The working principle is as follows: when a user needs to add alum into sewage and mix and stir the sewage, the user can put the sewage into the sewage tank 19, put the alum into the alum tank 22, open the first valve 21 and the second valve 24, allow the sewage to flow into the treatment tank 5 from the sewage tank 19 through the sewer pipe 20, allow the alum to flow into the treatment tank 5 from the alum tank 22 through the infusion pipe 23, when a certain amount of the sewage flows, the user can close the first valve 21 and the second valve 24, open the first motor 17, drive the second circular gear 18 to rotate by the first motor 17, drive the first circular gear 16 to rotate by the second circular gear 18, drive the first rotating rod 14 to rotate in the bearing seat 13, drive the stirring vane 15 to rotate by the first rotating rod 14, mix and stir the sewage and the alum in the treatment tank 5 by the stirring vane 15, and after the stirring is completed, the user can close the first motor 17, then the user can move the first guide sleeve 10 downwards, the first guide sleeve 10 stretches the first spring 11 at the moment, the first guide sleeve 10 drives the first blanking plate 12 to move downwards, the first blanking plate 12 drives the first push rod 8 and the first stop dog 7 to move downwards, the first stop dog 7 is separated from the first blanking pipe 6, the mixture of the sewage and the alum in the treatment box 5 flows into the first collection box 2 through the first blanking pipe 6 and the first blanking plate 12, and the mixture of the sewage and the alum is precipitated in the first collection box 2.
