Referring primarily to fig. 1-5, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the heated non-combustible smoking article 100 with an extractor includes a rotating housing 10, an extractor 20, and a heating device 30 having a heating chamber 31; the extractor 20 is provided with a first end L1 and a second end L2 which are opposite, the first end L1 of the extractor 20 is installed in the heating cavity 31 of the heating device 30, the second end L2 of the extractor 20 is provided with an insertion cavity 21 for inserting a fuming product F, a spiral guide groove 22 is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the second end L2 of the extractor 20 in the direction of the first end L1 of the extractor 20, the rotary shell 10 is arranged in a hollow mode, one end of the rotary shell is sleeved on the heating device 30, and the other end of the rotary shell is provided with a clamping assembly 11 in sliding fit with the spiral guide groove 22; the inner wall of the heating chamber 31 is provided with a bar-shaped guide rail 32 along the direction from the bottom to the mouth of the heating chamber, and the outer peripheral wall of the first end L1 of the extractor 20 is provided with a bar-shaped guide groove 23 in sliding fit with the bar-shaped guide rail 32 for guiding the extractor 20 to screw in/out of the heating chamber 31.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, one end of the rotary housing 10 sleeved on the heat generating device 30 can rotate relative to the heat generating device 30, and the other end of the rotary housing 10 is provided with a clamping assembly 11 in sliding fit with the spiral guide groove 22 on the extractor 20. When the rotary housing 10 is rotated along the anticlockwise direction of the heating device 30A-B, the clamping assembly 11 and the corresponding spiral guide groove 22 slide in a matched manner, and the extractor 20 is guided to slide along the bottom of the heating cavity 31 to the cavity opening direction thereof by the limit action of the strip guide groove 23 and the strip guide rail 32, so that the extractor 20 is rotated out of the heating cavity 31, and the smoking article F of the extractor 20 inserted into the cavity 21 is separated from the heating cavity 31 (as shown in fig. 2); or when the rotary housing 10 is rotated clockwise along the heating device 30B-ase:Sub>A, the clamping assembly 11 and the corresponding spiral guide groove 22 slide in cooperation with each other, and the extractor 20 is guided to slide along the cavity opening of the heating cavity 31 to the bottom direction thereof by the limiting action of the bar guide groove 23 and the bar guide rail 32, so that the extractor 20 is screwed into the heating cavity 31 (as shown in fig. 3).
The spiral guide groove 22 and the bar-shaped guide groove 23 are staggered, so that the rotation of the extractor 20 is not affected; the number of the clamping components 11 can be one or a plurality, and the spiral guide groove 22 and the clamping components 11 are consistent in number; the number of the bar-shaped guide rails 32 may be one or more, and the number of the bar-shaped guide grooves 23 is consistent with the number of the bar-shaped guide rails 32.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the spiral guide groove 22 is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the second end L2 of the extractor 20, the clamping assembly 11 which is in sliding fit with the spiral guide groove 22 is arranged on the rotary shell 10, the strip guide rail 32 is arranged on the inner wall of the heating cavity 31 along the direction from the bottom to the cavity opening of the heating cavity, the strip guide groove 23 which is in sliding fit with the strip guide rail 32 is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the first end L1 of the extractor 20, the rotary shell 10 is rotated to drive the extractor 20 to screw in/screw out of the heating cavity 31 of the heating device 30, so that the heating cavity 31 can be separated from the smoking article F, and the tobacco end F1 of the smoking article F after smoking is pulled out conveniently.
Based on the above disclosed embodiments, referring specifically to fig. 4 and 5, in order to facilitate the rotation of the rotary housing 10 and to prevent the rotary housing 10 from being separated from the extractor 20 and the heat generating device 30, an anti-falling protrusion 12 is provided on an inner wall of the rotary housing 10 away from one end of the clamping assembly 11; an annular anti-drop groove 33 is arranged on the circumferential wall of the heating device 30 at a position corresponding to the anti-drop protrusion 12, so as to prevent the rotary housing 10 from displacing along the bottom of the heating cavity 31 to the cavity opening direction, and the anti-drop protrusion 12 is in sliding fit with the annular anti-drop groove 33.
It will be appreciated that since the anti-slip projection 12 is slidably fitted with the annular anti-slip groove 33, upon rotating the rotary housing 10 in either the B-ase:Sub>A clockwise direction or the ase:Sub>A-B counterclockwise direction, the rotary housing 10 is retained in the annular anti-slip groove 33 without disengaging the extractor 20 and the heat generating device 30.
Based on the above disclosed embodiments, the bottom of the heating chamber 31 is provided with a heat generating fin 34 for uniformly heating the smoking article F; a tray (not shown) is provided at the first end L1 of the extractor 20 opposite to the mouth of the insertion chamber 21, and has an opening (not shown) for inserting the heat generating fins 34.
The heat generating tab 34 is inserted through the opening of the tray into the center of the smoking article F so that the smoking article F is heated uniformly.
The opening of the tray is matched with the heat generating sheet 34. For example, when the heat generating sheet 34 is a round needle shaped heat generating sheet, the opening of the tray is an annular opening; when the heat generating sheet 34 is a flat sword-shaped heat generating sheet, the opening of the tray is a strip-shaped opening.
Based on the above disclosed embodiment, in order to reduce the heat transfer of the heating chamber 31 to the rotary housing 10, the heating non-combustion smoking set 100 with the extractor is prevented from being burned, and the heat insulation groove 24 is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the first end L1 of the extractor 20.
By cutting away a portion of the peripheral wall of the first end L1 of the extractor 20, leaving a thin wall, the recess formed is an insulated slot 24. Since an insulating space is formed between the insulating groove 24 and the wall of the heating chamber 31, heat emitted during the heat generation of the heat generating sheet 34 passes through the insulating groove 24 and is air-neutralized and cooled in the insulating space, thereby reducing the heat transfer of the heating chamber 31 to the rotary case 10.
Based on the above disclosed embodiment, the number of the spiral guide grooves 22 is two or more; the number of the bar-shaped guide rails 32 is two or more.
To facilitate rotation of the extractor 20, the helical channels 22 are symmetrically disposed therebetween. For example, two spiral guide grooves 22 are provided on the outer peripheral wall of the extractor 20, the spiral guide grooves 22 being symmetrically arranged with respect to the axis B-B.
In some embodiments, the heat generating device 30 further comprises a heating module for heating the smoking article F, the heating module carrying a rechargeable battery (not shown), and the heating module being electrically connected to the heat generating fins 34.
In some embodiments, a charging interface (not shown) is provided at an end of the heating device 30 away from the heating chamber 31, for charging the rechargeable battery.
It should be noted that the charging interface may be an USB Type-C interface.

the inner wall of the heating cavity is provided with a strip-shaped guide rail along the direction from the bottom to the cavity opening;

7. The heated non-combustible smoking article with an extractor of claim 6, wherein a charging interface is provided at an end of the heating device remote from the heating chamber for charging the rechargeable battery.
