Abstract
本发明一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置公开了一种通过多个旋转刀片和多个固定刀片的配合对苎麻骨进行粉碎,对苎麻皮进行分条处理的剥皮粉碎装置。其特征在于内罩筒一端置于收集筒底部,所述收集筒的直径大于内罩筒的直径,分隔板置于内罩筒内,且将内罩筒内部分隔为麻骨收集腔和电机腔,所述麻骨收集腔位于电机腔的上方,所述分隔板的高度从一端向另一端逐渐降低,碎屑出料斗置于内罩筒上,且和麻骨收集腔相连通,所述碎屑出料斗和分隔板的另一端对应,所述碎屑出料斗的进口宽、出口窄,支撑环置于内罩筒顶端口部,所述支撑环的外径等于内罩筒的外径,固定环内侧通过多个支撑杆和支撑环外侧相连接,所述固定环的高度大于支撑环的高度。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,涉及一种对苎麻进行剥皮和麻骨粉碎的装置,属于木材加工领域。特别涉及一种通过多个旋转刀片和多个固定刀片的配合对苎麻骨进行粉碎,对苎麻皮进行分条处理的剥皮粉碎装置。
背景技术
目前,苎麻作为重要的纤维作物之一被大量种植,苎麻的麻骨被当做造纸的原料或者制造家具和地板等多种用途的纤维板,在使用前需要先被打碎,传统的苎麻麻骨破碎方式是将整根苎麻放入粉碎机内进行粉碎,现在常用的粉碎装置,如公开号CN106607124A,公开了锤片式粉碎机,通过锤片转子带动物料与挡板撞击粉碎,粉碎得到的产物中包含苎麻皮和苎麻骨,需要进行后续筛分工序,通常粉碎后的苎麻骨和苎麻皮会分离开来,但是由于苎麻皮中纤维含量很高,粉碎后的苎麻部分纤维难以彻底粉碎,形成团状,部分苎麻骨颗粒会进入苎麻纤维内,随后续分离工序被一同筛分出去,造成苎麻骨粉碎颗粒获取量下降,且直接粉碎的苎麻皮纤维的完整性遭到破坏,无法用于麻绳编制等,造成资源的浪费,且苎麻原料为长直杆状,使用该装置进行苎麻粉碎需要先将苎麻原料切成段,浪费劳动力。
发明内容
为了改善上述情况,本发明一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置提供了一种通过多个旋转刀片和多个固定刀片的配合对苎麻骨进行粉碎,对苎麻皮进行分条处理的剥皮粉碎装置。
本发明一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置是这样实现的:本发明一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置由主体装置、外皮切割装置和麻骨粉碎装置组成,主体装置由碎屑出料斗、集料筒、内罩筒、麻骨收集腔、分隔板和电机腔组成,内罩筒一端置于集料筒底部,所述集料筒的直径大于内罩筒的直径,分隔板置于内罩筒内,且将内罩筒内部分隔为麻骨收集腔和电机腔,所述麻骨收集腔位于电机腔的上方,所述分隔板的高度从一端向另一端逐渐降低,碎屑出料斗置于内罩筒上,且和麻骨收集腔相连通,所述碎屑出料斗和分隔板的另一端对应,所述碎屑出料斗的进口宽、出口窄,外皮切割装置由外罩筒、固定切刀、固定环、支撑杆、固定套和支撑环组成,支撑环置于内罩筒顶端口部,所述支撑环的外径等于内罩筒的外径,固定环内侧通过多个支撑杆和支撑环外侧相连接,所述固定环的高度大于支撑环的高度,所述支撑杆为弧形结构,所述相邻两个支撑杆之间的距离相等,所述支撑杆上缠绕多个加热丝,固定套置于支撑环上,所述固定套的直径等于支撑环的直径,所述固定套的外侧面为弧形面,多个固定切刀等距置于固定套外侧,所述固定切刀的切刃为弧形,外罩筒底部置于固定环上,麻骨粉碎装置由旋转切刀、连接套、驱动电机、固定块、固定轴承、弧形杆、连接杆和传动杆组成,固定块置于固定套内中部,且通过多个连接杆和固定套内壁相连接,所述多个连接杆等角度分布,驱动电机置于电机腔内,所述驱动电机的电机轴一端通过固定轴承穿过分隔板中部置于麻骨收集腔内,传动杆一端通过连接套和驱动电机的电机轴一端相连接,另一端通过固定轴承穿过固定块置于外罩筒内,多个旋转切刀等角度置于传动杆另一端,且分别置于外罩筒内,所述旋转切刀呈S型,且高度从一端到另一端逐渐降低,所述相邻两个旋转切刀之间通过两个弧形杆相连接,所述弧形杆的两端分别置有凸台,且分别和对应的旋转切刀相连接,所述旋转切刀刀尖处置有多组刮片,所述每组刮片由至少四个刮片组成,且呈环形分布。
使用时,当对苎麻进行剥皮麻骨粉碎时,首先人工将苎麻一端压入外罩筒内,且使苎麻麻骨和多个旋转切刀相接触,驱动电机工作,电机轴转动,并且通过连接套带动传动杆转动,传动杆带动多个旋转刀片转动,进而多个旋转刀片对苎麻麻骨进行粉碎,粉碎的苎麻麻骨向下落进固定套内,然后在重力作用下,落进麻骨收集腔内,然后沿着分隔板的倾斜方向滑动,最后通过碎屑出料斗滑进集料筒内进行收集,内部空掉的苎麻外皮沿着固定套外侧弧形面向下移动,进而固定套外侧的多个固定刀片对苎麻外皮进行切割分条,条状的苎麻皮通过相邻两个支撑杆之间的间隙向下滑落,进而落进集料筒内,进行收集,
所述旋转切刀刀尖处置有多组刮片,且每组刮片由至少四个刮片组成,且呈环形分布的设计,能够对黏附在苎麻外皮内侧的苎麻骨进行清理,将其刮掉,进而能够提高苎麻骨的获取量;
所述支撑杆上缠绕多个加热丝的设计,能够对苎麻皮外条状的苎麻皮进行加热,去除毛躁的纤维,使其更光滑,便于后期的处理;
