In this case, the insurance (i.e., "vehicle insurance") of the motor vehicle is very important. The vehicle insurance is a vehicle insurance taking the responsibility of the motor vehicle and a third party thereof as an insurance mark, and needs a user (or a manager) to make a guarantee or continue a guarantee according to the time.
Currently, common ways of applying and maintaining a guarantee include: firstly, driving a vehicle to a 4S store or a designated place of a selected insurance company for vehicle examination; and secondly, remote insurance application or renewal, namely completing the whole vehicle auditing process step by step according to the remote operation instruction in the appointed time, place and environment according to the requirement of remote customer service. However, in the process of remote insurance application or renewal, firstly, a user needs to drive the vehicle to a place with sufficient light, no shielding object around, spaciousness and full-angle shooting according to requirements; then, when a picture of the vehicle is shot, in order to ensure the uniqueness and the legality of the vehicle, the picture of the vehicle must be shot on the day when the verification code is taken, paper written with the verification code needs to be put together with the vehicle, the picture is shot at the angle of 45 degrees of the vehicle, and the paper cannot block the vehicle; and finally, the user uploads the picture of the vehicle to a customer service, the picture is audited manually, and after the manual audit is passed, the picture is audited through a machine so as to prevent the cheating insurance by using the PS picture.
Obviously, on one hand, in the two modes, the auditing step is complicated, the user is limited, and the user experience is not good; on the other hand, when a large number of services are faced, errors may occur in manual auditing, the processing speed is low, the auditing process is easy to jam, and the auditing efficiency is greatly reduced.

In an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, a vehicle information auditing method in insurance business is provided, which can be applied to various intelligent terminals to audit a vehicle to be audited in the vehicle insurance business. The intelligent terminal can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a PAD and the like. Referring to fig. 1, the method for auditing vehicle information in insurance business may include:
step S1, establishing wireless communication connection with the vehicle to be audited, wherein the wireless communication connection is continuous in the auditing process;
step S2, sending a request for acquiring the identification code of the vehicle to be checked to the vehicle to be checked through the wireless communication connection;
step S3, receiving the identification code of the vehicle to be checked returned by the vehicle to be checked in response to the request through the wireless communication connection;
step S4, sending the identification code to a server;
and step S5, vehicle information corresponding to the identification code returned by the server is received for the vehicle to be audited.
According to the vehicle information auditing method in the exemplary embodiment, on one hand, the uniqueness and the legality of the vehicle to be audited in the whole auditing process are ensured by establishing the wireless communication connection with the vehicle to be audited and keeping the wireless communication connection continuous in the auditing process, and the mode is simple and effective; on the other hand, the vehicle information is obtained through the identification code of the vehicle to be audited, so that the vehicle to be audited can be audited, the auditing step is simple, the limitation of places, light, environments and the like is avoided, and the user experience is good; in another aspect, compared with the prior art, the method has high auditing efficiency and high auditing accuracy.
Next, referring to fig. 1, a vehicle information auditing method in the present exemplary embodiment will be further explained.
In step S1, a wireless communication connection with the vehicle to be checked is established, wherein the wireless communication connection continues during the checking process.
In the present exemplary embodiment, with the development of technology, almost all vehicles now support a short-range wireless communication technology such as bluetooth, and some high-end vehicles also support, for example, radio frequency technology (RFID), wireless local area network (wlan), proximity communication (NFC), GPS technology, ultra wide band (UltraWideBand), WiMedia, DECT, wireless 139, and dedicated wireless systems. Because the technology has the characteristics of no need of cables, low power consumption and transmission speed which can meet basic requirements and even approach to wired transmission, the quality of the vehicle used by users is greatly improved. In addition, vehicles currently on the market increasingly support vehicle identification code recognition systems.
Based on the method, the wireless communication connection between the intelligent terminal and the vehicle to be checked can be established, namely the wireless communication connection between the intelligent terminal and the vehicle to be checked is bound. The wireless communication connection may include bluetooth, wireless local area network, radio frequency, GPS, and the like. The intelligent terminal is taken as a mobile phone, and the wireless communication connection is taken as bluetooth for explanation. The Bluetooth function on the mobile phone is opened, the Bluetooth of the vehicle to be checked is searched through the mobile phone, and when the Bluetooth of the vehicle to be checked is searched, the mobile phone Bluetooth is connected with the Bluetooth of the vehicle to be checked so as to establish Bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and the vehicle to be checked.
In order to ensure the uniqueness and the legality of the vehicle to be audited in the whole auditing process, the wireless communication connection is continuous in the auditing process, namely the wireless connection is ensured to keep a connection state in the whole auditing process of the vehicle to be audited, and the disconnection phenomenon can not occur.
According to the method, the uniqueness and the legality of the vehicle to be audited in the whole auditing process are ensured by establishing the wireless communication connection with the vehicle to be audited and keeping the wireless communication connection continuous in the auditing process, and the method is simple and effective.
