本发明公开了一种避免导线缠绕的心电图检查床,属于医疗器械的技术领域。其技术方案为:一种心电图检查床,包括床体,床体前部中间位置设置有正后壁导联装置,床体前部侧边设置有心前区导联装置,床体中间及后端两侧设置有肢体导联装置。本发明的有益效果为:本发明在床体上设置了正后壁导联装置,避免了对患者描记后壁导联需要翻转身体的弊端,本发明将心前区导联的导线设置在活动架中,便于医务人员识别电极吸球,避免了导线裸露,延长了导线的使用寿命,将肢体导联的导线缠绕在缠绕辊上,解决了肢体导联装置中的导线缠绕问题。

本发明涉及医疗器械的技术领域,特别涉及一种避免导线缠绕的心电图检查床。
背景技术
对后壁心肌梗死患者做心电图需要在病人背部安装导联,在病人后背安装导联需要翻动身体,这对心肌梗死患者非常不利,临床上使用的心电图检查床是常规的床,患者平躺时不能在后背安装导联,同时用于检查的导联线数量较多,导联线很容易缠绕在一起,使用时不能快速分开,耽误患者检查,另外,导联线裸露,容易造成磨损,导致导联线使用寿命缩短,增加科室消耗。
发明内容
为了解决上述已有技术的不足,本发明的目的是:提供一种避免导线缠绕的心电图检查床,包括床体,所述床体前部中间位置设置有正后壁导联装置,所述床体前部侧边设置有心前区导联装置,所述床体中间及后端两侧设置有肢体导联装置,
所述正后壁导联装置设置在所述床体前端的安装槽内,所述正后壁导联装置包括电机A,所述电机A设置在所述床体的横梁上,所述电机A的输出轴上设置有齿轮A,所述床体的纵梁上设置有底板A,所述底板A上设置有导向槽,所述导向槽内设置有摆件,所述摆件内侧相对的两个平行面上均匀设置有齿条,所述齿条中间设置有所述齿轮A,所述齿轮A为不完全齿轮,所述摆件上端设置有安装板,所述安装板上设置有导轨,所述导轨上设置有滑块,所述滑块上设置有正后壁电极吸球;
所述心前区导联装置包括活动架,所述活动架前端设置有引线板,所述引线板上设置有线孔,所述活动架内设置有导线,所述导线穿过所述线孔连接有心前区电机吸球;
所述肢体导联装置设置在所述床体纵梁的底板B上,所述底板B上设置有主轴,所述主轴上设置缠线辊,所述缠线辊上缠绕有导线,所述导线穿过所述床体连接有电极夹。
所述主轴设置在带立式座轴承上,所述带立式座轴承设置在所述底板B上,所述主轴上设置有摇柄。
所述活动架设置在所述床体的纵梁上,所述活动架包括至少三个铰接的连接杆。
所述线孔至少为6个。
所述导轨为丝杆。
所述导轨一端设置有电机B,另一端设置有挡板。
所述滑块上设置有与所述导轨对应的螺纹,所述滑块上设置有正后壁电极吸球对应的吸球槽。
本发明的工作原理:本发明在床体前端中间位置设置安装槽,安装槽内设置正后壁导联装置,正后壁导联装置上设置上电极吸球,正后壁导联装置的找正位置靠电机提供动力,先通过摆件的左右摆动粗调需要安装电极球的位置,然后通过丝杆微调找正后壁需要安装电极球的精确位置,实现对后壁心肌梗死患者做心电图的目的;本发明还将心前区导联的导线安装在活动架内,心前区的电极吸球分别穿过线孔,导线不会缠绕在一起,并且导线不会裸露在外界环境中;将肢体导联中的导线缠绕在缠线辊上,也避免了肢体导联装置中的导线缠绕在一起问题。
通过试验,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在床体上设置了正后壁导联装置,避免了对患者描记后壁导联需要翻转身体的弊端,本发明将心前区导联的导线设置在活动架中,便于医务人员识别电极吸球,避免了导线裸露,延长了导线的使用寿命,将肢体导联的导线缠绕在缠绕辊上,解决了肢体导联装置中的导线缠绕问题。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图6,本发明是一种避免导线缠绕的心电图检查床,包括床体1,床体1前部中间位置设置有正后壁导联装置2,床体1前部侧边设置有心前区导联装置3,床体1中间及后端两侧设置有肢体导联装置4,
正后壁导联装置2设置在床体1前端的安装槽5内,正后壁导联装置2包括电机A6,电机A6设置在床体1的横梁上,电机A6的输出轴上设置有齿轮A7,床体1的纵梁上设置有底板A8,底板A8上设置有导向槽9,导向槽9内设置有摆件10,摆件10内侧相对的两个平行面上均匀设置有齿条11,齿条11中间设置有齿轮A7,齿轮A7为不完全齿轮,摆件10上端设置有安装板12,安装板12上设置有导轨13,导轨13上设置有滑块14,滑块14上设置有正后壁电极吸球15;