所述多个旋转刀片和多个固定刀片配合对苎麻进行剥皮粉碎处理的结构设计,在对苎麻骨进行粉碎处理时,只对苎麻皮进行分条处理,进而使苎麻骨和苎麻皮后期易于分离,提高苎麻骨的获取量,并且该种配合结构无需对苎麻进行切断处理,减少了苎麻剥皮粉碎处理的步骤,大大提高了工作效率,并且能够在对苎麻骨进行粉碎的同时,不对苎麻皮造成损坏,并且将苎麻皮切成条状,后期能够直接进行麻绳编制等工艺;
所述碎屑出料斗的进口宽、出口窄的设计,能够使较大的碎屑进入到碎屑出料斗出口处时,通过摩擦将其磨小,更加便于后期的加工处理;
所述固定环的高度大于支撑环的高度的设计,能够将条状的苎麻皮兜住,防止其跑偏,滑到其它位置;
所述旋转切刀呈S型,且高度从一端到另一端逐渐降低的设计,能够提高旋转刀片转动时路径的不规则度,进而提高对麻骨的粉碎效果;
所述弧形杆的两端分别置有凸台,且分别和对应的旋转切刀相连接的设计,能够增加多个旋转切刀之间的连接稳定性,进而提高粉碎效果;
达到对苎麻进行剥皮麻骨粉碎的目的。

具体实施方式:
本发明一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置是这样实现的,使用时,当对苎麻进行剥皮麻骨粉碎时,首先人工将苎麻一端压入外罩筒(1)内,且使苎麻麻骨和多个旋转切刀(2)相接触,驱动电机(5)工作,电机轴转动,并且通过连接套(4)带动传动杆(20)转动,传动杆(20)带动多个旋转刀片转动,进而多个旋转刀片对苎麻麻骨进行粉碎,粉碎的苎麻麻骨向下落进固定套(16)内,然后在重力作用下,落进麻骨收集腔(10)内,然后沿着分隔板(12)的倾斜方向滑动,最后通过碎屑出料斗(6)滑进集料筒(7)内进行收集,内部空掉的苎麻外皮沿着固定套(16)外侧弧形面向下移动,进而固定套(16)外侧的多个固定刀片对苎麻外皮进行切割分条,条状的苎麻皮通过相邻两个支撑杆(15)之间的间隙向下滑落,进而落进集料筒(7)内,进行收集,
所述旋转切刀(2)刀尖处置有多组刮片,且每组刮片由至少四个刮片组成,且呈环形分布的设计,能够对黏附在苎麻外皮内侧的苎麻骨进行清理,将其刮掉,进而能够提高苎麻骨的获取量;

1.一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,其特征是:由主体装置、外皮切割装置和麻骨粉碎装置组成,主体装置由碎屑出料斗、集料筒、内罩筒、麻骨收集腔、分隔板和电机腔组成,内罩筒一端置于集料筒底部,分隔板置于内罩筒内,且将内罩筒内部分隔为麻骨收集腔和电机腔,所述麻骨收集腔位于电机腔的上方,所述分隔板的高度从一端向另一端逐渐降低,碎屑出料斗置于内罩筒上,且和麻骨收集腔相连通,所述碎屑出料斗和分隔板的另一端对应,所述碎屑出料斗的进口宽、出口窄,外皮切割装置由外罩筒、固定切刀、固定环、支撑杆、固定套和支撑环组成,支撑环置于内罩筒顶端口部,所述支撑环的外径等于内罩筒的外径,固定环内侧通过多个支撑杆和支撑环外侧相连接,所述支撑杆上缠绕多个加热丝,固定套置于支撑环上,多个固定切刀等距置于固定套外侧,所述固定切刀的切刃为弧形,外罩筒底部置于固定环上,麻骨粉碎装置由旋转切刀、连接套、驱动电机、固定块、固定轴承、弧形杆、连接杆和传动杆组成,固定块置于固定套内中部,且通过多个连接杆和固定套内壁相连接,所述多个连接杆等角度分布,驱动电机置于电机腔内,所述驱动电机的电机轴一端通过固定轴承穿过分隔板中部置于麻骨收集腔内,传动杆一端通过连接套和驱动电机的电机轴一端相连接,另一端通过固定轴承穿过固定块置于外罩筒内,多个旋转切刀等角度置于传动杆另一端,且分别置于外罩筒内,所述相邻两个旋转切刀之间通过两个弧形杆相连接,所述弧形杆的两端分别置有凸台,且分别和对应的旋转切刀相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,其特征在于所述集料筒的直径大于内罩筒的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,其特征在于所述固定环的高度大于支撑环的高度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,其特征在于所述支撑杆为弧形结构,所述相邻两个支撑杆之间的距离相等。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,其特征在于所述固定套的直径等于支撑环的直径。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,其特征在于所述固定套的外侧面为弧形面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,其特征在于所述旋转切刀呈S型,且高度从一端到另一端逐渐降低。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,其特征在于所述旋转切刀刀尖处置有多组刮片。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种苎麻剥皮粉碎装置,其特征在于所述每组刮片由至少四个刮片组成,且呈环形分布。
