Abstract

本发明涉及一种金属导线柔性过度金具,所述柔性过度金具与金属导线压接,包括柔性石墨接头本体,所述柔性石墨接头本体内部设有贯通的或带有柔性石墨隔断层的用于插接金属导线的接线腔,柔性石墨接头本体和柔性石墨隔断层是采用膨胀石墨线编织而成,内部或夹入金属丝。所述柔性石墨接头本体外表面设有可调锁紧扣。柔性过度金具利用其可变形的特性,采用外力与金属导线压接,快速对接金属导线。降低接地装置的全寿命周期成本,具有安全环保、柔性好、重量轻等特点,形成快速简便的接地安装连接方式。

技术领域
本发明涉及供电领域,特别涉及一种金属导线柔性过度金具及柔性过度金具修补接地带的方法。
背景技术
目前接地网普遍采用扁钢、不锈钢、铜等金属及合金类接地材料,其运输及施工难度大,材料易产生不同程度腐蚀,降低了其导电能力。此外,由于金属材料硬度与软质土壤的差异,两者之间因外力形变容易形成空气间隙,不仅增大两者的接触电阻,而且易形成氧浓差电化学腐蚀,从而进一步影响了接地装置的使用寿命。
现有接地带损坏采用焊接方式进行修补,会导致接地电阻值增高,且工艺复杂,施工作业面积大,不宜在山区等交通不便地区进行。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种金属导线柔性过度金具,在接地网中使金属导线对接方便快捷,接地装置安全、环保、耐腐蚀。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种金属导线柔性过度金具,所述柔性过度金具与金属导线压接,包括柔性石墨接头本体,所述柔性石墨接头本体内部设有贯通的或带有柔性石墨隔断层的用于插接金属导线的接线腔,所述柔性石墨接头本体外表面设有可调锁紧扣。
所述的柔性石墨接头本体和柔性石墨隔断层是采用膨胀石墨线编织而成,内部或夹入金属丝。
所述的柔性石墨接头本体为圆柱体、椭圆柱体或棱柱体。
一种利用柔性过度金具补修接地带的方法,具体步骤如下:
1)对接地带断口处进行清理,使表面锈蚀脱落;
2)将两端的接地带从柔性过度金具两端***,放置稳定;
3)利用液压钳将柔性过度金具和接地带压接紧实,压接完成后用可调锁紧扣锁紧;
4)将接续好的接地带平整的置于深埋沟槽内,回填土,压实。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
柔性过度金具利用其可变形的特性,采用外力与金属导线压接,快速对接金属导线,使接地网满足雷电流和短路故障电流的排散,降低接地装置的全寿命周期成本,具有安全环保、柔性好、重量轻等特点,形成快速简便的接地安装连接方式。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进一步说明:
实施例1
如图1、图2,一种金属导线柔性过度金具,包括柔性石墨接头本体1,所述柔性石墨接头本体1内部设有贯通的用于插接金属导线5的接线腔2,柔性石墨接头本体1采用膨胀石墨线编织而成,内部夹入金属丝。柔性石墨接头本体1外形为圆柱体。柔性石墨接头本体1外表面设有可调锁紧扣3。
一种利用柔性过度金具补修接地带的方法,具体步骤如下:
1)对接地带断口处进行清理,使表面锈蚀脱落;
2)将两端的接地带从柔性过度金具两端***,放置稳定;
3)利用液压钳将柔性过度金具和接地带压接紧实,压接完成后用可调锁紧扣锁紧;
4)将接续好的接地带平整的置于深埋沟槽内,回填土,压实。
实施例2
如图3、图4,一种金属导线柔性过度金具,柔性石墨接头本体1,所述柔性石墨接头本体1内部设有带有柔性石墨隔断层4的用于插接金属导线5的接线腔2,柔性石墨接头本体1和柔性石墨隔断层4是采用膨胀石墨线编织而成。柔性石墨接头本体外形为棱柱体。柔性石墨接头本体1外表面设有可调锁紧扣3。
一种利用柔性过度金具补修接地带的方法,具体步骤如下:
1)对接地带断口处进行清理,使表面锈蚀脱落;
2)将两端的接地带从柔性过度金具两端***,放置稳定;
3)利用液压钳将柔性过度金具和接地带压接紧实,压接完成后用可调锁紧扣锁紧;
4)将接续好的接地带平整的置于深埋沟槽内,回填土,压实。

1.一种金属导线柔性过度金具,其特征在于,所述柔性过度金具与金属导线压接,包括柔性石墨接头本体,所述柔性石墨接头本体内部设有贯通的或带有柔性石墨隔断层的用于插接金属导线的接线腔,所述柔性石墨接头本体外表面设有可调锁紧扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属导线柔性过度金具,其特征在于,所述的柔性石墨接头本体和柔性石墨隔断层是采用膨胀石墨线编织而成,内部或夹入金属丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属导线柔性过度金具,其特征在于,所述的柔性石墨接头本体为圆柱体、椭圆柱体或棱柱体。
4.一种利用如权利要求1所述的柔性过度金具补修接地带的方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
1)对接地带断口处进行清理,使表面锈蚀脱落;
2)将两端的接地带从柔性过度金具两端***,放置稳定;
3)利用液压钳将柔性过度金具和接地带压接紧实,压接完成后用可调锁紧扣锁紧;
