In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the first restoring member 14 is a torsion spring, and the torsion spring includes a main body portion having a spiral shape and two elastic supporting legs respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the main body portion; the inner wall surface of the box body 11 is convexly provided with a rotating shaft extending along a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, namely, the rotating shaft extends along the width direction of the box body 11, the main body part of the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, one elastic supporting leg of the torsion spring is used for being connected with the box body 11, and the other elastic supporting leg of the torsion spring is used for being connected with the cover body 12.
When the cover body 12 moves from the dust collecting position to the dust discharging position under the action of external force, the two elastic supporting legs of the torsion spring are deformed under the action of external force; when the cover 12 is not acted by external force, the two elastic supporting legs of the torsion spring recover the elastic deformation and drive the cover 12 to move from the dust discharging position to the dust collecting position.
In order to apply an external force to the cover 12 to drive the cover 12 to switch between the dust collecting position and the dust exhausting position, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the dust collecting box assembly 10 further includes a driving assembly 15, where the driving assembly 15 is mounted on the box 11 and is capable of driving the cover 12 to move relative to the box 11 when triggered, so that the cover 12 can switch between the dust collecting position and the dust exhausting position.
Specifically, the driving member includes a driving box 151 fixedly connected with the box body 11 and a driving switch 152 installed in the driving box 151, wherein the driving box 151 is provided with a transfer channel 1511 with one end communicated with the dust exhaust port 112, the driving switch 152 is movably installed in the driving box 151, and the switch has a working position extending out of the driving box 151 and an idle position retracted into the driving box 151.
When the driving switch 152 is acted by an external force, the driving box 151 is extended and the cover 12 is driven to move, so that the cover 12 moves from the dust collecting position to the dust discharging position; when the driving switch 152 is acted by an external force and is retracted into the driving box 151, the cover 12 moves from the dust discharging position to the dust collecting position under the action of the first resetting member 14 due to the fact that the external force is not acted, and meanwhile, the switching channel 1511 is blocked by the driving switch 152 retracted into the driving box 151, so that the problem that dust in the box 11 flies into the switching channel 1511 from the dust discharging opening 112 and flies into a room from the switching channel 1511 is avoided.
It should be noted that, the driving box 151 may be integrally formed, or may be formed by splicing two shells, and the method of forming the box 11 is not particularly limited. In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving box 151 is preferably formed by splicing two shells, one of the two shells is provided with a plurality of buckling platforms, the other of the two shells is correspondingly provided with a plurality of buckling positions, and after the two shells are spliced, the two shells are buckled and fixed with the buckling positions at the corresponding positions through the buckling platforms, so that not only is the disassembly and assembly of the driving box 151 facilitated, but also the installation of the driving switch 152 into the driving box 151 is facilitated, and the assembly of the driving assembly 15 is facilitated.
The transfer passage 1511 in the driving case 151 may be formed by a tubular structure member mounted in the driving case 151, may be formed by the driving case 151 provided in a hollow state, or may be formed by the driving case 151 and the driving switch 152 being surrounded together, and how the transfer passage 1511 is formed is not particularly limited. In an embodiment of the present invention, the driving box 151 is hollow, the driving assembly 15 further includes a partition 153, where the partition 153 separates the driving box 151 to form two cavities, one of the cavities forms the transfer channel 1511, and the other cavity forms a mounting cavity for mounting the driving switch 152, so that the transfer channel 1511 and the driving switch 152 are separated, and thus a problem that dust adheres to the driving switch 152 when the dust collector sucks dust is avoided.
It should be noted that the drive switch 152 may take a variety of forms, such as a cam and ram assembly, a movable lever 152b assembly, or other structural assembly capable of reciprocating in the same direction, to name but a few. In an embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 5, the driving switch 152 is a movable rod 152b assembly, which includes a fixed plate 152a, a movable rod 152b, a first abutment 152c and a second abutment 152d; wherein, the fixed plate 152a is fixedly installed in the driving box 151, one end of the movable rod 152b passes through the fixed plate 152a, the first abutment 152c is installed at one end of the movable rod 152b adjacent to the box 11, and the second abutment 152d is installed at one end of the movable rod 152b far away from the box 11; the cover 12 is correspondingly provided with a propping boss 121, and the propping boss 121 is used for propping against the first propping head 152 c.
