本发明公开了一种叠加式自由组合型钣金投光灯,包括上盖和光源板,所述上盖与背板连接固定,所述光源板设于上盖和背板之间,且光源板通过紧固螺钉A穿过螺孔配合圆垫圈A、紧固件垫圈A和紧固螺母A与上盖和背板固定,所述U形连接片与支架上的螺孔对齐通过紧固螺钉B配合圆垫圈B、紧固件垫圈B和紧固螺母B固定。该叠加式自由组合型钣金投光灯,上盖和背板上均设有散热通道,在散热时形成叠加式的双通道散热,散热效果好;由于整个主体只有六个螺丝,所以产品轻薄,生产效率大大提高,而且组装和维修非常方便。

技术领域
本发明属于灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种叠加式自由组合型钣金投光灯。
背景技术
投光灯是指定被照面上的照度高于周围环境的灯具。又称聚光灯。通常,它能够瞄准任何方向,并具备不受气候条件影响的结构。主要用于大面积作业场矿、建筑物轮廓、体育场、立交桥、纪念碑、公园和花坛等。因此,几乎所有室外使用的大面积照明灯具都可看作投光灯。投光灯的出射光束角度有宽有窄,变化范围在0°~180°之间,其中光束特别窄的称为探照灯。目前市面的投光灯为单通道散热,散热效果不佳;而且安装较为繁琐,耗时费力。为此提出一种叠加式自由组合型钣金投光灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种叠加式自由组合型钣金投光灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种叠加式自由组合型钣金投光灯,包括上盖和光源板,所述上盖与背板连接固定,所述光源板设于上盖和背板之间,且光源板通过紧固螺钉A穿过螺孔配合圆垫圈A、紧固件垫圈A和紧固螺母A与上盖和背板固定。
优选的,所述背板的上表面冲压呈U形连接片,所述U形连接片与支架上的螺孔对齐通过紧固螺钉B配合圆垫圈B、紧固件垫圈B和紧固螺母B固定。
优选的,所述上盖和背板的中部均由外侧向内侧凸出,所述凸出的部位放置光源板且通过4颗紧固螺钉A配合紧固螺母A固定。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该叠加式自由组合型钣金投光灯,灯体钣金冲压,可以根据需求拼接;上盖和背板上均设有散热通道,在散热时形成叠加式的双通道散热,散热效果好;由于整个主体只有六个螺丝,所以产品轻薄,生产效率大大提高,而且组装和维修非常方便。

所述背板5的上表面冲压呈U形连接片,所述U形连接片与支架14上的螺孔对齐通过紧固螺钉B 8配合圆垫圈B 10、紧固件垫圈B 12和紧固螺母B 15固定。
所述上盖1和背板5的中部均由外侧向内侧凸出,所述凸出的部位放置光源板2且通过4颗紧固螺钉A 7配合紧固螺母A 13固定。
本发明提供的一种叠加式自由组合型钣金投光灯,灯体钣金冲压,可以根据需求拼接;上盖1和背板5上均设有散热通道,在散热时形成叠加式的双通道散热,散热效果好;由于整个主体只有六个螺丝,所以产品轻薄,生产效率大大提高,而且组装和维修非常方便。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种叠加式自由组合型钣金投光灯,其特征在于:所述背板(5)的上表面冲压呈U形连接片,所述U形连接片与支架(14)上的螺孔对齐通过紧固螺钉B(8)配合圆垫圈B(10)、紧固件垫圈B(12)和紧固螺母B(15)固定。
