和色素的优良溶剂。丙二醇在医药工业中常用作制造各类软膏、油膏的溶剂、软化剂和赋形剂等,由于丙二醇与各类香料具有较好互溶性,因而也用作化妆品的溶剂和软化剂等等。
三乙醇胺:三乙醇胺TEOA,又名TEOA、TEA。别名:2-羟基三乙胺,三羟乙基胺,化学式(分子式):C6H15O3N,是一种有氨味的无色至浅黄色黏稠液体,易溶于水、乙醇,呈碱性,水溶液PH值约10.5,是一种用途广泛的化工原料,用作非炭黑补强胶料的硫化活性剂、油类和蜡类的乳化剂、金属切削冷却剂、防锈剂、水泥早强剂、中和剂、酸性气体吸收剂、日化用品湿润剂等。
对羟基苯甲酸甲酯:也称尼泊金甲酯或羟苯甲酯,白色结晶粉末或无色结晶,易溶于醇,醚和丙酮,极微溶于水,沸点270-280℃。主要用作有机合成、食品、化妆品、医药的杀菌防腐剂,也用作于饲料防腐剂。 由于它具有酚羟基结构,所以抗细菌性能比苯甲酸、山梨酸都强。其作用机制是:破坏微生物的细胞膜,使细胞内的蛋白质变性,并可抑制微生物细胞的呼吸酶系与电子传递酶系的活性。
香精:是化妆品中使用次数最多,也是使用范围最广的一类添加剂。是一种由人工调配出来的含有两种以上香料的混合物。
防腐剂:是指可以阻止微生物生长或阻止产品反应的微生物生长的物质。在化妆品中,防腐剂的作用是保护产品,使之免受微生物污染,延长产品的货架寿命;确保产品的安全性,防止消费者因使用受微生物污染的产品而引起可能的感染。
去离子水:去离子水(deionized water)是指除去了呈离子形式杂质后的纯水。国际标准化组织ISO/TC 147规定的“去离子”定义为:“去离子水完全或不完全地去除离子物质,主要指采用离子交换树脂处理方法。”现在的工艺主要采用RO反渗透的方法制取。
本发明所述各原料的用量和理化性质产生协调作用,积极效果在于:防皱美白、清除自由基;PH值与人体皮肤的PH值接近,对皮肤无刺激性;使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的改善血液循环、美白养颜的效果。
本发明的使用效果实验对比:地址:河南省登封市东关街“某知名品牌美容健身机构”。
第一组:参与实验人数157名,均为某知名品牌美容健身机构女性顾客,年龄18—37岁。使用某企业著名品牌乳液,使用周期为5个月,平均每人每日使用1-2次。实验结果:满意率66.3%;满意标准:使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的滋润养颜效果。
第二组:参与实验人数170名,均为某知名品牌美容健身机构女性顾客,年龄18—40岁。使用本发明所述的银杏叶护肤乳液,使用方法是:擦拭于脸部皮肤。使用周期为5个月,平均每人每日使用1-2次。实验结果:满意率88.2%;满意标准:对皮肤无刺激性,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的改善血液循环、美白养颜的效果。
实验对照结果:本发明所述的乳液,对皮肤无刺激性,使用后明显感到舒适、柔软,无油腻感,具有明显的改善血液循环、美白养颜的效果。
具体实施方式
所述银杏叶护肤乳液,其配方中的原料及重量比分别是:银杏叶提取物10份、硬脂酸单甘酯3份、白矿油3份、辛酸/癸酸三甘油酯3份、氢化植物油1份、硬脂酸2.5份、聚丙烯酸树脂10份、山梨糖醇2.5份、丙二醇3份、三乙醇胺0.7份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.2份、香精适量、防腐剂适量、去离子水加至100份。其制备方法是:
步骤一:将银杏叶提取物、硬脂酸、聚丙烯酸树脂、山梨糖醇、丙二醇和去离子水混合加热至80℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将硬脂酸单甘酯、白矿油、辛酸/癸酸三甘油酯和氢化植物油等混合加热至85℃,搅拌使其熔融;
步骤三:将步骤(一)和步骤(二)物料在乳化器中混合乳化,当温度降至50℃时加入三乙醇胺调节其酸碱度,当温度降至45℃时加入香精和色素,进行调色和调香,分装即可。

1.一种银杏叶护肤乳液,其特征在于,配方中的原料及重量比分别是:银杏叶提取物10份、硬脂酸单甘酯3份、白矿油3份、辛酸/癸酸三甘油酯3份、氢化植物油1份、硬脂酸2.5份、聚丙烯酸树脂10份、山梨糖醇2.5份、丙二醇3份、三乙醇胺0.7份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.2份、香精适量、防腐剂适量、去离子水加至100份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的乳液,其特征在于,所述银杏叶护肤乳液的制备方法是:
步骤一:将银杏叶提取物、硬脂酸、聚丙烯酸树脂、山梨糖醇、丙二醇和去离子水混合加热至80℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤二:将硬脂酸单甘酯、白矿油、辛酸/癸酸三甘油酯和氢化植物油等混合加热至85℃,搅拌使其熔融;
步骤三:将步骤(一)和步骤(二)物料在乳化器中混合乳化,当温度降至50℃时加入三乙醇胺调节其酸碱度,当温度降至45℃时加入香精和色素,进行调色和调香,分装即可。