When the second propping head 152d receives the thrust, the piston rod moves in the direction approaching the box 11, so that the first propping head 152c extends out of the driving box 151 and is propped against the propping boss 121 on the cover 12, so as to drive the cover 12 to move from the dust collecting position to the dust discharging position; when the second pushing rod is under the action of the pulling force, the piston rod moves in a direction away from the box body 11, so that the first pushing head 152c and the pushing boss 121 on the cover body 12 are separated from each other and retract into the driving box 151, and at this time, the second pushing head 152d moves in a direction away from the box body 11, and plugs the transfer channel 1511 in the driving box 151 away from the dust exhaust port 112.
Further, the surface of the abutment boss 121 facing the first abutment 152c and/or the surface of the first abutment 152c facing the abutment boss 121 are/is inclined, and preferably, both the surface of the abutment boss 121 facing the first abutment 152c and the surface of the first abutment 152c facing the abutment boss 121 are inclined. This results in the surface of the abutment boss 121 contacting the first abutment 152c and the surface of the first abutment 152c contacting the abutment boss 121 being inclined, so that when the abutment boss 121 is abutted by the first abutment 152c, the abutment boss moves in a direction away from the first abutment 152c, thereby driving the cover 12 to move.
Further, the end surface of the second abutment 152d facing away from the movable rod 152b is disposed obliquely. By this arrangement, the problem that the second abutment 152d completely seals the end of the adapting channel 1511 away from the dust exhaust port 112, so that the nozzle of the cleaner is not easy to be inserted into the adapting channel 1511 is avoided.
In order to facilitate the movement of the driving switch 152 from the working position to the rest position, in an embodiment of the present invention, the driving switch 152 further includes a second reset member 154, where the second reset member 154 is installed between the fixing plate 152a and the second abutment 152d, and is used to drive the first abutment 152c to retract into the driving box 151 and drive the second abutment 152d to seal the transfer channel 1511 away from the dust exhaust port 112, so as to facilitate the switching of the driving switch 152 from the working position to the rest position.
It should be noted that the second restoring member 154 may be a plurality of types, and may be a sleeve spring, a spring sheet, a cylinder piston assembly, etc., which is not specifically mentioned herein, preferably, the second restoring member 154 is a sleeve spring, and the sleeve spring is sleeved on the piston rod and is limitedly mounted between the fixing plate 152a and the second abutment 152d, that is, one end of the sleeve spring abuts against the fixing plate 152a, and the other end of the sleeve spring abuts against the second abutment 152d, so that the second restoring member 154 is mounted and positioned conveniently.
Based on the above embodiment, the first abutment 152c of the driving switch 152 may be abutted against the abutment boss 121 on the cover 12 after being inserted into the case 11, and if the abutment boss 121 on the cover 12 is dislocated from the first abutment 152c, the driving switch 152 may not drive the cover 12 to move, and in this way, the abutment boss 121 on the cover 12 is disposed outside the case 11, the driving switch 152 in the driving case 151 is correspondingly adjusted in position, so that the relative position between the cover 12 and the driving switch 152 is conveniently adjusted, and the driving switch 152 is ensured to abut against the abutment boss 121 on the cover 12 to drive the cover 12 to move.
Specifically, one end of the box body 11 in the first direction is provided with a relief hole 113 in a penetrating manner; one end of the cover 12 passes through the relief hole 113, the abutment boss 121 is disposed at one end of the cover 12 passing through the relief hole 113, and the abutment boss 121 extends from a surface of the cover 12 facing the box 11 along a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. The arrangement is convenient for the alignment of the driving switch 152 and the abutting boss 121 on the cover 12, so that the driving switch 152 can effectively abut against the abutting boss 121 on the cover 12 to drive the cover 12 to move.
