三偏心蝶簧蝶阀,包括蝶板、上阀座、下阀座、阀轴;阀轴在蝶板中线的下部且蝶板一侧与蝶板固定;上阀座、下阀座一体化,设有手柄带动阀轴和蝶板在阀座上开或闭;蝶板闭阀位置时,相应的上阀座、下阀座上均设有纵截面为弧形线的止档,此弧形线止档将蝶板限位;上下阀座上下止档构成的密封线与阀板上下边缘的弧形线边缘构成的密封线具有相互配合的旋转曲面,上与下的分割是指过阀轴轴线且垂直于阀板的一个平面;上下阀座密封面均为弹簧半环片所述阀座(1、2)上下止档与阀板(3)的上下边缘的弧形线边缘均为弹簧半环片结构。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,尤其是三偏心蝶簧阀门。
背景技术
双偏心蝶阀是目前应用最广泛的双偏心蝶阀;在阀杆轴心既偏离蝶板中心、也偏离本体中心。双偏心的效果使阀门被开启后蝶板能迅即脱离阀座、大幅度地消除了蝶板与阀座的不必要的过度挤压、刮擦现象、减轻了开启阻距、降低了磨损、提高了阀座寿命。刮擦的大幅度降低、同时还使得双偏心蝶阀也可以采用金属阀座、提高了蝶阀在高温领域的应用。但因为其密封原理属位置密封构造、即蝶板与阀座的密封面为线接触、通过蝶板挤压阀座所造成的弹性变形产生密封效果、故对关闭位置要求很高(特别是金属阀座)、承压能力低、这就是为什么传统上人们认为蝶阀不耐高压、泄漏量大的原因。
现有的双偏心蝶阀要耐高温、必须使用硬密封、但泄漏量大;要零泄漏、必须使用软密封、却不耐高温。如CN201610392530涉及蝶阀结构即一种偏心蝶阀,阀座上设有斜楔面,过分压紧不利于开启。
发明内容
本发明目的是,为克服双偏心蝶阀这一矛盾、又对蝶阀进行了第三次偏心。提出一种三偏心蝶阀,更好的解决金属阀座零泄漏难题,也不会因接触面压与介质压力是成正比的、耐高压高温,且还易于打开。
本发明技术方案是:一种三偏心蝶簧蝶阀,包括蝶板(阀板)、上阀座、下阀座、阀轴;阀轴在蝶板中线的下部且蝶板一侧与蝶板固定;上阀座、下阀座一体化,设有手柄带动阀轴和蝶板在阀座上开或闭;蝶板闭阀位置时,相应的上阀座、下阀座上均设有纵截面为弧形线的止档,此弧形线止档将蝶板限位;上下阀座上下止档6、6-1构成的密封线与阀板上下边缘的弧形线边缘构成的密封线具有相互配合的旋转曲面,上与下的分割是指过阀轴轴线且垂直于阀板的一个平面;阀杆与阀板连接为双偏心的相对位置关系;上下阀座密封面均为弹簧半环片所述阀座1、2上下止档6、6-1与阀板(3)的上下边缘的弧形线边缘均为弹簧半环片结构;阀座4与阀板3的密封面构成有弹性的硬质材料的密封;构成蝶簧式硬密封蝶阀。
本发明弹簧半环片为两个半只蝶簧式拼成一个环蝶簧式结构,半只蝶簧为的纵截面S形,另半只蝶簧一半则为镜像的S形;两者弧形密封线有重合部分能构成带有钢弹簧弹性的密封面,能够自动补偿密封面磨损或温度变化引起热胀冷缩对密封性能的影响。
本发明的改进是,阀轴通过一块弹簧板包裹固定在蝶板上。其中蝶板的厚度为3-12mm;
蝶板边缘与阀座上止档的重合长度为2-6mm。
本发明在结构特征为在双偏心的阀杆轴心位置偏心的同时、使蝶板密封面的圆锥型轴线偏斜于轴本体圆柱轴线、也就是说、经过第三次偏心后、蝶板的密封断面不再是真圆、而是椭圆、其密封面形状也因此而不对称、一边倾斜于本体中心线、另一边则平行于本体中心线。