In step S2, a request for acquiring the identification code of the vehicle to be checked is sent to the vehicle to be checked through the wireless communication connection. In the present exemplary embodiment, after the wireless communication connection is established, a request for acquiring the identification code of the vehicle to be checked may be sent to the vehicle identification system of the vehicle to be checked through the wireless communication connection.
In step S3, the identification code of the vehicle to be checked returned in response to the request is received through the wireless communication connection.
In the exemplary embodiment, when the vehicle identification system of the vehicle to be checked receives a request for acquiring the identification code of the vehicle to be checked, the identification code of the vehicle to be checked is sent to the intelligent terminal in response to the request. The identification code is unique identification information of the vehicle, can also be called as an automobile identification card, and comprises important information of the vehicle such as the country, the manufacturer, the engine model, the vehicle type, the time limit and the like.
And step S4, sending the identification code to a server.
In the exemplary embodiment, the identification code of the vehicle to be checked is sent to the server, so that the vehicle information corresponding to the identification code is acquired from the server. Specifically, when the server receives the identification code of the vehicle to be audited, whether the identification code of the vehicle to be audited exists in the vehicle type database is judged, when the identification code of the vehicle to be audited does not exist in the vehicle type database, the vehicle to be audited is audited in a traditional vehicle auditing mode, and when the identification code of the vehicle to be audited exists in the vehicle type database, vehicle information corresponding to the identification code is obtained and sent to the intelligent terminal.
And step S5, vehicle information corresponding to the identification code returned by the server is received for the vehicle to be audited.
In the exemplary embodiment, the intelligent terminal receives the vehicle information corresponding to the identification information returned by the server, and automatically fills the vehicle information in the vehicle entry information sheet, so that the user can confirm the vehicle information in the vehicle entry information sheet, and determine whether the vehicle information of the vehicle to be checked is correct according to the determination result. When the vehicle information is correct, the user can send the vehicle information confirmation error-free information to the intelligent terminal by triggering the same control in the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal can determine that the vehicle to be checked passes the checking. When the vehicle information is wrong, the user can send the wrong vehicle information to the intelligent terminal by triggering different controls in the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal determines that the vehicle to be checked is not checked. The vehicle information may include a manufacturer of the vehicle, a dealer, an engine number, a model number, a series, a brand, etc. of the vehicle. In addition, the vehicle information may further include vehicle insurance history information of the vehicle to be checked, and the vehicle insurance history information may include vehicle insurance type, insurance participation time, expiration date and the like. It should be noted that the vehicle information may be provided by the supplier of the vehicle.
According to the method, the vehicle information is obtained through the identification code of the vehicle to be audited, so that the vehicle to be audited can be audited, the auditing step is simple, the limitation of places, light, environments and the like is avoided, and the user experience is good; in addition, compared with the prior art, the method has high auditing efficiency and high auditing accuracy.
Optionally, in order to improve the accuracy of the vehicle to be checked, the method may further include step S6, step S7, step S8, and step S9.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of one embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 2, in step S6, a plurality of pictures including license plate numbers of the vehicle to be checked are acquired.
In the present exemplary embodiment, a plurality of pictures including the license plate number of the vehicle to be checked can be taken by turning on a photographing application in the smart terminal, such as a camera, a beautiful show, and the like. The plurality of pictures may include a plurality of pictures including the license plate number taken from different angles. It should be noted that, in order to identify the license plate number in the picture more quickly and better, the license plate number in each picture needs to be visible clearly, and each picture can see the complete vehicle to be checked and the shooting screen is filled with the vehicle to be checked as much as possible.
Optionally, in order to ensure the uniqueness of the vehicle to be checked, the obtaining of the plurality of pictures of the vehicle to be checked including the license plate number may include: and shielding the device functions except the preset photographing function in the process of acquiring the plurality of pictures, and acquiring the plurality of pictures through the preset photographing function.
In the exemplary embodiment, since the intelligent terminal includes functions of calling, video, shopping, sending information and the like, in order to avoid cheating, only the preset photographing function is reserved when the image of the vehicle to be identified is acquired, and other functions are all shielded. The preset photographing function may be a photographing function set by an insurance company, for example, a photographing function of a camera, and a photographing function of a beautiful figure show, and it should be noted that the preset photographing function in the present exemplary embodiment is not limited thereto.
Optionally, on the premise that the acquired multiple images can include all information of the vehicle to be checked, the number of the images is reduced, so that the complexity of calculation is reduced, and the calculation efficiency is improved, so that the vehicle checking efficiency is improved, wherein the multiple images may include: and respectively obtaining four pictures including license plate numbers of the vehicle to be checked at the positions of four diagonal lines of the vehicle to be checked.
Optionally, the obtaining of the plurality of pictures including the license plate numbers of the vehicle to be checked may include: judging whether the vehicle to be checked meets preset service processing conditions or not; and when the vehicle to be checked is judged to meet the preset service processing conditions, acquiring a plurality of pictures including the license plate number of the vehicle to be checked.