Further, the relief hole 113 further includes a first section 113a extending along the second direction and a second section 113b communicating with the first section 113a and extending along the third direction, where the first section 113a is used for the cover 12 to pass through, and the second section 113b is used for the abutment boss 121 to pass through. So arranged, on the one hand, a smooth movement of the cover 12 with respect to the box 11 is ensured; on the other hand, the problem that the movement of the cover 12 is interfered due to the abutting of the abutting boss 121 and the box 11, so that the movement stroke of the cover is reduced is avoided, and the cover 12 can cover the dust collecting opening 111 along the second direction.
It should be noted that, in order to simplify the structure of the dust collecting box assembly 10, a rotating shaft for installing a torsion spring may be disposed at a position of the box body 11 adjacent to the second section 113b of the yielding hole 113, a main body portion of the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, an elastic supporting leg of the torsion spring abuts against an inner wall surface of the box body 11, and another elastic supporting leg of the torsion spring abuts against the abutting boss 121, so that the cover body 12 may also move from the dust discharging position to the dust collecting position under the action of the torsion spring.
In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the driving case 151 and the case 11, in an embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a surface of the driving case 151 facing the case 11 is concavely provided with a plugging slot 1512 in communication with the adapting channel 1511, the plugging slot 1512 has a width gradually increasing from a side adjacent to the case 11 to a side far from the case 11, and a slot wall of the plugging slot 1512 is penetratingly provided to form a yielding opening 1513; the periphery of the dust exhaust port 112 is provided with a plug 114 matched with the plug groove 1512, and the plug 114 is inserted into the plug groove 1512 from the relief opening 1513. So set up, make plug 114 on the box body 11 with behind the grafting groove 1512 grafting cooperation on the drive box 151, can guarantee dust exhaust mouth 112 on the box body 11 with switching passageway 1511 intercommunication on the drive box 151, just so great reduction the box body 11 with the assembly degree of difficulty between the drive box 151, and then improved greatly drive assembly 15 with the packaging efficiency of box body 11.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 5, the air inlet of the casing 20 of the indoor unit 100 is normally disposed at the upper side, and if the assembly of the box 11 and the cover 12 is to be taken out without disassembling the casing 20, it is ensured that the driving assembly 15 does not interfere with the box 11 and the cover 12. Since the abutment boss 121 extends in the third direction, the driving switch 152 is selectable from two directions of movement, one of which is along the second direction and the other is along the third direction, which makes the driving assembly 15 necessary to be located at a side of the box 11 away from the air inlet or the driving assembly 15 is disposed in parallel with the box 11; and the driving box 151 of the driving assembly 15 is in plug-in fit with the box 11, if the driving box 151 does not interfere with the disassembly of the box 11, the plug-in direction of the driving box 151 and the box 11 can only be set along the second direction.
That is, the driving assembly 15 and the box 11 are disposed side by side in the second direction, and the dust outlet 112 on the box 11 is disposed at a position of the box 11 opposite to the dust collecting opening 111. The arrangement is convenient for the components of the box body 11, the cover body 12 and the connecting piece 13 to be taken down from the air conditioner indoor unit 100, and then the box body 11, the cover body 12 and the connected components are convenient for cleaning.
It should be noted that, when the cover 12 moves relative to the case 11, the movement range is not limited, which easily causes that when the cover 12 moves from the dust collecting position to the dust discharging position, the movement range of the cover 12 is not limited, so that the movement distance of the cover 12 is too large, and the cover cannot cover most of the area of the dust collecting opening 111; and also easily causes a problem that the cover 12 needs to be moved a long distance when moving from the dust collecting position to the dust discharging position because the movement range of the cover 12 is not idle when moving from the dust discharging position to the dust collecting position.