描记患者后壁导联心电图时,对患者背部安放正后壁电极吸球,需要患者先右侧卧位,由医务人员将正后壁电极吸球放置在患者背部相应的位置,为了避免患者从右侧卧位转为平卧位的过程中电机球脱落,通常直接右侧卧位描记心电图,采用右侧卧位描记心电图显然不符合心电图描记标准。
本发明采用将正后壁电极吸球活动安装在床体的前部,电机的输出轴上安装不完整齿轮,以齿轮顺时针转为例,当不完全齿轮的轮齿与摆件上端的齿条啮合时,摆件在底板的导向槽内向右运动,随着电机的旋转,不完全齿轮的轮齿与上下两端面的齿条均布啮合时,此时,摆件停止运动,当电机继续旋转,带动不完全齿轮旋转,当不完全齿轮的轮齿与摆件下端的齿条啮合时,摆件随之网相反的方向运动,依次,来实现正后壁导联的粗调节;摆件上方固定底板,底板上设置电机,电机带动丝杆旋转,实现滑块在丝杆上左右运动,实现正后壁导联的微调,将电极吸球安装在滑块上,电机吸球随着滑块的运动而找准,此种做法,避免了采用右侧卧位的方式电极吸球容易脱落的问题。
心前区导联装置3包括活动架16,活动架16前端设置有引线板17,引线板17上设置有线孔18,活动架16内设置有导线,导线穿过线孔18连接有心前区电机吸球19;
心前区导联装置采用活动架将导线隐藏在支架中,避免了导线暴露在外界环境中对导线的损坏,延长了导线的使用寿命,并且减轻了医院人员检查前的准备工作,同时,引线板中的电极吸球的排放位置,可以按照检查时身体需要的位置放置,避免了因疏忽将电极吸球放错的问题,活动架采用铰接的连接方式,工作时,可以将活动架拉伸到一定的长度和角度。
肢体导联装置4设置在所述床体1纵梁的底板B20上,底板B20上设置有主轴21,主轴21上设置缠线辊22,缠线辊22上缠绕有导线,导线穿过床体1连接有电极夹23。
将肢体导联的导线缠绕在绕线辊上,将手臂和腿部的导线缠绕在绕线滚上,导线被释放,在床体上端被分开,直到放到适合做导联的长度,做完检查后,旋转缠绕辊,实现收线的功能。
主轴21设置在带立式座轴承24上,带立式座轴承24设置在底板B20上,主轴21上设置有摇柄27。活动架16设置在床体1的纵梁上,活动架16包括至少三个铰接的连接杆。线孔18至少为6个。导轨13为丝杆。导轨13一端设置有电机B25,另一端设置有挡板26。滑块14上设置有与导轨13对应的螺纹,滑块14上设置有正后壁电极吸球15对应的吸球槽。

1.一种避免导线缠绕的心电图检查床,包括床体(1),其特征在于,所述床体(1)前部中间位置设置有正后壁导联装置(2),所述床体(1)前部侧边设置有心前区导联装置(3),所述床体(1)中间及后端两侧设置有肢体导联装置(4),
所述正后壁导联装置(2)设置在所述床体(1)前端的安装槽(5)内,所述正后壁导联装置(2)包括电机A(6),所述电机A(6)设置在所述床体(1)的横梁上,所述电机A(6)的输出轴上设置有齿轮A(7),所述床体(1)的纵梁上设置有底板A(8),所述底板A(8)上设置有导向槽(9),所述导向槽(9)内设置有摆件(10),所述摆件(10)内侧相对的两个平行面上均匀设置有齿条(11),所述齿条(11)中间设置有所述齿轮A(7),所述齿轮A(7)为不完全齿轮,所述摆件(10)上端设置有安装板(12),所述安装板(12)上设置有导轨(13),所述导轨(13)上设置有滑块(14),所述滑块(14)上设置有正后壁电极吸球(15),所述滑块(14)上设置有与所述导轨(13)对应的螺纹,所述滑块(14)上设置有正后壁电极吸球(15)对应的吸球槽;
所述肢体导联装置(4)设置在所述床体(1)纵梁的底板B(20)上,所述底板B(20)上设置有主轴(21),所述主轴(21)上设置缠线辊(22),所述缠线辊(22)上缠绕有导线,所述导线穿过所述床体(1)连接有电极夹(23),所述主轴(21)设置在带立式座轴承(24)上,所述带立式座轴承(24)设置在所述底板B(20)上,所述主轴(21)上设置有摇柄(27);
所述导轨(13)为丝杆;
所述导轨(13)一端设置有电机B(25),另一端设置有挡板(26)。
