Abstract

一种冰水集中供冷方法,包括在供暖处供热锅炉旁边安装一套冰水制冷罐及制冷***,将送入千家万户的循环水制成冰水,在通过供暖管网循环送到千家万户,从而达到冰水循环的集中制冷效果,既节能又环保降污,是一举多得的制冷方法。本发明能解决现有散户制冷的浪费能源的问题,并且无噪音无污染。本发明方法,制作安装简单,适用广泛,易于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用供暖管网将冰水送到千家万户的冰水供冷方法,尤其涉及一种将制冷后的冰水直接接入供暖管网送至千家万户的节能降污的集中供冷方法。
技术背景
现在的供冷多是采用立式空调、挂式空调、中央空调的制冷方法,不但浪费大量的电能,而且长时间吹冷气还容易造成人感冒、风湿病。同时,各户分散制冷,不断的维修空调,还会排放制冷剂,污染大气环境。
发明内容
为了解决技术背景中所提及的不足,本发明公开了一种集中制冷,利用供暖管网集中供冷的供冷方法,充分利用供暖管网的现有设备,将制冷后的冰水送到千家万户的室内,利用冰水降温,无风无污染,达到自然环保降温的效果,使室内夏季如地下室一般凉爽。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
在各处集中供暖站内增加集中制冷罐,制冷罐内设有多条制冷管(根据不同规模供冷户数增多或减少制冷管数量),连接数台大型压缩机(根据供冷户数选择适当数量),然后将制冷后的冰水通过泵机打压,送入千家万户,再通过回流管线用泵机泵回到大型制冷罐内,从新制冷,这样不断的循环制冷、送出、回流、在制冷、再送出,就能达到集中制冷、集中供冷的环保节能降污染的制冷效果。整套设备制造安装和操作都非常简单方便,而且能充分利用现有的供暖管网设备(供暖管网设备夏季都闲置不用),提高现有供暖管网设备的利用率,还能为供暖公司创造可观的经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。附图中的图样,都是简化了的示意图。冰水集中供冷方法在供冷时,将图1-6的供热锅炉输出阀门和图1-7的供热锅炉的回水阀门关闭,将图1-4制冷***输出阀门和图1-5制冷***回水阀门打开,将管线及制冷罐内注满水,然后启动制冷***制冷,将制冷后的冰水通过泵机循环到千家万户,即可达到冰水集中供冷的凉爽效果。本发明方法制作安装简单,适用广泛,易于推广。