In view of the above, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 or 3, a limiting protrusion 115 and a limiting plate 116 are disposed on a side of the case 11 adjacent to the cover 12, and the limiting protrusion 115 and the limiting plate 116 are disposed on two opposite sides of the dust collecting opening 111 along the second direction, the limiting protrusion 115 abuts against the cover 12 at the dust collecting position, and the limiting plate 116 abuts against the cover 12 at the dust discharging position. By the arrangement, the problem that the cover body 12 needs to move a long distance when moving from the dust collecting position to the dust discharging position because the movement range of the cover body is not limited is avoided; at the same time, the cover 12 can be prevented from being too far moved, so that the cover cannot cover most of the dust collecting opening 111.
The present invention also proposes an air conditioner indoor unit 100, please refer to fig. 6, the air conditioner indoor unit 100 includes a housing 20, a filter screen 30, a dust removing mechanism 40 and a dust collecting box assembly 10, the specific structure of the dust collecting box assembly 10 refers to the above embodiment, and the air conditioner indoor unit 100 adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, so that at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments, and will not be described in detail herein.
Specifically, the casing 20 is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and a heat exchange channel for communicating the air inlet with the air outlet, the filter screen 30 is installed at the air inlet, the dust removing mechanism 40 is installed on the filter screen 30, the dust collecting box assembly 10 is adjacent to the filter screen 30, the dust collecting opening 111 of the box body 11 of the dust collecting box assembly 10 is arranged towards the filter screen 30, the casing 20 is further provided with a dust collecting opening 21, and the dust collecting opening 21 is communicated with the dust discharging opening 112 on the box body 11.
Preferably, the dust collecting box assembly 10 includes a driving assembly 15, one end of a switching channel 1511 of a driving box 151 of the driving assembly 15 is communicated with the dust discharging port 112 on the box body 11, the other end of the switching channel 1511 is communicated with the dust collecting port 21 on the shell 20, the driving switch 152 abuts against the cover body 12 of the dust collecting assembly to move when in a working position, and the driving switch 152 seals one end of the switching channel 1511 adjacent to the dust collecting port 21 when in an idle position.
When the dust removing mechanism 40 cleans the filter screen 30, the dust brushed off the filter screen 30 moves downward under the action of gravity and is collected in the box 11 from the dust collecting opening 111 of the box 11, and when the cleaning operation of the dust removing mechanism 40 is completed, the suction nozzle of the dust collector can be inserted into the transfer passage 1511 from the dust collecting opening 21 of the shell 20 and abuts against the driving switch 152, so that the driving switch 152 extends out of the driving box 151 to abut against the cover 12, and the cover 12 is driven to move from the dust collecting position to the dust discharging position, so that the dust in the box 11 is sucked into the dust collector together with flowing air, and the dust collecting box assembly 10 does not need to be detached from the air conditioning indoor unit 100, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the dust in the dust collecting box assembly 10.
The invention also provides an air conditioner which comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner indoor unit, wherein the specific structure of the air conditioner indoor unit refers to the embodiment, and as the air conditioner adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the air conditioner at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the detailed description is omitted.

Claims (15)

1. A dust box assembly for an air conditioner indoor unit, the dust box assembly comprising:
the box body is provided with a dust collection port and a dust discharge port which extend along a first direction;
the cover body is movably connected with the box body through a connecting piece and is provided with a dust collecting position for completely opening the dust collecting port and a dust discharging position for partially sealing the dust collecting port; the method comprises the steps of,
the first reset piece drives the cover body to reset from the dust discharging position to the dust collecting position;
when the dust collecting position and the dust discharging position are switched, the cover body moves along a first direction relative to the box body and moves along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction relative to the box body;
the box body is convexly provided with a rotating shaft extending along a third direction which is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction;
the first reset piece is a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, one end of the torsion spring is connected with the box body, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected with the cover body;
The dust collecting box assembly further comprises a driving assembly, and when the driving assembly is triggered, the cover body is driven to move from a dust collecting position to a dust discharging position; the driving assembly comprises a driving box and a driving switch which are fixedly connected with the box body; wherein,,
and a switching channel is arranged in the driving box, and one end of the switching channel is communicated with the dust exhaust port.