本发明有益效果,三偏心蝶阀是在双偏心蝶阀的基础上,使蝶板的轴中心偏置一定的角度,形成三偏心密封结构,从而消除了蝶阀启闭时两密封面之间的机械磨损和擦伤,减小了驱动力矩。阀板密封面的弧形线采用圆锥曲线形弧形面,结合了锥形密封面与球形密封面的特点,且阀轴通过一块弹簧板包裹固定在蝶板上具有更刚性的弹性,阀座密封面与阀板密封面完全的机械密封,具有密封性能好、使用温度高等优点。本发明能够更好的解决金属阀座与阀板接触的零泄漏难题,也不会因接触面压与介质压力阻碍阀片的转轴动作,耐高压高温,且还易于打开。因为本发明的第三次偏心的最大特点就是从根本上改变了密封构造、不再是位置密封、而是扭力密封、即不是依靠阀座的弹性变形、而是完全依靠阀座的接触面压来达到密封效果。

具体实施方式
如图所示,三偏心蝶阀,包括阀板(蝶板)3、上阀座1、下阀座2、阀座的上下止档6、6-1、阀轴4;弹簧板5、阀轴4偏心的固定蝶板1;上阀座1、下阀座2一体化,通过手柄(图中未画出)带动阀轴4再带动蝶板1在阀座上开或闭(蝶板向右或向左转动)。蝶板3闭阀位置时,相应的上阀座1、下阀座2上均设有蝶板限位;即图中逆时针向左转动时到头时即图中位置关阀,阀轴4偏心位置在中线下部,当阀门的进口在右方时,上下阀座上下止档6、6-1构成的密封线与阀板上下边缘的弧形线边缘构成的密封线具有相互配合的旋转曲面,上与下的分割是指过阀轴轴线且垂直于阀板的一个平面;阀杆与阀板连接为双偏心的相对位置关系,。上下阀座密封面均为弹簧半环片所述阀座1、2上下止档6、6-1与阀板3的上下边缘的弧形线边缘均为弹簧半环片3-1、3-2结构,阀座与阀板3的密封面构成有弹性的硬质材料的密封,蝶簧式硬密封蝶阀。本发明弹簧半环片为两个半只蝶簧式拼成一个环蝶簧式结构,半只蝶簧为的纵截面S形,另半只蝶簧一半则为镜像的S形;两者弧形密封线有重合部分能构成带有钢弹簧弹性的密封面,能够自动补偿密封面磨损或温度变化引起热胀冷缩对密封性能的影响。阀座主体可以为环状,轴孔在环的轴线位置,从而可以通过固定件将轴定位在阀座上,
在压力下蝶板受到逆时针的不平衡压力倾向于将阀门关紧,形成密封面,而在开阀时不会受到曲线弧线的影响。
其中蝶板的厚度为3-12mm;蝶板边缘与阀座上止档的重合长度为2-6mm。

1.一种偏心蝶簧蝶阀,其特征是包括蝶板、上阀座、下阀座、阀轴;阀轴在蝶板中线的下部且蝶板一侧与蝶板固定;上阀座、下阀座一体化,设有手柄带动阀轴和蝶板在阀座上开或闭;蝶板闭阀位置时,相应的上阀座、下阀座上均设有纵截面为弧形线的止档,此弧形线止档将蝶板限位;上下阀座上下止档构成的密封线与阀板上下边缘的弧形线边缘构成的密封线具有相互配合的旋转曲面,上与下的分割是指过阀轴轴线且垂直于阀板的一个平面;阀杆与阀板连接为双偏心的相对位置关系;上下阀座密封面均为弹簧半环片所述阀座(1、2)上下止档与阀板(3)的上下边缘的弧形线边缘均为弹簧半环片结构,阀座(4)与阀板(3)的密封面构成有弹性的硬质材料的密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的偏心蝶簧蝶阀,其特征是弹簧半环片为两个半只蝶簧式拼成一个环蝶簧式结构, 半只蝶簧为的纵截面S形,另半只蝶簧一半则为镜像的S形;两者弧形密封线有重合部分能构成带有钢弹簧弹性的密封面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的偏心蝶簧蝶阀,其特征是阀轴通过一块弹簧板包裹固定在蝶板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的偏心蝶簧蝶阀,其特征是其中蝶板的厚度为3-12mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的偏心蝶簧蝶阀,其特征是蝶板边缘与阀座上止档的重合长度为2-6mm。