In the present exemplary embodiment, there are different requirements for the vehicle to be checked due to different insurance services. Therefore, before obtaining the plurality of pictures including the license plate numbers of the vehicle to be audited, whether the vehicle to be audited meets the processing conditions of the preset service is judged, and when the vehicle to be audited meets the processing conditions of the preset service, the plurality of pictures including the license plate numbers of the vehicle to be audited are obtained. Obviously, the auditing process can be simplified and the auditing efficiency can be improved by the method.
Optionally, the preset service may include a renewal service, an insurance application service, an insurance approval service, a survey service, and a claim settlement service, but the preset insurance service in the exemplary embodiment is not limited thereto.
Optionally, the vehicle information includes vehicle insurance history information, and the determining whether the vehicle to be audited meets a preset service processing condition may include: and judging whether the vehicle to be checked meets a preset service processing condition or not according to the vehicle participation historical information. In the exemplary embodiment, vehicle insurance history information of the vehicle to be audited may be obtained in an insurance database according to the identification code of the vehicle to be audited, and whether the vehicle to be audited meets a preset service processing condition or not may be determined according to the vehicle insurance history information and by combining the preset service processing condition.
For example, when the preset service is a renewal service, the renewal service processing condition includes that the vehicle participation history information of the vehicle to be checked exists in the application database, and the vehicle participation history information is expired or the vehicle participation history information is not expired but is within the renewal period.
For another example, when the preset service is an insurance application service, the insurance application service processing condition includes that the vehicle insurance participation history information of the vehicle to be checked does not exist in the insurance application database.
For another example, when the preset service is a claim settlement service, the claim settlement service processing condition includes that vehicle participation history information of the vehicle to be checked exists in the application database, and the vehicle participation history information is not expired.
In step S7, the pictures are uploaded to the server, so that the server recognizes the pictures to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle to be checked.
In the exemplary embodiment, a license plate number in each picture can be identified by using a license plate identification model, and the license plate identification model can be constructed by a deep learning algorithm.
Optionally, the uploading the pictures to the server so that the server identifies the pictures to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle to be checked may include:
and step S71, uploading the pictures to the server so that the server can respectively identify the license plate number of each picture, confirming the license plate number as the license plate number of the vehicle to be checked when the license plate numbers of the pictures are completely the same, and generating a picture re-uploading request when the license plate numbers of the pictures are not completely the same.
In the exemplary embodiment, after the intelligent terminal acquires a plurality of pictures, the pictures are uploaded to the server, and the server inputs the pictures into the license plate number identification model respectively to acquire the license plate number of each picture; and then, the server judges the consistency of the license plate numbers of all the pictures, namely judges whether the license plate numbers of all the pictures are completely the same, and sends the license plate numbers to the intelligent terminal for the auditing of the vehicles to be audited when the license plate numbers of all the pictures are completely the same. And when the license plate numbers of the pictures are not identical, generating an image re-uploading request, and sending the image re-generating request to the intelligent terminal.
And step S72, receiving and responding the picture re-uploading request, and re-acquiring a plurality of pictures including license plate numbers of the vehicle to be checked.
In the exemplary embodiment, when a picture re-uploading request is received, the uploaded picture is re-displayed in the display interface of the intelligent terminal, so that the user can judge that the picture is shot incorrectly and re-shoot the picture with the error, and the re-shot picture with the error and the picture without the error are uploaded to the server together. And the server respectively inputs the newly uploaded pictures into the license plate number identification model to obtain the license plate numbers of the newly uploaded pictures, determines the license plate numbers as the license plate numbers of the vehicles to be checked when judging that the license plate numbers of the pictures are the same, and sends the license plate numbers to the intelligent terminal for checking the vehicles to be checked.
And step S8, receiving the license plate number sent by the server for checking the vehicle to be checked.
In the exemplary embodiment, the intelligent terminal receives the license plate number sent by the server and displays the license plate number in a display interface of the intelligent terminal. At this time, the user can confirm whether the license plate number is the same as that of the vehicle to be checked, and if the license plate number is the same as that of the vehicle to be checked, the user can send license plate number confirmation error-free information to the intelligent terminal by triggering the same control in the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal can determine that the vehicle to be checked passes the checking. If the license plate number is different from the license plate number, the user can send the wrong information of the license plate number to the intelligent terminal by triggering different controls in the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal determines that the vehicle to be checked does not pass the checking.
And step S9, judging whether the vehicle to be audited passes the audit or not by combining the audit result of the vehicle information and the audit result of the license plate number.
In the exemplary embodiment, whether the vehicle to be checked passes the final check can be determined according to the result of checking the vehicle information and the result of checking the license plate number by the user. Specifically, when the intelligent terminal receives the information that the vehicle information is correct and the information that the license plate number is correct, it is determined that the vehicle to be checked passes the final checking. And if at least one item is not approved (vehicle information and/or license plate number), determining that the vehicle to be approved is not approved finally.
At this point, it should be noted that although the various steps of the methods of the present disclosure are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the steps must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated steps must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions, etc.