2. A dust box assembly as set forth in claim 1, wherein,
the driving switch is movably arranged in the driving box and is provided with a working position which extends out of the driving box and drives the cover body to move from a dust collecting position to a dust discharging position, and an idle position which retracts into the driving box and plugs one end of the switching channel far away from the dust discharging port.
3. The dust box assembly of claim 2, wherein the cover is provided with a abutment boss;
the driving switch comprises a fixed plate fixedly installed in the driving box, a movable rod with one end penetrating through the fixed plate, a first propping head arranged at one end of the movable rod adjacent to the propping boss, and a second propping head arranged at one end of the movable rod far away from the propping boss; when the driving switch is in a working position, the first propping head stretches out of the driving box and is propped against the boss in a propping manner, when the driving switch is in an idle position, the first propping head is retracted into the driving box, and meanwhile, the second propping head is used for plugging one end of the transfer channel far away from the dust exhaust port.
4. A dust box assembly according to claim 3, wherein the drive switch further comprises a second return member mounted between the fixed plate and the second abutment to resiliently support the second abutment.
5. A dust box assembly according to claim 3, wherein one end of the box body in the first direction protrudes in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, and is provided with a relief hole therethrough;
one end of the cover body passes through the abdication hole, and the propping boss is arranged at one end of the cover body, which passes through the abdication hole, and extends along a third direction from the surface of the cover body, which faces the box body.
6. The dust box assembly of claim 5, wherein the relief aperture includes a first section extending in a second direction and a second section communicating with the first section and extending in a third direction, the first section for passage of the cover and the second section for passage of the abutment boss.
7. A dust collector assembly as set forth in claim 3 wherein said abutment boss faces said first abutment head surface and/or said first abutment head surface is disposed obliquely to said abutment boss surface.
8. A dust box assembly according to claim 3, wherein the end surface of the second abutment facing away from the movable rod is inclined.
9. The dust box assembly of claim 2, wherein the drive box is hollow, and the drive assembly further comprises a partition plate, wherein the partition plate is installed in the drive box and separates the drive box to form two cavities, one cavity forms the transfer channel, and the other cavity forms a mounting cavity for mounting the drive switch.
10. The dust box assembly as set forth in claim 2, wherein a surface of the driving box facing the box body is concavely provided with a plugging slot communicated with the switching channel, the width of the plugging slot is gradually increased from one side of the driving box adjacent to the box body to one side of the driving box far from the box body, and a slot wall of the plugging slot is penetratingly arranged to form a yielding opening;
the periphery of the dust exhaust port is provided with a plug connector matched with the plug groove, and the plug connector is inserted into the plug groove from the yielding opening.
11. A dust collecting box assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the connector comprises a connecting arm, one end of the connecting arm being pivotally connected to the box body, and the other end of the connecting arm being pivotally connected to the cover body.
12. A dust collecting box assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the connecting member comprises a slide rail and a slider provided on the box body and the cover body, respectively, the slide rail extending in the second direction and being inclined to the first direction, and the slider being slidably connected to the slide rail.
13. A dust collecting box assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein a limit projection and a limit plate are arranged on one side of the box body adjacent to the cover body, the limit projection and the limit plate are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the dust collecting opening along the second direction, the limit projection is abutted with the cover body at the dust collecting position, and the limit plate is abutted with the cover body at the dust discharging position.
14. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising a housing, a filter screen, a dust removing mechanism and a dust collecting box assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the housing is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet, a dust collecting port and a heat exchanging channel for communicating the air inlet with the air outlet, the filter screen is installed at the air inlet, the dust removing mechanism is installed on the filter screen, the dust collecting box assembly is adjacent to the filter screen, the dust collecting port on the box body of the dust collecting box assembly faces towards the filter screen, and the dust discharging port on the box body is communicated with the dust collecting port.
15. An air conditioner, comprising an air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner indoor unit according to claim 14, wherein the air conditioner indoor unit is in communication with the air conditioner outdoor unit pipeline.
